good place

A very lovely hotel with nice rooms and a dedicated staff. I can’t think of a thing that we didn’t like about the hotel

We loved our stay at this hotel! The room was clean and well-appointed, the service was top-notch and the breakfast simply amazing! The hotel is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, yet it is within walking distance from Hoan Kiem lake and some really nice restaurants. Will stay here again if we come to Hanoi!

A little gem

Really lovely small hotel. The room is small but well laid out and tastefully decorated. Fantastic location. Breakfast is also very good.

My first visit since the renovation which is a significant and elegant facelift for the rooms. Convenient for old town and business area cornerstone building. Great staff.

Feedback On Hotel

Their customer service is excellent! Front desk and housekeeping. However, the aircon compressor kick-in too early in the morning (4am). It is very loud and it disrupted my sleep. Also, most of the gym equipments have broken down - bike seat cannot be adjusted, threadmill options cannot be selected and it stopped working after every 30 seconds. Besides, the gym is located just below the roof, hot like oven in the afternoon. Safety wise, there is no clear indication of fire escape route along the corridors or lift lobby. Obstacles like mattresses, etc are placed along the staircases between 4-8 floors, making walking difficult and it is definitely a fire safety violation.

Great short stay

This hotel provided us with a nice room that was comfortable, quiet and had everything we needed. The bed was comfy. The breakfast was nice, good variety to choose from.

Small hotel in French Quarter

Large comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Some rooms still smoking so make sure you specify preference.

Definitely would stay there again

Overall I has a great stay in the De Syloia Hotel. Spacious and clean room and welcome drink is a nice touch. Room service is good, but it can be improved. Breakfast is very good, but taste varies from one day to another. Definitely would stay there again.

A bit far from the vibrant Old Quarters.

Great hotel and excellent staff

Small but cozy vintage boutique hotel. Not the luxurious type but definitely great for business or leisure. Hotel staff was very nice and super helpful, restaurant in house was marvellous as well. Definitely come back when I visit Hanoi again. The only catch was the lift, a little too slow so sometimes you wait an extra few minutes but nothing serious.

Very friendly, helpful and efficient staff with excellent breakfast choices greatly added to the charm and comfort of this beautiful boutique hotel.

Restaurant "Cay Cau" is one of the best!

Room is cleaned and spacious. Staffs are kind. In addition the Vietnamese food restaurant "Cay Cau" is one of the best restaurants in Hanoi. It is not so expensive but the taste is very good. I recommend "pomelo salad" "soft shell crab" "salty chicken" "pho ga".

French style but with Vietnamese hospitality.

Staff very helpful. Located slightly away from old quarter area but therefore quieter. Room on 5th floor and so views were excellent. Overall would certainly recommend to anyone.

Multiple stays

This is the third time I've stayed at the Dysloia Hotel and, each time, the quality and service has been excellent. The staff is very helpful, the room is quite clean and modern plus the breakfast is well done. The hotel definitely meets my needs.

A great little hotel

A great little hotel in the centre of the old quarter. A great restaurant across the road.

We spent 3 nights at the De Syloia February 4-6. The hotel is located in what appeared to be the foreign embassy area and is a few blocks from the Old Quarter although taxi fares a very reasonable if you want to see other parts of Hanoi. Breakfast was provided daily and was quite satisfactory. The rooms (2 couples) that we had were quite large by Asian standards and were equipped with flat TV, safe, and fridge. We were allowed complimentary snacks (chips, cookies, beverages) but I had do not know if this was standard practice or simply a ``special.`` My only complaint is that the shower needed a good cleaning as there was mold in the corners of the shower. In conclusion, a reasonable hotel for a very reasonable price.

レトロな雰囲気の高級ホテル

チェックインは事前にカード払いにしていたので、スムーズでした。 お部屋は広くて快適でした。ライト、電話や調度品はデザインに凝ったものが使用されていて、ちょっとレトロなテーマでホテル全体がデザインされているように感じました。 City view側の部屋で、一面ガラス張りになっていて景色がよく見えました。 お掃除は行き届いていました。アメニティ類も十分に準備されていました。 毎日Welcomeフルーツが置かれていました。 朝食はバイキング形式でしたが、フォーは注文して食べることができました。注文して提供してもらえるメニューがテーブルの上に置いてあります。 素晴らしい滞在となりました。

Un lieu formidable au cœur d’Hanoï

Excellent accueil, chambres spacieuses et confortable. Petit déjeuner à la hauteur du lieu. La directrice de l’hôtel (danoise) a toujours le mot sympathique, et son équipe a rendu mon séjour vraiment très agréable.

部屋は広くて清潔でした。 ウェルカムフルーツも毎日置いてくれてました。お腹がいっぱいで食べれなかったけど、気分はすごく良かったです。お水も毎日無料で2本ずつ置いてくれてました。ファンが少しうるさかったのが気になりましたが、それ以外はスタッフの皆さんもすごく親切だったし、朝食もすごく良かったので、もしまたハノイに行くことがあれば利用したいですし、行く人がいればオススメしたいです。

주변에 맛집이 많음. 호텔이 쾌적하고, 좋아요. 일단 호암끼엠호수와는 걸어서 15분 거리정도 이지만, 그것빼곤 만족스럽습니다. 호텔상태가 너무 좋습니다.

Godt hotel med stort værelse. Venlig betjening. Værelse væk fra gaden var uden gadestøj.

仕事で2泊しました。今回は何故かWiFiがつながらない時間が多く、困ってしまった。ホテルの人に相談しても何度か切れてしまった。

가격대 정도의 만족도, 옆 힐튼 가든의 절반정도 가격이나 만족도는 70-80 % 에 육박하는듯주변은더럽고, 딱히 먹을곳은 없지만, 호텔은 전반적으로 깨끗. 조식이 가격대에 비해서 부실하고 메뉴가 잘바뀌지 않아 6일정도 먹으니 질림. 하지만 쌀국수와 에그 오믈렛을 (요청하면) 매번 구워줌

가격 대비 성능이 좋습니다

지난번 출장 시 처음 숙박했는데 맘에 들어 이번 출장에도 숙박하였습니다. 저번 출장 시 보다 방이 좁아 졌는데 알고 보니 그 때 업그레이드 해준 거였네요, 그럼에도 불구하고 가격 대비 방이 넓은 편이라고 생각됩니다. 깔끔하고 조식도 괜찮은 편이라 다음 출장 시에도 다시 찾을 것 같습니다.

가격 대비 방도 넓고 깔끔하며 조식도 괜찮은 편임. 호안끼엠 호수에서는 좀 떨어져 있지만, 주변이 더 깔끔하게 정리되어 있어서 개인적으로는 더 좋다고 생각됨.

設備の古さはあるが、快適なホテル。コストパフォーマンスはかなり良いと思う。 レストランの食事も美味しい。特に、ここのフォーはとても美味しい。他で食べるフォーと違い、自然で優しい味する。

とても快適

ビジネス利用としては、部屋の広さ、清潔感は快適で満足。何より毎日のフルーツが大変ありがたかった。観光視点から見るとホアンキエム湖、旧市街まで歩けるがちょっと距離感を感じる立地。しかしホテル１階レストランCAY CAUはじめ、周囲に美味しいお店も多いのでグルメも楽しめます。 WIFIのスピードとベッドサイドにコンセントがあったら完璧でした。 また利用したいと思います。

깔끔하고 괜찮은 호텔

전반적으로 깔끔하고 조식도 맛있는 편이다. 다만 호안끼엠이나 나머지 지역은 택시로 이동해야하고 거리상 조금 멀다.
