Great place.

Location great, but that’s it.

This hotel is okay. The location is amazing, but that’s where the pros stop for me. The rooms are quite small, but it is nice every have high capacity options, just don’t expect any extra space in your room, they just found creative ways to add beds. Everything is in fine condition, but the carpets are pretty disgusting. Do not walk around without shoes or socks at least. The beds are on the small side and not very comfortable. Sheets and towels were clean. Bathroom was adequate. Parking is extremely limited. They only allow for one space at $30 per night and for a second space based on availability they charge $60 per night. The biggest complaint was the light and the noise. The walls are very thin and their shutters do not block out all the light from their outdoor lights so it always stays quite light in the rooms. The staff were also hit or miss on friendliness and helpfulness. I’d look elsewhere for your stay, but this would be acceptable just based on location if needed.

Overall experience was not good. Got charged extra for parking for each car per night. No shower curtain. Very limited spaces of parking and cars blocked in middle of night and could not get out for a minor emergency need. Would not stay here again.

The only place we stay for Disneyland

We have stayed here, 10+ times. This is the most affordable closest hotel that you will find with great customer service. Parking can be a little tricky. They take your keys in valet due to the tiny parking lot so if you arrive early or we plan to check out late don’t expect to leave your car here overall we love this hotel and will always be back.

This was the third time that we stayed here. Rooms look good after the renovations. Grand children loved the pool. Having the little Market store came in very handy. We stayed five nights so having a laundry room on the property was great. We loved being across the main entrance off Disneyland. Definitely will come back again.

Walking distance to Disneyland buses. Very quiet, very clean. I definitely recommend this place for anyone coming.

Hotel is ok since it’s just across the street from Disney entrance. The only thing I don’t like is the limited parking. Once it’s full they are going to valet.

We will never stay here again. DISGUSTING BEDBUG was found and the staff had the audacity to tell me “it’s impossible” when I said it is possible because I have photo proof of it and the evidence and that we didn’t have bedbugs they told me “maybe you don’t”. I was so upset and disgusted we packed as fast as possible and left. They offered us our parking refunded $30. Ridiculous never again.

Horrible service, I had to talk to a manger to get house keeping to come take out trash from the room. Lights of parking lot so bright and wooden blinds didn’t help darken the room. Carpet looked dirty and sheets so cheap

Bed bugs found on beds in a room that we were all in and hair all under our sheets. Staff blamed my family saying maybe we brought the bugs. Super unprofessional. Said they looked and found nothing when we clearly have photo evidence. Asked for a refund and they said they’re gonna do a “thorough investigation” which clearly will be in their favor since they’re the ones doing it!

Rooms need way better covering and pillows very old. When you pay to stay somewhere it should be cleaned completely everyday. Half staff shouldn’t reflect half cleaning. I didn’t get half off my room. Beds not even made up each day for us.

Got room upgraded and free parking great stay

The place was very close to Disneyland. It was great that Denny’s was conveniently located right in front of Del Sol, making it easy to order breakfast every morning before going to the parks.

Over priced Budget Hotel

No houskeeping, and parking lot too small, annoying to have to use valet, AND pay for parking. Staff was ok but property in general did not justify the price. the premium for proximity to disney is very high.

This is the 4th time i stay in del sol inn with my family. Its clean, safe area to stay in specially for disney. I give it 4 stars and not 5 only because the pillows were very uncomfortable and we didnt get good sleep. But thats the only negative thing i can say about this place. I do recommend and will keep staying here for my future disneyland trips!

loved that its right across the street from Disneyland. However the beds were not comfortable, the hot tub has not been working for weeks. Not worth how much we paid unfortunately.

We just stayed at Del Sol Inn and we loved it. The Staff was very accommodating. The only thing was how small the bathroom was the space from the door to tub to toilet was very tight. But other than that it was a great stay. Super close to Disney and so many places to eat and shop.

Definitely the perfect hotel for Disney. Super close, room was clean!

Staff was wonderful. So close to Disneyland. Not enough parking for the property.

Only issue I had was the bed. I found a child’s sock under the pillows. I actually brought my own sheets so it didn’t affect my stay but that was not okay.

Family Disneyland Trip

Great for a quick Disneyland trip with the entire family.

Housekeeping needs to work on the cleanses inside room. The tub seemed like it was not washed & had to scrub it myself. Towels were replaced after I went to office because apparently they don’t do full housekeeping, & when I check the towels they were stained & had two long pieces of hair on them as if they weren’t washed correctly. The noise level at night was insane, you had kids runnning upstairs from the pool to their room running back & forth at 10:45pm while everyone was trying to sleep.

Will always stay her for our future Disney trips

Nice older property. It was clean but not fancy. Good for a large family. Right by the park entrance. It had limited parking though.

Easy access to Disneyland across the street ! Secure parking. Easy friendly checkin.

Super close to Disneyland took less than 5 minutes to get to main gates. Rooms are clean and front desk and valet were very friendly and helpful.

This is our go to hotel for our trips to Disneyland it is right across the street an easy walk and they are great at this hotel!

Quiet, clean, comfortable. Easy walk right across the street to Disney and Denny’s nearby makes this the ideal spot for families. Would stay here again.

