Nice location and area. Great staff.
Good
Staff are very kind, breakfast was good, and it was a great location close to lots of food options.
Beds weren't very comfortable other than that was good for the price.
Awesome hotel to stay it. Everything you need is literally just outside the doors of the hotel. Clifton hill, restaurant, souvenirs
I am
Every thing was good staff was great
Did the trick…ladies working a super friendly and accommodating
Rooms were clean and comfortable. Should include a bar fridge and microwave. Update furniture and bathroom needs sprucing up ( toilet and sink not functioning well). Like the breakfast included!
Amazing location for the price paid.
Insufficient parking and had to park in an offsite unsecure lot for a $20 charge by the hotel. Room had no shower just the hot tub. The toilet area was so small the door hit the bowl and almost impossible to get in and out without injury. The TV didn't work but they came and fixed it but with very limited channel selection. No fridge in the room and when I asked was told none in the entire hotel, why? Breakfast only had bread products, some fruit and yogurt, are you kidding ? Beds were comfortable. Overall very disappointed, especially given the rate.
central location
I liked this property as it is safe but there is no safe in the room. It is very reasonably priced. Niagra Casino is at a walkable distance.
Fast check in and out. Room very big, bed very springy but comfortable. Elevator was very slow. All in all a great hotel to stay at at a great price
Want to come again and again
The staff was really nice, the pool perfect and the people are good and nice
I had a great weekend at the Days Inn! The staff are very friendly and helpful, they made check in nice n easy. My room was clean as a whistle and further away from other people, I was super grateful for the location. The sauna, pool & hot tub were awesome! Sauna could’ve been a bit hotter but maybe I’m biased because I’m Finnish. Only things I can think to complain about are that my shower handle was hard to pull (room 415) & the continental breakfast coffee machine wasn’t working in the morning </3 Otherwise loved everything! Great spot in Niagara, I walked everywhere this weekend. Highly recommend!
Awesome place
Front desk staff was very nice and accommodating. Hotel is clean, the only thing was it was loud due to kids running up and down the halls at 6am. I blame the parents for that though, not the hotel. Parents need to teach kids respect for others who are trying to rest.
Nice hotel for the price
The staff was very nice and helpful, but the hotel is not the best place I've stayed. They were doing some improvements to areas around the main elevator, but the elevators themselves could use updates...slow, smelly, outdated. The free breakfast was described as a "hot breakfast" when we booked, but it was barely passable as a continental breakfast. A few pastries, 3 cereals, a bit of fruit and yogurt that was usually gone around 9-9:15am. Cost was a concern, so we opted for Days Inn instead of Holiday or Hampton, but given that I KNOW of their breakfast options, maybe it was a poor choice of money-saving. Our toilet clogged during the stay with normal use; I'm assuming the weak flush/handle needing to be depressed for 30 seconds contributed to the situation, but the trouble that the maintenance guy had unclogging it was not consistent with what we, uh, left in there. The bathroom was kind of a disaster upon arrival; l'm a housekeeper, so maybe I'm being unfair, but there was hair in the tub drain, the mirrors were dirty and water-spotted, and the floor had just too many little hairs. The room itself was a good temperature that we never changed, the view of Clifton Hill was decent (3rd floor, can't ask for much), the beds were shockingly comfortable, the hotel was pretty quiet, and the pool/hot tub/sauna was pleasant and warm. I do wish I had known that the room would NOT have a mini-fridge!
Well located, clean, front desk personnel ok...
The staff was super friendly, the facility and pool was kept up. The breakfast choices were a little lacking. Overall, I would stay at this hotel again.
Better sound proof is needed.
Property is central, very accessible to everything. The property is maintained and the price was right for the location.
Enjoyed our stay staff were very helpful and friendly the room was clean and there were lots of dining options close by
Nothing unique but was very convenient
Thank you
Exceptional
Great stay recommend it
It was great I was surprised about the parking wasn’t mentioned. Over all it was excellent definitely stay again
We stayed in a room with jetted hot tub which was nice and convenient. Location was great. Walking distance to clifton hills and a little walk to the falls. What could be better was the bed. Beds are not comfortable at all. I can say kind of broken springs. We also didnt have mini fridge in our room. It was the first time for us staying in a hotel room with no fridge. The staff accommodated and put our stuff in the staff frdige. But it would be more comfortable if it was in the room.
It was cheap and clean
Great staff and comfortable
The front desk staff is truly amazing. Cannot say anything negative about them. I booked 2 rooms and both were clean and spacious. The heater in one of the rooms wasn't working and cold outside air was coming in all around it. When I reported it to the front desk, they sent someone to the room to check it immediately. When it couldn't be fixed right away, they gave me another room with no issues whatsoever. My family and I have visited this hotel on numerous occasions and will do so again.
