Overall good value for money

Theres construction that make it little Unconvenient other than that is ok. Room big and clean.

When checking in, nobody was at the front desk. Waited a while for staff. The young girl working was incredibly friendly and efficient. On arrival to our room, there were not enough towels for our family. The jets in the jetted tub had visible mildew/mold. The bottom of one of the toilets had pee on it. The garbage cans still had garbage in them. The ladies bathroom at the pool was dirty, had no toilet paper or paper towel. The men’s bathroom was quite dirty with an overflowing broken toilet. Other guests warned us that they had been refused additional towels for the pool, their room had not been cleaned in the 3 nights they’d been there. One staff told another that if their room key didn’t work, you could just pull really hard and the door would open without it. There was construction going on in the property (which we were not aware of upon booking) and we had to take our toddler and baby outside and walk around the property to go to the pool or to eat.

Could not get any towels, asked multiple times! Went swimming and had to wait 45 minutes for a load of laundry to be washed! Had 2 towels for 2 nights in our room with 5 family members. Given a 3rd floor room when travelling with a dog. Multiple doors were broken and had to walk outside to access the main lobby or the swimming pool! No maids to be found anywhere. Garbage cans in hallways were not changed and overflowing for our whole stay! The only good thing was the breakfast!

The hotel had bed bugs!! The service was absolutely horrible :’(

Very good room. Clean. Very nice breakfast room. Hottub was extremely hot (unsafe hot) . Pool was too warm, not refeshing. We have stayed here several times. Staff are very nice. Love the hotel and location.

I enjoy having our own exterior entrance, it is really convenient

The Halls need a good vacuum and Shampooing. The Room smelt musty and dusty. The Breakfast area - The don't have the attendant who previously would make to order omelettes. We enjoyed the made to order omelettes the last time we visited. Easy check in and check out not issues. We went to use the pool on day 2 ( last day of a 2 day stay) and it was closed for maintenance. The biggest draw for this hotel is the warm pool. When that is closed that is a big let down

Staff always very friendly and helpful

Love the Days Inn. I stay here very iften when in Moncton. It is conveniently located right off the Highway. The Casino is right across the road. There is a couple gas stations just down from the hotel, a Tim Hortons, McDonald's, A&W, KFC and Burger King. Also Magnetic Hill is very close by.

Find a better hotel

Four of us guys went away for the weekend. Check in was fine. Before I was back to my vehicle I got a text that if there was anything we needed to improve our stay let them know. When we got to our room we noticed there was only one chair and a small love seat. I messaged to see if we could get another chair. Never heard back. Tried calling housekeeping and guest services no answer after repeated calls. Time to go to bed I was sleeping on the pull out. Unfolded it and it was still covered in the bedding from the last people. Dirty sheets couple pillows and a stiff towel were still in it. I stripped it and luckily had cleaned sheets for it even though I was grossed out. Young adults ran up and down our hallway until 4:00 am hollering and slamming doors. When it came time to shower before leaving we discovered we had 2 face cloths and 2 towels even though we paid for 4 people. Called housekeeping and guest services again multiple times and again no answer. I called reservations from my cell phone and was told nobody available until 8:30. This was at 7:00. I’ve stayed here lots of times before but this will be the last

Room was large. Bed was comfortable. Only stayed a night so did not get a chance to visit the pool. It can get a bit rowdy on the weekend. Toiletries were good, would have been nice to have lotion Would like to visit on a weekday when it is not too busy. Front staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast staff work really hard and there was a variety of items. Overall a good experience.

It was really great! Loved the pool and spa. Very clean and quiet. Appreciated the smily and professional staff. Cleaning lady very friendly!!! Good job!

Our room was 3 degrees. Heat was not on at all. At one point, tge heat part wasnt even working. The machine itself wouldn't turn off. I had to put a jacket over it just to help stop the cold air. So much more. I have been staying at this hotel for 15 years with my family, alot has changed, i was not impressed altogether with my stay.

Our door didn't lock. The parking lot needs repaired /replaced

To long waiting to get into our room .We pre checked in . No towels for pool . Staffing shortages in dining area for breakfast.

The parking lot is full ofnpotholes, outside the hotel dirty, with garbage on the ground.

When we checked into our room it hasn’t been cleaned from the previous guests . Bed unmade,garbages were full and fast food wrappers on the coffee table . We were sent to another room and when we got in there we checked the bedsheets only to find out they hadn’t changed the bed sheets they just remade the bed . Full of crumbs and hair .

Great for Families

Fantastic right from check in to check out. So much so we decided to check in to stay before we leave for the airport on our way home.

The Days Inn is our go to Hotel when we are in Moncton. They are conveniently located right off the highway. They have a very large pool, hot tub and an amazing breakfast. There is all kimds of places to shop and the Casino is right across the road.

