Great location for the Old City
It’s a simple, but clean hotel. The room was bigger than I expected. There is no view, but the location is perfect for visiting the old city and the mall.
Very noisy Woman screaming all night outside.
Very bed
This not an hotel. It’s maybe an hostel and not a good one. There is no reception or people to provide service. It’s build under an regiulat city building, as part of it. So all Rooms face the building court. It is ugly, and have no vacation feel related. Now this place hosting families from the areas of Israel people evacuated, so it’s noisy and dirty
Stay away.
This is not a hotel. It’s a motel with no one working reception. I arrived to the hotel after a very stressful journey from the airport, and I’m met by no one w the desk. A friend of the owner told me my keys are on top of my door frame and I’m all set. I walk into a smelly room with full noise from the outdoor happenings in the street. I immediately went to the front desk to tell them I won’t be staying more than one night. The owner again was nowhere to be found. Minutes later he arrives and is relaxed in his car talking on the phone, refusing to acknowledge me for another 10 minutes. When he finally comes to me he tells me to relax and that what is happening is normal for an Israeli hotel (which is a lie, I’d never experienced anything but courteous staff at my many stays all over Israel). This place is not worth ANY amount of savings, even a free stay. Stay at the other well priced boutiques in Jerusalem, like the Harmony Hotel.
Not my style hotel
Hard to find. There was a small sign and the surrounding businesses never heard of it. The room was ok. No frills or xtras. Near old city so i might stay again.
The location is excellent, however the place did not feel like a hotel but rather the basement floor of a building. The room was spacious enough but the bathroom was small and there was no room to place our things in it (no shelves). Moreover, the room was facing the shared public seating area outside, and thus we suffered from the noise at night and struggled to fall asleep. When we booked the room we asked to stay at a quiet area but our request was not fulfilled. We will not go back there.
Thank you!

Good location. OK room
No sign from the street, so difficult to find. No reception, just a tiny desk in the entrance to a very long corrodor. Room was OK. Hot water and good pressure but very small shower stall. The window was off an inner courtyard and could hear everything if people were talking. Also no real sense of privacy so kept the curtains drawn all the time.
Great location, very good service, and very nice staff.
Meet our needs well
Good location close to old city
Excellent service and location. Rooms are clean.
Great Room to stay short time with great location to the old city
The staff was friendly and courteous. They made all the arrangements for day tours, took care of our laundry, and made us feel at home! Thank you Maayan and Stav for a wonderful stay! We will be back!
A Great Stay
A great hotel at the centre of Jerusalem within walking distance to the old city. Staff is courteous and helpful. Great value for money. Highly Recommended !
Nice stay, Great Location
Stayed for one night at the end of August. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The suite was especially spacious and comfortable, although it wasn’t as clean as we’d expected, and the maintenance can be improved in public sitting area and within the room. The property is located right between city center and the old city, and a minute walk from tram station - very convenient.
The hotel was a little hard to find since the sign was so small we almost missed it! Once we saw the little sign it was easy after that. The room was nice and had everything we needed in it for our nights stay. Plenty of places that you can walk
This hotel is in a perfect location to walk to the old city. There is a shopping mall nearby and several eateries. Parking is also near via Safra Square. We would recommend and plan to return.
Very nice boutique hotel in the perfect area. Would definitely stay again. The staff was lovely and extremely friendly!
Wonderful Stay
We were happily surprised with this cozy, intimate, and clean hotel. We had a room that was actually two adjoining rooms with separate bathrooms and had plenty of space for our family. I was worried about bugs, with it being on the ground floor, but did not see any issues. Don't be fooled by the sad plant wall by the patio, as the interior is well cared for. Lots of hot water in the bathroom and drinking water by the front desk. The staff was so helpful and accommodating. The location can't be beat with a short walk to the Old City and right near the outdoor mall. Fantastic restaurants in the area and a short walk to the light rail train. It was a wonderful stay! Definitely would stay again.
Constant renovation and noise on adjusted property
Urban hotel for sure. Great staff but needs lots of repairs and upgrades.
Excellent location but too noisey.
We were a group of 4 adults and booked the suite. This turned out to be 2 interconnecting rooms. Pros: - Excellent location as close to Old City, Jaffa Street and David Citadel Hotel (day tour pick up and drop off location) - Free bottled water and could use the water dispenser at reception - Nespresso coffee machine with capsules - Staff at reception were really helpful for example giving us suggestions for dinner during a Jewish holiday (as a lot of places were closed) Cons - Bathroom felt a bit dusty and the finishing wasn’t perfect - Loud music and chatter from the bar below the building, parties until 4am.
