The hotel was pretty run down. I didn’t feel like I was going to get mugged at it but I bibnt quite feel comfortable there
room was ok but manager did not prepare breakfast, though breakfast was advertised. I managed by making coffee in the room and snagging some raisin bran. I bought milk at the gas station across the street.
No Frills Option!
The value matched our expectation - adequate with no frills for a VERY reasonable price.
Not very clean and really run down
Don’t be fooled by the pics online! It’s gross and not worth the low price! Don’t be conned like we were.
In the heart of Moab, easy to walk to shops and dining. Hotel is old but room itself is in ok condition. Very thin wall - be prepared to be up late with the sound of TVs, and woken up when adjacent rooms takes a shower. Internet was spotty.
These older hotel motels are past their prime. The days Inn is not far from needing a wrecking ball.
Pass on this
This was the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed in. My pillows sheets were yellow. It was just gross and disgusting. I started feeling itchyThe minute I entered the room There were guys working on their cars in the back and it just seemed really sketchy, so I said, forget this grab my bag threw it in my the car and went to a hotel down the street and ate the fee
Everything was perfect. Free breakfast at the restaurant was very good also.
Good overnight hotel
Friendly staff. Hotel and room could use a vacum.
Clean room. Close to everything.
Old
Old
Very good property. Breakfast is good. Receptionist is very good and helpful. WiFi is excellent. Snacks like yogurt, cakes, oranges available 24 hours (haven’t seen this even in Hiltons). Highly recommended.
The bathroom tub was in need of replacement.
You get what you pay for. Hotel is on the older side and the hall ways and lobby are not very clean. The room was clean and bed was as well.
Helpful front desk but property needs professional updating. Repairs are done by untrained workers.
Quite possibly one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The toilet clogged twice, each time with us having to ask for a plunger. To my knowledge, there was no elevator, and we had a heavy piece of luggage that we had to hall up the stairs. The bathroom sink drained as slow as molasses. Definitely not worth the $200 for 1 night. Avoid this place, if at all possible!
I really answered with your questions, dirty
A little shabby but adequate. Comfortable bed.
Liked: breakfast was good/warm food/bed comfortable/shower water pressure good/room comfortable Didn't like: light in breakfast room near window is full of bugs/dirt? Moulding by window in breakfast room not attached; did not see anyone wiping off tables or counters during breakfast. Toilet is WAY too low~~seems lower than standard. Need a safety bar near the tub for safety. On room side, the key entry system was not even covered~~just left open. The tub dripped the whole time we were there~~wasting water and $$. Overall disappointed in a Days Inn and a Wyndham property.
Excellent!! Super comfy and quiet, very clean
Clean, safe room, very comfortable bed, hot shower, quiet. I will stay there again next trip to Moab!
A good place in Moab. Moab is not cheap.
Very old, smelling bed, very expensive for what you get
Overall, great stay.
Not pet friendly unless you pay ALOT!
They charge $40.00 per pet which is not on the website! The pet area is all rock and the dogs don't want to go there. Nothing worked in our room. The maintenance guy had to come fix the tv. The phone didn't work. The hairdryer did not work. There was garbage all around outside on the ground.
Thanks!
And old building, clearly deteriorating. Given the quality of the place, the price was way too high
Beautiful view
Overall we had a pleasant stay. Staff was very accommodating. Hotel is dated but clean. The front street view can use some improvement (curb appeal). Plastic furniture was unsightly. Pool was drained, it would have been nice to know that fact since it was near 90 degrees when we stayed there.
Pool not open..not enough parking…property is old…food processed and not fresh
Good location near three national parks. Breakfast was good too. The property is kind old, the shower water was too hot for shower, but once we noticed the staff, it was fixed right away.
Great that it was so close to Arches.
Hotel was overbooked, notified day of reservation that we would not have a room. I attempted to offer a smaller room that did not accommodate the size of party from the original booking. Ended up having to travel an additional hour to find a hotel with the proper accommodations
The room was not very clean. The halls smelled and were dirty and trim was falling off the walls. I had a 1/2" gap in my room door. The faucet was not secure to the sink even thought it had about 2" of poorly applied caulk.
Just OK
This was fine as we stayed just one night. Cleanliness was ok but could have been better. The coffee maker was filthy so we did not use it. The bed was comfortable. Definitely not worth the $200 we paid for the night...
The hotel is really nice
Staff nice it was clean old
Extremely dirty
Extremely dirty. There were cockroaches all over. Afraid of stepping on them. Had to sleep with my belongings on the bed
Horrible first appearance in lobby. Seriously overpriced for what you get. No elevator! Had to carry luggage up tall flight of steps. Only positive was comfy bed. Afraid to put my luggage on floor! Kept on my bed
No area for dogs, lots of stickers. Water was loud when on. Hot water heater kept going out. No phones. Staff was very helpful and solved what issues they could.
