I liked the staff, very nice people. I did not like the owners ability to keep the property well-maintained.

Our room was wonderful. It was fully accessible for myself to get into the shower once inside the room itself. One disappointment was that the accessible parking spot in front of the room, has 2 steps that you have to climb to get access to the room, otherwise walk around the side of the building to access the ramp. My Husband was able to help me climb the 2 steps so I got into the room. If I was in a wheelchair it would have been not good due to the rainy weather Saturday and Sunday snow.

Disgusting, smelly and bugs in my room

During our stay, I found the rooms to be exceptionally clean, and the location was very convenient for exploring the area. However, my experience was significantly marred by the attitude of the staff, particularly during the morning shift on 11/12/2025. The male staff members were unnecessarily rude, arrogant, and unhelpful, which left a lasting negative impression. While the facilities met expectations, the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy from some staff members made the stay far less enjoyable than it could have been. Improvement in customer service is essential to match the otherwise positive aspects of this hotel.

Great room, affordable price, great staff, clean bathroom and shower and beds, overall great experience. Exactly as the pictures when we booked and we didn’t try the breakfast but everything else was very accommodating. Free parking was a win for us and the staff were friendly. Thank you so much!

The hotel was very clean, quite and so comfortable. The beds were so nice. Unfortunately the lack of breakfast let them down.

NOT IN NIAGRA TV DID NOT WORK ROOM SMELLED LIKE MOLD STAFF AT FRONT DESK RUDE DURING CHECKOUT. BREAKFAST WAS DISGUSTING AND WHEN ASKED FOR FRRAH FRUIT OR MORE PANCAKES, the Femaie was SNIPPY & RUDE. I just found $100 extra charge they accuse me of smoking which I did not. I smoked outside and it was because I complained about the smell of the mould in the room and that the TV did not work and the tall male at the front was extremely rude And talk down to me and my partner the entire time when I try to talk to him DO NOT STAY HERE.

This property is a MOTEL, NOT a HOTEL! There were shady characters loitering about outside our room SMOKING and we could smell the smoke from inside our room. The room was fairly clean and the bed was comfortable, but my wife and I did not get a good sleep for several reasons: There was a humming/rubbing noise just outside our room that oscillated on and off every minute. The lights of the parking lot are extremely bright, so you have to keep the blind closed at all times for the window to the parking lot (the only window). Our room was on the ground floor, and the people in the room above us made noises like moving furniture and pounding through 2am. In cold winter weather, you have to bundle-up in your winter clothes and boots/shoes to walk from your room outside the motel to the breakfast area in the lobby. The breakfast is extremely minimal, with no hot food options, so we drove to have breakfast elsewhere. We forfeited the money we paid for our 2-night stay there, only staying the first night without much sleep. We got a better place for our 2nd night.

What a great place to stay recently renovated

The room was fairly clean, though there were sweaters left in the closet from the last guests. Provided soaps had a pleasant scent and worked well. Water pressure in the shower was terrible, but the shower itself was clean. Over all an okay stay!

All the workers are very helpful and friendly.

Paradise by the Falls

Miss Amy and Mr Ryan have made such a beautiful place. We love our jacuzzi suite, and we can't wait to come back 💫

Staff were friendly and made the check in process quick. We also enjoyed the convenience of the snacks that were available in the morning for breakfast as well as the coffee, tea and hot chocolate that was offered all day long.

Overall it wasnt bad, but the floors had not been cleaned there were dead bugs and spiderwebs everywhere. Withing 5 mins of walking with no socks my feet were black. The tub had not been cleaned there were hairs as well as bar soap still on the surfaces of the tub. I ended up cleaning the bathroom myself the first night. There is not a quiet hour here so keep that in mind 3 of the 5 nights I stayed there was pounding on the wall causing the bed to shake as well as the floor until around 2am each time. The staff was helpful and make check in and out easy.

Great location, wonderful staff

This hotel was in a great location to visit the Falls. The staff was welcoming and helpful. They went above and beyond in their attention to us.