Sliding door broken. Sofa bed did not go back in place. Limited towels and such. A lot of other things that normally was not an issue

The pool was cold .. the pool room was cold. Room wasnt as decorated as i thought it advertised...

The toilet broke in our room. We had to fix it ourselves no maintenance around.

Everything was “ok”, but when I went for breakfast an hour before cut off, all the hot food trays were depleted.. completely.

We ask for stuff did not get nothing so we cancel and then we got what we wanted we would always go there but it's the last time

Feces filled our bathtub in the middle of the night on day 1. Had to move to a new room ( not a drive up as i booked) i have a bad back and booked it for a reaskn. Ruined our stay.

Dog friendly with a charge that expedia didnt mention, as a firefighter was not happy to see the window on the second floor was screwed shut. Staff was friendly and room was clean

There is no elevator.. you have to carry your bags upstairs ... lots of holes in the parking lot...

Spacious, friendly service. Our room had no back cushions on the sofa so it was very uncomfortable on our backs.

Good value for the price of the room and close to attractions like the Zoo, waterpark and casino. Room was okay but had a rip in the curtain and cobwebs and dust in the bathroom fan. We also had to ask for bath towels as we only had hand towels and wash cloths. Pool was poorly lit and water not very clear. Hot tub jets didn’t work and it look and felt like they had glued vinyl on the bottom of it as it was starting to come off.

The service was good. Pool was grosse. People above us kept up awake all night pretty much, even after we made the complaint. The yard outside our door had alot of garbage around.

We have stayed at this property many occasions throughout the years. It could use some upgrades but the location is excellent and the staff are always friendly. The price is reasonable. The lounge has great wings. The paved driveway is in need of patching and the bathtubs are very old; un inviting. We are not early risers and missed the 9:30 deadline for breakfast during our stay.

The room we had booked was unavailable the gentleman at the front desk helped us out to find a solution. He was incredibly helpful.

Had failed to ask for a main floor room and both of us in late 70’s, I asked to transfer to main floor if possible. Fortunately they had one so it was handled beautifully.

Washroom had been used prior to our arrival and not cleaned.

This was a short but good stay. The hotel was pretty average, It would be good for a family event, quick visit. We went for a concert and took the kids. The front staff seemed a bit over worked, they got a bit confused when two of us arrived, but pleasant enough We got pool towels fine. We met with our friends and spent most of the time in the pool and hot tub. Kids loved the room. The toilet never flushed lol but we were there for such a short time we just lifted the lid to flush. Breakfast was ok , lots to choose from. The staff was friendly there. Lots of kids, lots of families, I would stay here again with the family. Im sure it is even busier on things like March break ect... The pool isnt huge I wouldnt want to compete with some hockey tournament or March break though.

Only one staff on the check in desk very busy !! About 20 in line to check in . But the women working was very pleasant and tried her best to help as efficiently as she could . This was obviously a management issue , no support was available to help this women .

You get what you pay for. It is far from fancy but if you’re looking for a cheaper spot to spend a night it suits the purpose. Room was clean, nice new tv. Beds were comfy. Bathroom was quite small but good for a night. Lots of parking beware of the potholes. Close to main shopping and lots of dining within 2-3 minutes. Pool was kind of gross but you know kids they’ll go in anything. Breakfast was quite good with lots of variety and very hot. Well looked after by staff. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

Needs bigger garbage cans in the rooms and more staff especially at check out

We picked this hotel because of the pool and hot tub. The hot tub was broken and the pool was so murky you could not see people swimming in front of you. The hotel is in bad repair with open holes in the ceiling and broken doors. It was expensive for the condition and lack of amenities. Very disappointing.

This property is dirty… Pool water is grey… Outside by the stairs is dirty with broken glass… No security… hole in the back door where there should be a security handle.. One of the girls just picked a small bug out of her hair… which is probably lice.. doing everyone’s hair now Room # 351 .. beware Not recommended at all This is also a long term living hotel with large dogs We have pictures, but can’t post them here on your review

Was not impressed & am out my deposit due to lack of communication and ignorance from staff

We were there in winter and for a night only so we didn't have chance to see much.

Swimming relaxing and clean

There was nails sticking out of the window that cut my child. Fire alarm also went off at 11pm for about an hour.

It was overpriced. We had a poor experience. The ceiling by the elevator on the first floor was torn open in multiple ares, seemingly searching for water leaks. Electrical cords were visible, and the drop ceiling was buckling downward. We found human body fluid on the wall near the bed. The battery operated lock worked only sometimes, requiring many trips up and down stairs to get staff help. The night we stayed, the fire alarm was pulled, the staff said it was a false alarm. We were required to evacuate with 3 children late at night. The staff were excellent,and were very accomodating. The state of building itself was quite disappointing and concerning.

Nice and clean. A great place to relax for a night.