Good value for the price. Very limited breakfast options and the floor/tables in the breakfast area were a little sticky - possibly from too much cleaning product. There's a second parking lot around back/across the street. Didn't get to use the pool, hot tub or sauna because all three were at capacity on a Saturday evening.
Not enough parking, over sold passes and no spots
Not sure if the hotel staff knew this, but there was a big pile of dog poop right outside the front entrance, it was there for at least 2 days, very shocked nobody from the hotel cleaned it, it is really not the impression to make when someone shows up at the hotel. Otherwise the hotel and location were good. Bathroom and overall room was small and the toilet water went down very very slow. Staff was friendly, cleaning staff was very nice but started slamming doors very loud early morning which woke up the entire floor. We didn't ask for a wake up and especially doors banging all morning!
The small parking lot and few handicapped spots were our big issue!!! We’ve been staying at this site many times and our complaints were almost nil. We do not want housecleaning but that staff is always accommodating.
I really enjoy this property, we always return, pleasant staff, breakfast is a plus because we travel with kids, the pool area has been renovated since we were here last what a lovely area, a wonderful time had ! We visited for my sons birthday
Great hotel
Fair, old building and breakfast disappointing.
That they have breakfast
Good place.
Toilet was terrible needed small table with 2 chairs.
Overall our stay in this hotel was amazing the only problem we encountered one the first day was children keeps running and shouting at the corridor and we could hear it inside the room but the staff made an excellent job and they resolve the problem right away.
No mini fridge or water bottles in room.
the breakfast area very small , one chair in the room is very dirty. the quality of the sheets of the bed very bad,the respiration area need to clean the door and windows glass, the women wash room in respiration floor without soap for tow days, the breakfast items more more than enough and very good quality
It was good staff took care of concerns quickly breakfast was very good
Weekend away
Stay was good. Hot tub and pool extremely cold. And no parking, had to park in over flow lot down the street.
When we checked in parking was not included with your stay. For 2 nights it was $45.00. The room was small for a suite with jacuzzi tub. Toilet was in a closet by itself and you have to straddle the toilet to close the door. The desk had jam dried clump that wasn’t cleaned from who knows when. The tv in the room had to call multiple times as it kept cutting out. The last time we were told it was a known issue and it’s been an ongoing issue for years. They didn’t leave towels or face clothes had to call down and get some. The continental breakfast that is included was lousy for those with dietary restrictions. Lots of sugary and high carb choices. The pool and hot tub water was very cloudy didn’t dare go into it. The jacuzzi tub was pictured like a heart shaped tub it was not. It was tight for 2 people. On a positive was there was unlimited coffee, ice water and tea. Front desk staff were kind and friendly and very knowledgeable for things to do in the area. I suggest spending your money elsewhere.
Great spacious "master" room with sofabed and fireplace that was adjoined to our second room for the teens. All for geat pricing. Staff let us keep to ourselves and were available when needed for simple things such as fresh towels. We didn't really need much and are experienced travellers with simple and realistic needs and expectations. Nice complimentary coffee all day and simple breakfast included as well as WIFI. Running water was very cold and very hot which was perfect. Proximity restaurants abound. Thanks again. - Mario and family
Good
It had a lack of maintenance. Breakfast was very poor with no variety.
.
Easy to walk everywhere and from one place to another.
All is good👍👍
I found the facilities were a little wornout.Ceiling fan in bathroom was not working. Large damage in hallway . Very clean .
Very close to the action. Close to cheap parking. Walking distance to everything.
Very bad experience
The bathroom was unclean the toilet paper roll above it was moldy. Overall every single thing is old and outdated, mattresses and the carpets everything is old. The staff was kind and helpful except the woman stocking up the breakfast area, she is rude! Way too much chlorine in the pool. It stinks! And the hot tub is scummy with actual sand at the bottom.
Would stay again
Amazing staff very helpful Pool and hot tub, sauna great. Beds comfortable Needed fridge and microwave in room
Great value and location. Friendly staff
Really clean room, lots of towels, very comfy bed..Parking was expensive and parking lot had no room, and very small. 23.00 for parking with tax per night is too much.
The staff were great, very friendly and prompt with any requests. Beds were far too firm for me personally but everything was clean
Good stay
Fabulous service at check in/out staff are very nice. Rooms are very nice, the updates to the hotel look great 5 mins from all attractions. Pools cold hot tub was nice. 2 had 2 rooms 1 was great other was not cleaned well. Found someone breakfast from a prior stay and rag left from the cleaning.