Great location, friendly staff, basic but totally satisfactory accommodations.
Good location.
The hotel is one ground floor almost half underground floor and has regular apartments that don't belong to the hotel on top. The smell inside the rooms was very bad. It didn't change even after opening the windows
Very nicely kept hotel and the staff was also very helpful. Also, the communication between me and the hotel was also very timely
Small hotel but large clean room. All front staff were friendly and helpful . Always woe a smile
The good: location is perfect, staff is friendly and accommodating. The bad: everything else. It’s like a hostel. Nothing like the pictures. Everything is old, worn down, depressing.
The hotel is clean and very good located. The staff were very kind and pleasant. the pictures are a bit tricky. Small high level hostel will be a good description. The value for money was bad, since we could get a lot more at this price.
Much better than it looked
When we got out of the taxi we were a bit worried as it looked a little rundown from the outside. However, the room was lovely and the staff were incredibly helpful. Helped sort out getting to the airport economically despite needing to be there at 3am. Also sorted out a tour which was excellent. Just a 5 minute walk to where tours start. The only criticism is that it would have been nice to have had some milk in the fridge to to with tea and coffee facilities, but we bought some. Also, there is no breakfast, so if you’re on an early start for a tour, best to buy some fruit the evening before. We would stay again.
Overall the experience was good but tv does not have regular channels only Netflix. The shower stall is very small . The room is modern and nice. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Perfect location- ten minutes walking distance to the Old city and few minutes walking to shoos and restaurants. definitely recommend the stay!
Great location - basic room.
This is a well located small hotel on the first floor of an apartment building. The rooms are very small and basic. Bathroom is tiny. Good for a night in Jerusalem and the location is great but is it very basic. Again, it was clean and a 5 minute walk to the old city and to the city center but could not be more basic of a room...
Great boutique hotel in a great location
We typically stay at the Waldorf or Citadel. Their pricing was completely unreasonable. We saw this on hotels.com and had good reviews. We decided to give it a try. We had a 2 bedroom suite which was very nice. It’s not a five star luxury hotel but it certainly was what we needed. It’s a small boutique hotel with a great location. Easy walk to Mamilla and Old City. 2 min walk to the train. The staff was extremely accommodating!!! They do not offer breakfast but across the street in Mamilla mall there are many choices. If you stay at a hotel which services breakfast it’s the same thing every morning. This was a very different experience than we were accustomed to but we really enjoyed our stay and will return.
Excellent hotel and location
Overall it was lovely it was close to everything one wants to be whilst in Jerusalem. The staff were helpful and kind, the room was clean and pleasant. I will definitely go back!!!
The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. Loved that they put us in a suite (2 connecting rooms with 2 bathrooms) for a 3 person reservation. The hotel was a bit more dated than I expected, but it was in an excellent location!
Lovely rooms, amazing location!
We were here for 1 night and it was pleasant ... the staff super friendly and painless check in. Close to a lot of restaurants and shopping.
Perfect location - walking distance to all the sites. Great dining options and super friendly stuff.
Great Location amazing Service. Great hotel
What a great hotel. Great location, staff and owner were amazing! Anything you asked they did whatever they could and went above and beyond
We love the location of this property, very very close to the old city and around, perfect for a familiy of 5.
It depends who you are travelling with.
Mixed bag experience - one the one had, great location, great quality rooms and good staff for the basics. On the other had no knowledge of cuatomer service when things go wrong, either through their fault or your own. Wouldn't recommend for a family but would recommend for solo travellers or couple with low service expectations.
Clean. The bottle of water was appreciated.
Awesome location perfect proximity to everything. Clean. Spacious. Very comfortable. And the staff are so nice and helpful. My new favorite hotel in Jerusalem.
Amazing find!
The staff accommodated us with everything we needed and were super friendly. The location of the hotel couldn’t be beat. After a long day- it was walking distance from wherever we wanted to be.
Loved it!
Excellent location. Big rooms with nice decor. Staff was very friendly. We parked in Mamila. Walking distance from the Kotel. Highly recommended.
Very good
It was very good, close to everything in jerusalem, friendly staff, and very good price