It is an excellent location for Disney and is easily walkable. Due to the size of the parking lot, they offer valet parking, which is $30 per day. The valet attendants were both fantastic, and the service was excellent.

As close to being in Disneyland as you can get. It’s not so much about the hotel as it is the location. It’s clean, and just fine, the staff are indeed friendly

Outdated!

The hotel is so close to the park the walk was easy with a bunch of kids. The hotel is very outdated. The condition of the room was poor. The bedding was thin no real blankets. The door gapped and a large whole at the bottom that we had to stick a towel in to keep out bugs. Everything was an up charge and hose keeping could not fulfill request to vacuum.

Perfect location for Disneyland. Rooms are just okay, but with barley spending anytime at the room, it is fine. Front entrance to disneyland right outside the hotel. I will go back for sure and recommend.

Very close to Disneyland and rooms were very clean! The parking situation is a little inconvenient and costs extra and the blankets are very thin. Otherwise friendly staff and decent priced for how close it is! Would def stay again!

Low quality, high prices

It makes me sad to say this motel was of low quality. We paid just under $1500 to stay 4 nights. I wouldn’t have minded the low quality if the price was matched to the room. One of our beds was at such an angle that it felt like you were tipping over when laid upon. The room refrigerator barely cooled. It would be a dangerous place to store meat or leftovers. The room door was directly across from the pool gate, so there was lots of LOUD metallic clanging as people came and went. There were various types of flies in the room. If something was dropped behind the bunk bed, it was a nasty place to retrieve something from. There was candy stuck to the carpet, and fuzz balls, hair, wrappers etc to reach into. Accidentally dropped my phone back there. Ugh. At the price you pay to stay here it surprising there’s no continental breakfast. The one plus? It’s conveniently located near the entrance to Disneyland.

Not as clean as we would have liked. Some hairs left over from previous guests... The fridge made a loud ticking noise 24-7. However we both sleep with ear plugs so it was not an issue. Great staff!! Check-in was outstanding! Love the text communications.

The front office staff and valet drivers are very nice and friendly. I think the people are what makes this hotel a great place!

Honest review

Front desk guy luis was friendly, and helpful. Positives. Room was large and the bed was comfortable. Negatives Tub had lots of hair on it like someone wiped it with a dirty cloth, room smelled damp. Our reservation was messed up and they had to book us as one night then we had to go back in the morning to pay for the second and third night. On the second night we went back to the room and the keys didnt work because they needed to give us new keys. The hotel sits back from the road which can make it confusing for lyft/uber/doordash/etc and its next to desert inn which sits in front.

I liked that it was so close to Disneyland. I loved the fact that the front desk reached to verify and work with having everything ready for our arrival.

Parking was extremely limited. TheValet was helpful, but we had to park our other vehicle at the mall 5 minutes away. The hotel said they had a discount voucher, but it didnt work and we had to pay an additional $50/night to park. Walls were extremely thin and we heard both neighbors very clearly as well as every step taken above us. The door did not seal at all. I folded a towel in half and closed the door on it to help keep some of the rain, cold, and noise out. With all of the options around, i would not recommend this hotel.

Great deal to be so close to park. We stayed in a 2 queen with a bunk bed and it worked out perfect. There wasnt anything fancy about the hotel but everything was clean, upket and being so close definitely made it feel like a great deal.

The rooms could have been a tad cleaner but nothing crazy just preference! Other than that everything was phenomenal.

Having bunk beds were amazing. The room was clean and in good condition. The pool was nice. The best part was it was across the street from the parks!

While the location was great. We had to clean the ac filter because it was making so much noise. It was frustrating that they didn’t restock coffee daily in the room. And the parking and resort fees are just annoying. Wish they would have given a breakfast option or a voucher to Dennys since it’s the same parking lot.

Great budget hotel. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Especially the front desk gentleman. He helped use out on our room situation which make our stay much more comfortable. I look forward on staying here with my family’s next Disneyland vacation.

Chose hotel for competitive price and location was walkable to Disneyland. Clean rooms (a bit on older side, but clean, nice, no odd smells) and welcoming staff.

Very nice hotel with a great location. Just a short walk to the park entrance. Small pool and hot tub area but it's a nice amenity. Parking is a bit of a pain as they have limited space but there is a valet to help if spaces are taken. I would recommend not having a car if possible.

I’ve stayed at this property a few times now and always have a wonderful experience with the staff and location. I already have my next trip booked with them!

Fast walk to Disneyland

Great location! Very easy walk to Disneyland. Staff was friendly. Charging available for Teslas. Only complaint was the water wouldn’t get hot, and the blankets were very thin.

Budget friendly, perfect Disney location

My Disney home. Front staff is always super friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, luggage storage, 24 convenient shop w room key, clean, A+ Disney location. A little loud hearing other guests walk by. White noise helps. You can hear the bang of the Disney fireworks. Parking is chaotic if you bring a vehicle.

The Del Sol is perfect stay if you want to be within walking distance of Disneyland! The rooms are clean and have plenty of extra space and the beds were comfortable. Parking can get a bit tricky but overall the property is well maintained.