Won't return
Hotel advertised pool, looks like its been awhile, probably would not have booked a room if I knew that. I asked for a ground floor, got 2nd floor. Shower curtain rod was hanging when I arrived, I did a temp fix. Flange behind shower knob was just haning. Floors were dirty. Room was spacious, so that was good.
This place needs to be updated badly! Morning breakfast was very unorganized. William at the front desk was very friendly and did the best he could.
Convenient location. Out of a lot of breakfast food and dust around many places
Motel needs some renovation
The pool hasn’t worked for a few years so know there isn’t a pool. Super close to bike path and arches. The food is good and plentiful but the area is very small. We ate in our room. Good price. Comfy beds.
Our first impression wasn’t great. There was no one at the desk. We called the number given on a sign on the desk and it rang on the phone right there. We found a housekeeper and she called someone and they were there about 5 minutes later. However, after that we were very pleased with this motel. The room was large, clean, and quiet. We did have one day where the shower was only lukewarm and that was disappointing. There was always hot coffee and muffins available in the lobby and the breakfast was easily accessible and plentiful. This was one of the lowest prices in town which was why we chose it. We would stay there again
This place is a dump!!
When we arrived there were dirty towels in the bathroom. When I got into bed, I noticed my blanked appeared dirty as well. Back door was propped open instead of closed for security. Checkin went well, staff was polite and efficient.
Everything was good!
Basic Elderly Days Inn
We were very satisfied, acknowledging that the hotel was pretty old and had some maintenance issues. Inside hallway. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was good. The breakfast was very good, better than expected. Waffles, scrambled eggs, surprisingly good sausage, plus all the expected breads and bagels. A little crowded, but a highlight. We felt safe. Near a GREAT restaurant (Broken Oar) and other conveniences. I don’t know that I would stay here again, but probably the best $ deal in Moab. Very good for the price.
The property needs deep cleaning.
When we arrive to the hotel we noticed the TV didn't work. William who was currently on his shift in no time replaced our TV. Surprising the breakfast was absolutely wonderful including fresh fruits and treats . Bottom line, William and Don are the best !!! Thanks again and we would love to come back and stayed there again
We booked this hotel because of the price and the fact it had a pool. The pool was not open, though it was shown on the property profile. The staff was wonderful.
Clean rooms. Staff was polite & breakfast was super. Parking right outside my room. Nice, well lit area to walk my dog
Good
Nice, clean room, comfortable bed, good breakfast. It was really disappointing that the pool wasn't in order
Nice, clean! We will be back for sure!
It had big cockroaches out front running around at night . And the first room they put us in the air conditioner did not work. We had to be moved to another room. And the swimming pool was not open. It was out of service.
Good but can be maintained more neatly
Staff os very informative on tourist attractions
Property was clean. Needs updated. Breakfast area was messy & sausage was dried out
Always freash fruit availsble on the counter! Very friendly and heloful staff!
☺️
My only request was if my room could be next door to my work colleague who booked for we had to constantly be in and out of each others room for work purposes. The receptionist over the phone told me to call back later because they were doing laundry. I called back later and they confirmed request this being two days out. Upon arrival my room was on opposite sides from my coworker. back door and room door had issues opening.
It was amazingi would recomend it to everyone
My son had a nose bleed during the night and got 3 or 4 tiny drops of blood on a sheet and so they kept our 100 dollar extra *cash* deposit we were required to provide to stay there. The bed was really old and broken down, it was comfortable enough, but nowhere near worth over 200 dollars for a night. And one sheet would not cost 100 dollars to replace....I can get blood out of anything, but I have raised kids and had that experience. It was awful there, and I don't understand why this motel in the Bitterroot isn't nicer to people overall. I guess they think they just don't have to be.
Horrible
I recently stayed here for a quick overnight trip, and my experience was good. The check-in process was smooth. My room was clean and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities you would expect from a motel, including a comfortable bed, a TV, and a small fridge. The location of the motel was very convenient, close to several restaurants and shops, which made it easy to find places to eat and things to do. One area for improvement would be the breakfast options. It was nice to have complimentary breakfast that included Yogurt, fruits, Mil & Cereal plus other things that we didn’t check because we left early at 4:30am to see the sunrise at Mesa Arch Top. . I would recommend it to anyone looking for a no-frills accommodation option for a short stay at reasonable price
Pool out of service.