Staff was friendly, room was reasonably. We requested an upstairs room and got one. :-) Only thing is, the rooms don't have carpet, so I did feel a little bad walking around just in case there was someone underneath us. The hallway upstairs had carpet. Breakfast was hardboiled eggs, regular yogurt (not greek), 3 cereal options, cute little pancakes with 3 syrup options (blueberry, strawberry, and maple), Toast (cinnamon raisin, ?white, ?wheat?), packaged oatmeal; juice, coffee, hot chocolate, tea. Checkout was easy. Parking was free. I did have to unplug the phone to get the "message light" to stop blinking because I couldn't figure out how to dial the correct number to get to the message - it seemed dialing the "message" number got me the front desk.

It’s not very clean and little things - like empty bottles of conditioner in the shower are just irritating

Nice decent budget hotel. Safe area and good parking. The breakfast was decent for the price too. The only complaint I had is that the walls are paper thin. I can hear the man in the next room snoring and it kept me up 1/2 the night. So that was not a good thing. Next upgrade maybe put soundproofing in? Thanks

it was really nice!

I booked the room for one of my out of town employees. At check in i was told your credit card reader was down. So i needed to give the girl at the front desk a $100.00 even though the room was already paid for. I did and two days later when my employee was checking out, she was told she could not get the $100.00's back. This necessitated me to have to drive for 35 minutes to get my $100.00 back. I feel very uncomfortable doing business with your company in the future. Your employee was very rude when I came to pick up my $100.00 back. Won't be using your company in the future.

Couldn’t sleep- people smoking all night and while room filled with smoke smell.

Very friendly front staff.

I thought the breakfast was very good. I did not like that there were no luggage carts. This caused multiple trips to the car. The doors shut loudly and sadly guests slammed the doors night and day. At 4 am a company called CONTROL AIR slammed the door multiple times .

Our stay was only one night, but the gentleman at the front desk was so nice and helpful. He recieved our special request for a room on the first floor, recommended the fireworks at niagara falls that night, and even replied to my message when I forgot where he said I should park. Excellent customer service!! Also very clean smelling and looking immediately when walking through the doors of both the lobby and our room

Room was on the ground floor and we were able to park close to the door. It was clean and all the employees that i dealt with were Freetown friendly and helpful.

It was very clean and the workers are very friendly

The pool was unable to use, but the place is quiet and the check in and check out process was very easy.

Great Staff all around... A bit of road work being done out front but getting in and out was easy... Looks like the place was just re-done.. room was clean.. and over all quiet... also nice to see a larger tv with lots of channels to watch..

Staffs are friendly and we love this stay with family.

Some of the staff were very kind and helpful. The room was clean and most of all the toilet worked well. One of my issues was that I checked out too early. I wanted wise the bathroom, I was told I couldn’t go back into the room. I was told to use one near the lobby. I waited about half hour to use it since it was occupied. Nonetheless my stay was great.

This is not a property that should carry a Wyndam branding and to charge extra even for the option of a “suite” is insulting

Decent hotel

It was a descent hotel. The air con was quite loud, so we ended up turning it off. Liked we could wash & dry our clothes but there was only one washer and dryer. They needed more. I guess it was good for the price.

The place was in an ok area. The staff was extremely helpful and cordial from the front desk to housekeeping. Hope the people who were working on Monday afternoon to Tuesday about 10 am are there all the time. I can’t say enough about them. Wish they had an indoor pool.

The front desk receptionist was very nice and personable. She had a hard check in prior to us, but observing her calmness and professionalism through it was amazing. she was very nice and explained everything. My kids had an amazing time with the pool and the room was very clean.

The sheets had a stain on them and we found nut shells on the floor when we moved the sofa. The water was good and hot, mattress was firm. Breakfast needs hepl

Overnight Stay

I have no complaints...the hotel room was clean and spacious, the check-in staff was friendly, and although we didn't use the pool, it appeared to be in good condition and clean. We would stay here again.

There is construction around the property that has nothing to do with the property and it's a bit uneasy getting in and out. That being said, we loved our stay. Loved everything. Easy stay. No charge to hold the credit card on file. Pool was great and we loved the LONG hours of operation. They do not distrub you when that sign is on the door. Leave a nice note if you miss house keeping. The laundry changes price with the load but was fine and convenient. Nice, affordable, comfortable place.

It was noisy. The walls are thin. We could hear the people snoring next door.

I needed scotch tape and scissors to wrap some presents for my granddaughter’s birthday. The front desk staff was very helpful.
