Nice weekend in Eilat

Stayed one night with my wife Hotel receotionist people was a sociopasts, but the rest of the staff were great. Breakfast was fine Room was huge, clean and great Spa was good. Gym was great nice small souvenier shop on site Pool was great, got free popsicles at the pool Location great, 5 mintue walk to north promenade Parking is SXXX. they have a small on spot parking which was always full, so you have to park on the curb and pay Will go back for sure, if the price is right

The hotel was not clean with lots of kids and noise. Breakfast was amazing and staff was OK but it was completely not clean as not clean as it should be was very disappointing

didnt like that breakfast was until 0730 , so causing a rush to eat. Also, no bacon or sausage and the scrambled eggs were dry

Great location, good food and staff. Elevators had long waits and there wasn't on site parking for most guests. Had to park on the street and use parking App

The hotel is conveniently located next to the marina, within walking distance to the beach. The condition of the hotel is generally good, the area looks a bit shady though - there is a rubbish dump right next to the entrance ramp. The strong point is definitely the breakfast: amazing choice of all food. A slight disappointment was that despite "free parking" being advertised on the hotel website, in reality you have to pay for parking.

Good hotel! But a lot of people in the pool and the elevator can be confused

We loved our stay at the Dan Panorama. Staff was cordial and helpful. With minyanim and kosher food options and location, this is a very solid choice for religious guests visiting. ,

Good, efficient, friendly

Obviously a good and comfortable hotel with a lavish breakfast. What impressed me was leaving a newly purchased laptop with them for about a week and getting it back quickly and safely when I got back from a trip to Petra.

Avoid

Rooms are old and dated. We asked for two beds and were given sheets to make the second bed. We indicated on reservation that we were 1 adult and 1 child but they claimed the system didn’t show 2 so they charged for an extra child.

Place is in desperate need of a renovation!!! Dilapidated condition.

Beautiful lobby, very nice room, good service.

Comfortable room, professional and welcoming staff and ample breakfast selections, but owing to the high volume of guests, the noise level and wait times for elevators were problematic. Additionally, my wife and myself partook of the hotel dinner buffet one evening, and were shocked at the receipt of a 400 NIS bill for a rather mediocre supper. Save your money on better in-town dinner options, at less than half the price.

This property needs a refresh. The overall was that we were in the 1960s. The dinner buffet was not very good. The morning buffet was very good.

Great hotel. Staff at check in were very helpful. Perfect location. Breakfast is awesome and the pool is a great place to swim and relax. Highly recommended hotel

It doesn’t worth the price

Very disappointing!!!

It’s a pity they don’t tell you in advance that the room is on the first floor and have no view. Very noisy, poor breakfast! Never again even for half price of all the other hotels.

Beyond our expectations

Far beyond expectations, the hotel made every effort to serve, pamper, and surprise us with gifts, activities, food, and more. The room and view were great!

The food at night (dinner) was not very good, so the second night we didn’t eat at the hotel. Breakfast was excellent. They shouldn’t take away half used soap bottles- they can be used for a second time!!

The hotel is dated. The bath was very dated and the tub was so slippery I was afraid to move without gripping the support bar of the glass. Our room was clean, no problems there, the breakfast buffet was good, and the tables were clean. The hotel parking garage was full, had to park down the block. While waiting for my wife to exit the spa I decided to read in the lobby, could not find a chair that did not have a sunken seat. Even so I would not opt out of ever staying there again. It's still a very decent hotel that's just getting older.

Great family hotel

We area family of 5, and we've stayed in the hotel for a weekend of 2 nights during the holidays season. The staff were nice, the breakfast was great with lot of vegan options! Very clean rooms and we were so happy that we chose this hotel! Thank you!

The hotel is very good, great location and close to everything within walking distance.In addition it should be noted the reception service which were very courteous and nice.

Staff was friendly and hotel provided early check-in and free upgrade.

Quite good for a couple getaway.

The terrace room on the 6th-floor, with the huge terrace facing the wall of another hotel, and the balcony facing the marina. Room was very clean. Terrace is huge for this room (and probably this room only) and the outdoor jacuzzi is very nice to literally chill out. Limited privacy though. The lounge, which is included with this room, has a surprisingly good and delicious treats. The breakfast is typical as other hotels: overflowing with food and people. The pool is a bit small but nice facilities for families (bouncy castles). Check-in took a bit longer than expected.