March vacation stay

Nice and clean room , there was not enough towels for the pool services and for the room and pool floors weren’t too clean but for the rest of the stay it was good

Very noisy early morning and late night

The hotel was coming appart holes in ceiling ,3 times going to pool with no pool towels, we were family of 6 ask for ustensils told ne she had 2 icecream spoons that was it (but have acess to a continantal breakfast but not allowed the ustensils,then next morning start second day with all the same issues, used to go there before but now done! Do not tecommand forv155$/night shameful still waiting on my deposit 😒

Pictures on expedia and the room was not same Lifts are not available to bring lugguage on the second floor and nobody to help with the lugguage. The location is quite far from all amenities Wasted money more on taxi Its more than 20 mins from airport

Lounge isn’t open to guest on Sunday. Rooms aren’t check to make sure that everything is working (lamps, fridge wobble) water when showering water runs down the back onto he floors

The outside door slams really hard so it kept us up all night, also the heater in the room kept us up as well.

Nice hotel, good value, could use some upgrades. Hot tub wasn't working and the fire alarm went off a couple of times, scary, but front desk told us, when we were checking out, that they were doing some work on the hotel, which set it off.

30 or so unsupervised, pre teen kids playing hockey in the hallways, running up and down the hallways, fire alarm pulled by one of the little pukes. Staff did NOTHING!!! The two, pretty much kids behind the desk cpuld control a TV. Worst hotel experience in a long time and I stay in hotels more than i stay at home. I booked one night to start with with something like this in mind. Thank gawd I did. Im in town for 4 more nights and Id rather stay warm watching this place burn down than stay there again. And just to finish it off, the Breakfast mystery meat might have been pidgeon and definitely a colour I've never seen before.

Very convenient and easy check in

I requested a drive up to the which means an outside door. The one we got didn’t have outside door and had a hard time finding the room with no number outside

Pocket door to the bedroom was off its rails(which i put back on) , you couldnt turn on the bathrooms faucet because the mirror was jammed to tight to it. Black fingerprints on the walls. More annoying small things but for the price you pay for a hotel these days you expect a little more

Good spot. Clean. Front desk was great.

Outdated charging ports. Had to go spend $25 at the Petro just to charge my c connect phone. Got locked out at entrance 2 in -20 C windchill and 70km/hr winds. It is a LONG walk around the property to front door. Not enough parking spaces dedicated for the rooms . We were very lucky to find one space at 11:05pm, after concert. Hence why we couldnt walk clear around property to try to get in through sntrance and out of the deadly wind. There'd be no place close to entrance 2 to park. There was no heat on the lounge. Freezing. Ppl had their winter coats on waiting sitting at tables. Only 1 girl doing orders, cooking, serving and bartending. Crazy! We never got to eat or have a drink ir anything. Buddy with a guitar (but not playing it) was sitting in front of dart boards, so that was out for us too.

Room was very clean and bed was super comfy, i would def stay there again, great prices, only things i would change would be the #2 entrance door i couldnt get in because the card reader wouldn’t work so 15 minutes later another guest opened the door for me, and we kept smelling someone smoking pot in the hallway which was a bit concerning, but everything else was very very good

The hotel isn’t in the greatest condition. The rooms are ok but weren’t all that clean. Expensive for the quality you’re getting. I cancelled my future booking and booked elsewhere.

We booked two nights for a cheerleading competition Once arrived the staff were not very friendly. When we inquired about the icecream in the entrance way the first evening - a staff member said he doesnt like to serve it & disclosed how they have new management ( the foreigners is how he said it) and its a hotel and not a icecream parlor ... they did give us the icecream though in weird bowls... and very small amounts.. but charged full price. As he was annoyed that i wanted to purchase i didnt want to then tell him not to bother once he scooped up pitiful amounts in random mismatched bowls ( one plastic, one tiny cardboard) Very shocked about his comment and the way the icecream was presented. The second day we were leaving the hotel for about 7 hours but returning to our room(112 -4 bed suite) I requested our room to be made up We only had one small garbage can and 4 towels and two facecloths for 6 people staying.The pool area had no towels available so we had to use the ones in the room. thus requesting more When we arrived back to grab a few items around 4, i noticed the room has not been touched except someone came in and took the towels. but did not leave any. No garbage was changed etc. When i inquired at the front desk. i received a shrug.. and told that housekeeping would be leaving in 15 minutes and they could only bring a few towels to the room they brought 4 and i had to request more. We have stayed the last few years, we wont be back without compensation

The guy at the front desk is so sweat ❤️ i think he is from the area thats what i like the most he is not a foreigner, altho nothing against foreigners but he is very sweat and friendly always has a smile, everyone here is nice as well but its nice to see a local ❤️❤️❤️

It was a great stay, this is our usual stop if we are staying overnight in Moncton. Checking in online was so easy and saved time when you arrived.
