Relaxed and close to many tourist attractions. My stay coincided with Malaysia’s National Day so KL had a pleasant mix of tourists and locals.

A decent hotel room to stay as everything is nearby KLCC, if you don mind the room to be abit normal or old it’s fine.

Good location.. But quite an old hotel. Take water with you, they didn’t offer bottled water in room.

It does not get you what you see in the pictures. The housekeeping service is really poor. Overall if you don’t spect other than a place to crash while in KL, I guess you can try it.

The room we stayed in was dirty and smelled cigarette. The housekeeping service can be improved.

Overall is good. King beds are two regular beds stack together, so not too comfy.

The room is comfortable. Facilities are good.

Property is old, lacks maintenance and is dirty and run down. Front room had street noise and when shifted to another room the air-conditioning was not working fully. The housekeeping staff appears illiterate. The breakfast was the worst I have ever experienced.

Pleasant staying

Basically the location easy to access public transportation, shopping, city area and all good place. Just check in process quite long to take. Overall good staying and just need to make more parking space.

Its near klcc. Easy to mive around in the city center. Breakfast was simple and nice at the japanese resto. Facilities is abit worn out like toilet fixtures. But overall im happy..

Styling was original but the bathroom looked like I had fitted it. The poor review was based on the expensive taxi ride to the airport organised by the staff. I was charged double the going rate but reluctantly paid due to the whether outside and requirement to leave at 6:00

Very good value for money!

Was given a room with a view of Petronas Twin Tower 1! A very central and convenient location. Train station at Avenue K (AK) mall across the street. Though check in was at 3pm, guests were given rooms at 2:30pm. Basic toiletries available in room. Good breakfast choices in the hotel restaurant. A 7-11 convenience store was located at the hotel premises as well.

The interior of the bathroom can use much updating.,,.,.,otherwise, the location and the value of this hotel is super.

Great location, bad acoustic

Great location ! Just few mins walk from KLIA station. Definitely a good drop-off luggage hotel for first time arrival in KL. Breakfast is pretty good for this room rate but seats are not enough in morning rush hour. MotorBike roaring sound outside is a problem (9/F), window are sliding type therefor sound proof is bad.

In spite of the busy location of the hotel, it was very quiet which made it easier to rest well after two hectic days, also, when we required some things to either correct, ie the safe wasn’t working, promptly, someone came to fix the problem or any special requests that we had at the time. It was quite enjoyable to stay at Le Apple Boutique, thanks

Location really convenient, especially go to KLCC. Front desk staffs polite and friendly to served us better,pls always keep your good jobs. Here want suggestions need to upgrading especially the room and toilet equipments.

This property image on website very misleading the room facility is of very poor standard hardly any wardrobes and cleanliness is poor they forgot to clean my room despite me reminding the reception early morning to have my room cleaned

Walking distance to KLCC and LRT Station

All the amenities are just nearby and it’s such a convenience to go anywhere. I’ve got nothing to say about the place except it’s all good .

Great Accommodation.

I've read some negative reviews abt the hotel..and was worried abt my stay there..however, luckily our check in and check out was smooth, the staffs at the reception, housekeeping and the restaurant were friendly and helpful..pple commented the breakfast spread was not wide enuff but to me the breakfast spread was great for a 3 star hotel.. you get what you've paid for and the hotel did exceed my expectations..we faced problem with the air conditioning on our 1st night and the problem was resolved immediately.. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there..

Comfortable hotel within walking distance of KLCC

Excellent location esp if you reach KL by Aeroline - just a few steps away. Hotel is near Avenue K, Robinsons, KLCC so its a food and shopping heaven. Theres also a food truck area at night (but does not look permanent). Deluxe room is ok sized. Bed Asian size. Love the shower. No cupboard but theres hangers to hang clothes, the safe box looked like it can be carried away. Was looking forward to breakfast because it is served in a Japanese restaurant but it was just so so. Just one kind of sushi and the rest is just the basic breakfast - nasi lemak, eggs, bread, juice thing. Overall, just an ok hotel with excellent location.