The hotel area is very quiet considering the location. It is very well lit and I felt safe going out at night. The staff is friendly and respectful.

Pretty basic hotel but it was clean and comfortable. We were in the damily suite and it was small but ok. It worked good for us, a damily of 6. The only down fall was we coulget the TV to work correctly but that wasnt a big deal for us. Would definitely stay there again!

Great family fun triip

Convenient walk to Disneyland parks! And breakfast restaurants right next door.

My only problem with the place is the parking! It is so crammed, it's not even funny. There are cars parked in the middle of the driveway, so much so, that if I wanted to take my car out for the night, they would have to move SEVERAL cars for me to exit! I was also emailed that if I were to leave early, I'd have to notify them so they could rearrange cars.

Location was great! Parking inconvenient and expensive. Everything was clean. Downside was there was only 1 washcloth for six people and bathroom door does not lock. Could also use hooks to hang clothes in bathroom when showering.

Not worth the price

This hotel has seen better days. The rooms are starting to feel and look rundown and the cleanliness just isn’t there. In our last stay the toilet was leaking, the pillows on the top bunk had hair on them, we found old, dirty sheets shoved on the side of the bunk bed, there was a dead bug in the sink and all of the softer pillows were chunky. You can tell they have been washed way too many times and need to be replaced. Parking here is also a nightmare. There is not even close to enough parking spots for each room they have. For what you have to deal with for parking, you shouldn’t have to pay $35 per night. Overall, for the price they are charging, there are better options just as close to the parks.

Our perfect gem

We h have stayed here many times on our Disneyland trips, sometimes as a couple, sometimes with family. We have never been disappointed.

Disappointing; other 4 + reviews are misleading

It’s true it was right across from Disneyland but that was the only positive it has going for it. After checking in and going to our room, we discovered the ice machine did not work , the mini fridge made a loud ticking noise the entire time which kept us up at night, and the soap dispenser in our bathroom was empty and never refilled. We mentioned the refrigerator issue on night one and they said they would send someone but never did. When we tried turning on the heater it smelled like a burning smell like it hadn’t been used in a long time so we turned it off and just made do with the little covers they gave us. And the little details like outlets snd USB ports working was an issue too. The USB ports by our bed were broken and couldn’t connect to the cord snd there are limited outlets that actual hold your brick for your phone. Most are old and loose so we had to use an outlet near the bathroom and rotate charging our phones and watches among five of us. If they upgraded out let’s this wouldn’t be an issue. Also, a fact we overlooked when booking is they do not offer continental breakfast like most of the hotels surrounding them. They do offer in room coffee but only give one coffee pod so both adults couldn’t have coffee on the morning. They also do not remake your beds if you are staying more than one night. Housekeeping was basically emptying trash and replacing towels but that was it. Overall would not recommend, especially for the price you’re paying.

Very nice

It was a typical hotel room. No issues and clean. The closeness to the Disneyland entrance was amazing. When we arrived our room wasn’t ready yet as it was before check in time but they allowed us to store our luggage so we didn’t have to stay and wait.

Great stay across from Disney!

Didn’t like: Bedsheets have stains, hairs are still on the beds. For the 3 nights of stay, bedsheets were not changed.

The plugs in the rooms are all lose and I couldn’t plug in my fire stick so that was a big bummer

Parking is a mess at this hotel and paying a hefty parking fee defeats the purpose of trying to save money on a room here.

Perfect hotel for a trip to Disneyland.

If u r going to disney. This is just across the street. There is no breakfast on property, but do have like a little mini store. If u r looking for a place just to sleep, this is ideal. It is not fancy, but after a long day at the parks we just crashed and didn't care. I am heavier person and the queen beds were not soft and not firm, just in between. It was clean, quiet, and convenient.

Great location and easy walk to the park

I’ve stayed here before it’s a nice little inn. Directly across the street from the Disneyland Resort. I asked prior to my arrival if I could park my car before checking in. They told me not until 11am. So I paid for parking in the resort then when I went to check in and park my car at the inn, I was also charged $35. I don’t recall ever paying for parking if I was a guest at the property at any establishment. Probably won’t return for this reason. I paid for parking twice in the same day.

Really nice and clean

We lived del sol. Super accommodating and kind. Clean and close to the park. Pool was pretty and clean. Was good sized. Had a hot tub. Room was a bit small, but we had a twin stroller.

Overall easy stay if you’re needing to be in close range to the parks. We had two small children so this was nice for naps, earlier bedtime, etc. Also loved the bunkbeds and they had cribs provided. The parking situation was a bit chaotic. We got there around 9, with check in obviously not being until 3. We planned to unload our bags in the lobby and park at the hotel until we needed to come back to check in. We were told we couldn’t park there until after 3. So we had to wait over an hour for my husband to go drive our car to a Disney lot, walk all the way back, and then do the same thing again during check in time. It was a huge hassle for something we thought was going to be included in our almost $1000 bill for the night. On top of that, it was an extra $28 a vehicle to park there. Which would have been fine from the start, but we now had to pay for the Disney lot as well so it ended up being double the price for not even a 24 hour stay.