I would share the pictures but it won’t let me. Do not stay here. Bad, smelled of weed in lobby, broken windows and fence on property, shut down by health department a few months ago on google but reopened somehow. We didn’t stay there due to the strong weed odor and no one was at the desk for over 20 minutes to answer the call the check in. Pool totally drained and not used for awhile. We were going to attempt to see if the room was clean and it was just the outside that was bad but never made it that far. Two beautiful hotels next door. The Comfort Inn next door said they get weekly people coming over to find rooms. Sketchy and not safe with kids.
Our booking was canceled by the receptionist due to bad weather he said, power outage. He was so rude talking to me over the phone.
Staff friendly. Pool advertised. Not open. Furniture in need of upgrades. Room clean.
One of the better Days Inn Hotels we’ve stayed in. I would come back again.
Good Value
The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The rates were good. The property has some age and it shows in places, but it was clean and comfortable.
This hotel is on the main road through Moab and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The room was clean. Not ver quiet as we could hear people talking and water running in neighboring rooms. The lobby needs updating. Breakfast was good
No elevator
We got the room because the website showed a beautiful pool and upon arrival saw this dusty raggedy empty pool. When we checked into our room the room was dirty and someone had been on the beds. We got a different room and when we finally got the shower to work we couldn’t use it longer than 5 minutes because the water kept getting super hot and super cold. We went to go to sleep and there was a bar sticking out from under the bed that i hit my chin really hard on cut myself and it left a bruise. The blow dryer was falling out of the wall and all the furniture was holding on for dear life. Ana was cool thou.
Cockroach
It is nice, good service. The room is cleaned and full amenities, fridge, microwave, coffee, working desk. However, I wish the breakfast should have more to offer.
It is within working distance of good restaurants. Friendly staff.
No pool , said they had one Breakfast was ruff No one cleaned our room
Good place to stay at, just hoping the prices would be a bit less economical and justify the pricing.
Room was not clean.
No elevator or ramp to 2nd floor. Hard to carry big suitcase. Dining area a little small, gets congested. But food is great!
I have never stayed in a hotel so dirty. In our room, there were dead cockroaches and a really bad smell that was impossible to deal with. We asked the receptionist to change our room, and he did. However, the cleanliness wasn’t good at all. It wasn’t a cheap stay, and we had the worst experience ever. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
It's a rundown Motel. Should be bulldozed. Everything about it says 'circa 1985'
When we turned the lights on there was a used tissue on top of the lamp shade. We also found hairs on the bottom of the bath tub
The location and the price are good. It's also good to have breakfast. The facility is not very clean.
Dirty, noisy, unkind. Even terrible breakfast. Not worth a star.
Very dirty
The areas in the parking lot and surrounding the building are full of trash. The back door to the hotel does not fully close or lock so anyone not staying there can just walk in. The lobby is cluttered and dirty. The room itself was adequate. I would not recommend that anyone with a truck and trailer try to park in their “trailer parking”. Hard to navigate and you can easily get parked in. Price should me much lower.
this hotel was gross the guy who checked me in just charged my card without asking i did the card just to hold and was going to pay cash for the room. the whole place smelled like indian food the sheets were not changed from the people before us the toilet did not work and they sent a tweaker up to fix it my wife made me go buy blankets and we only stayed one of our two nights
clean room and better breakfast
Our room wasn't ready when we got there so they separated our group for one day. The next day we had to move our items to another room. It felt dirty and untidy. We had food left in the fridge that was in our room.
Extremely dated, what they tried to fix was not well done the caulking was thick and sloppy, staff relatively courteous, the grounds were unkept, the pool cracked and disgusting and not operable. The price was high considering the conditions. Location was the best part
Basic 2 star hotel
Just a basic room nothing fancy. Good location. Safety was good. Noisy plumbing was biggest annoyance. No eggs or sausage for breakfast just waffles and yogurt but late night coffee was available.
We walked in and walked right back out! Staff number that greeted us was nice and that was pretty much the only good thing I have to say about this property. Pictures do not accurately represent what rooms or the facility looks like. Pictures had to have been taken at least 10 years ago and that’s being generous. I would be surprised if it has EVER been remodeled. I checked in, brought my family in and up rickety stairs since there is no elevator. Once in the room, we sat down, took a good look around and got up and walked out. In any normal circumstances and not a tourist town this hotel would be rented by the hour. I should’ve definitely read the reviews before booking this room, but as I said the pictures do not accurately represent what the property truly looks like. Buyer Beware- do not book.

Place had bed bugs, disgusting. I only stayed at this hotel for my minivacation and i came home covered in bites. Miserable coming home to deal with that.