Near the malls

The location is superb, convenient and accessible to shopping and LRT station. Avenue K is just next door, KLCC, Robinson and LRT are less than 10mins walk away. There is also an open air eateries about 3 mins walk. The staff Service is average, could do better with more smile and patience. The cleanliness of the room and toilet are disappointing. Especially the toilet was dirty, moldy, bad circulation and the tap in the shower literally fell out when lifted. The bed is uneven and stiff, pillows smell and with stain. Safe box is not safe as you literally could carry the whole box with you. Sound proofing is weak as you can hear the shower and switch turned on from upstairs, as if it is in your room. Noise from the street can be heard loud and clear as well. Lastly, breakfast spread and quality is so so. It would be a perfect stay if not for the cleanliness and maintenance of the properties in the room.

So so

Pros: location near to tapak food truck for dinner, near to klcc, near to avenue K, 7 eleven etc. Cons: a bit dirty on common area, lift. I chose deluxe room but still not that spacious. Not really worth the price. May choose better hotel for business trip next time.

The hotel is not very well maintained. Cleanliness is an serious issue. Dirty and stained bed sheet. Horrible smell in the toilet.

Decent hotel with good locations.

Horrible stench in all of the floors which carries into the room. Very unfriendly girl at the front desk didn't even speak at all or even look up. I wanted to pay the tourism tax in cash but she wouldn't accept the cash and instead charged my card which caused there to be a foreign transaction fee unnecessarily. The only good thing is the location.

I liked its location which is nearby to do many interesting places and shopping centres. Also its nostalgic theme and deco .

It is literally opposite Suria klcc and Avenue k, very convenient. Breakfast didn't have much choices tho

Fantastic stay

great location! The hotel staff are very helpful, the best part is, i have stayed at various hotel around Asia but never encounter a housekeeping staff to greet me with a big smile filled with happiness. its tells a lot by that the staff are well taken of and enjoyed working at the property. i will be back for sure (soon)... love the view of my room.

Location, when I check in, the staff never inform me , there are $10 charges per day until I check out.

Very good location for a reasonable price. Check in/out is relatively slow; no express check out available for prepaid guests.

Quite run down. staff was kind. passage to the rooms very dirty, looks like the passage has never been vacuumed. Good for a night to crash.

Reasonable price for a very good location.

Very good location, reasonable price for a no-frills experience. If you are going to be out all day, this is the hotel for you. Location is good if you intend to just hang out in the KLCC area.

Great location

It would be helpful to provide an outlet adapter. The building itself was quite stuffy and hot even with a/c running.

Hotel was nice and the location was awesome. Had a bad experience with one of the AC roof almost falling on us.It was loose and we were scared the whole night.

Only as a last resort

Whole hotel has some kind of smell. Room was musty and glass window is dirty. Toilet bowl was ‘rocky’ from side to side. Breakfast was just so-so. Electronic key card kept getting faulty; had to to reception every so often. Check-in staff miscalculated my room charges, so had to sort it out when checking out which delayed the process. So go early to the reception if you want to check out so that you wont be rushing to the airport or taking the bus. Only good thing is the location.

The hotel is very dated and room wasn’t cleaned properly. It’s a pity as its location is very central. I would recommend to avoid this hotel.

Location is excellent for a short stay. Walking distance to AK mall & KLCC. Rooms are clean but the beds & pillows are not comfortable. Room temperature is almost fixed at 26C. There is a hint of stench coming from the toilet. A good thing is that the toilet is big enough & paved with non slip tiles. Strong shower. A RM100 deposit is required per room. Parking space is limited & a sewage pipe broke when we were there. Thank God we did not park under those pipes. A reminder not to do so in the future too. The stench was unbearable in the small underground carpark & we parked just metres away from the leaking pipe.