Dry and disappointed
We booked a room with the heart shape. Tub, to find out that the only way to fill it was through a handheld shower head... Because there is no spout otherwise. Needless to say, it took almost an hour to fill that tub. By the time it was full, it had run out of hot water. So the top half was hot, and the bottom half was cold. Considering it was the reason why I decided to choose that room. I am a little disappointed.
Clean hotel Near shopping
Worn out hotel
Close to all amenities could have better breakfast
Room was spacious & clean. Continental breakfast was great. However, I did not like that there was no telephone in our room. This is a safety concern. We had to use our cell phones to call the front desk when our neighboring guests were talking loudly in their room at 3 a.m.
Pleasant clean room, a few suggestions
The room was very clean, not as many amenities in the room as most places. No mini fridhe or microwave but very nice room. Staff were very nice. I liked the shampoo pumps in the shower. I do eish there was a little bottle of lotion there. Breakfast was very limited choices. If you have a dairy allergy your choice is just carbs, carbs and more carbs with the excrption of hard boiled eggs that were in the fridge that you can't of course heat up . Microwave is there in the kitchen area but hidden in a back corner in an awkward place away from food. There were people coming into the breakfadt area wearing wet bathing suits and towels dropping everywhere. That should have been stopped. Otherwise lovely hotel and sfaff. Next time I suggest the families with kids be placed at the back of the building or on higher levels if possinle rather than directly facing Hooters.
Great
Overall good place
Staff are friendly, facility is clean and bright. Was not happy that they are increasing parking rates especially since there is limited parking on site and overflow has to park in a separate lot down the street.
Staff great
The front desk staff Jayden was so friendly and accommodating. Great service!
near by clifton hill and had plenty of food options nearby, jetted tub was awesome too!
Breakfast could use some options - buy the start and everyone around was so kind. Wish there was a gym :( but the sauna and hot tub were amazing !!
Pack your own food
I was hoping for a little more. Yes, i got a great deal for the 2 nights, but the websites said free parking, its wasnt. They said there was a compliment breakfast and there was no protein. The staff was nice, location good. But the vending machine charged me $10 for a bottle of pop. Its the little things that make a stay too expensive for the average family. Pack your own food.
Good
Sleep in bed was broken, had to pay for parking, poor breakfast
It was perfect for our stay. It was clean and comfortable. Staff were lovely, breakfast was fine, cereal, fruit, bagels etc. Plenty for us. Its a no frills hotel but it was clean and comfy and reasonable for our 3 day stay.
Very limited breakfast options
Walking distance to most activities
Convenient and nice for a few nights near Niagara Falls. The jetted tub and views from the balcony were pretty.
I would stay there again. It’s close to restaurants, within walking distance to the casino and the falls.
Great location and price.
After 1:00 am youger people get back from there outings and being very loud on the hallway. Also there under some renovations and the works where loud early saturday morning talking in the hallway it was like there where in my room.
Wouldn't allow early check-in! Parking lot was not plowed, with 6" of snow. Friendly Customer Service. We always always always go to Days Inn on Centre Street, NF which is amazing for everything...but we had The Keg gift cards & this hotel is directly across the street. I have mobility issues from a car accident & it is easier for my husband & I to get to. The front desk also had a gentleman in general clothes and a camouphlage baseball hat & a tshirt & jeans. Not very professional. Clean room. Hotel needs upgrades!
Unhelpful staff
Breakfast could have been better
Very terrible and rude staff services . Never ever I will book the same property. Hope it will help fellow travellers
nice to relax and go for a swim, hot tub and sauna. close to eat and walk around, great place.
Clean and convenient
Very great area
Valentines
Stayed 2 nights and wouldn’t change rooms since my room did t have a shower in it! Just a heart shaped tub. No fridge (which I was good with).. but no shower in a hotel room is absolutely stupid!
We got a double queen room - Walls are very thin you can hear the conversation in the next room over. - No microwave. - No mini fridge. - although it says queen bed , smallest “queens “ I’ve ever see. - The free breakfast is basically just toast, bagels , and mini donuts The hotel is however in a great area , you can walk down to the falls easily, the staff was mostly friendly, and the rooms were very clean. The parking was alright, if your lucky you can park right in the hotel lot but there is very limited space, they do have an overflow lot.
Convenient location
Rooms extremely clean nice continental breakfast Hot tub was out of order the first 3 days we were there

we enjoyed our stay for the most part , unfortunately we noticed stains on our bedsheets the next morning after checking in, we called for new sheets and left for the day. we left a tip for room service, they came and the next morning we noticed the same stains on the sheets, leading us to believe they were not changed. the staff was friendly and hotel was decent…great location though!