It was amazing it was my boyfriend 30 bday and the hotel gave us little cake and wine I brought baloons and asked the staff to bring it inside our room when we aere out and it was a good surprise. great location and we are very happy with this vacation.

the hotels location is excelent. the hotel is very clean, the staff is very friendly, the room is comfort and clean. the area of the pool was very clean , the water very cold. the restaurant was full of people. but there was a lot of food and it was very tasty. the hotel parking was full so we have to park a little far.

We very much liked our stay. The view from the room was fabulous. The room was very clean, quite and comfortable and the service was good. It was apparent that they didn’t spare any effort in keeping the vacation atmosphere good while taking all measures to keep the safety of the guests during the COVID-19 times. The hotel location is great but not on the waterfront. Another thing is that they don’t have VOD channels which you would expect in hotel at such rate. Having said that it was a great value for the money.

Tastefully decorated, great cleaning service, great breakfast. Took several hours and 4 calls for them to respond to a request to fix the TV remote.

Beautiful hotel at the Eilat marina

This is a beautiful hotel. It is on the marina in Eilat, a short walk from all of the action on the boardwalk. Our room was wonderful and had a fabulous view of the marina and the city. The staff had a box lunch ready for us to take on our trip to Petra, and they allowed us to keep our car in the free underground parking lot and our suitcases in their luggage room for 2 days until we came back. The box lunch lasted for 2 meals. The breakfast buffet was so enormous that it was difficult to take it all in, let alone eat more than a very small fraction of it. It had everything you could imagine in vast quantities. We were there on New Years Eve. They had a party complete with a DJ and free desserts. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely stay here again!

Lovely hotel. Not the most up to date - room decor and finishes need updating and replacing (chipped flooring in bathroom for instance) - but overall an excellent value for the money. Gorgeous views from the room! And very helpful staff. That said, my hearing was broken. They sent some people to fix it but it still did not work all night. Nevertheless this is a good hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff is very nice and the hotel looks great. We stayed at fall/winter time and the outdoor pool was heated which was amazing!!! The room was also very nice, clean and had enough space even though we ordered the most basic type. Recommended!

Expected better

Was surprised to find that, in my opinion, the room needing refurbishment. The wooden furniture and doors were not well maintained (scratches etc) There was an unidentified disagreeable odor in the room.

Loved the hotel. Friendly staff, great food, clean and comfortable rooms, excellent beds (slept very well). I would recommend this hotel to friends and would stay here again.

Nice hotel... in the late 90s. But it's now very outdated. Our balcony with outdoor jacuzzi was not something you would actually want to get into. Everything seemed grimy or just a little to dirty for you to want to touch. For the price we paid we expected something a bit more modern or at the very least, clean. With all that being said. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was pretty decent.

The room was clean, the view was wonderful. We speak little Hebrew, but the staff had fluent English. The breakfast was absolutely amazing! It's very possible to just life on breakfast.

Great Stay

Great location, clean comfortable rooms and an excellent breakfast included. Easily accessible by public bus #50 from Ramon Airport for 4.20 NIS with the bus stop directly in front of the hotel. Huge pool, steam room and many excellent restaurants within walking distance.

Extremely busy, filled with families and young children. Hotel pool was disappointing, very small. Definitely did not live up to the 5 star standards. Would not come again.

Showing its age, but ok.

The hotel is on the older side and is showing its age. The hair dryer is awful but I asked the front desk for a different one and they sent one up. Breakfast is a huge, plentiful Israeli-style buffet. Pool area is ok. Conveniently located near many other hotels, shopping, restaurants and the beach.

The hotel has a great location in Eilat. It is very close to beach, restaurants and shopping.

The pool is smaller than it looks in the photos. Our room was very very hot when we arrived and it took a few hours to cool down. Otherwise it's great!

Overall a very good hotel

We enjoyed our 3 nights at the Dan Panorama. Staff is very friendly, location is great and breakfast is amazing. Points for improvement: rooms were clean but could be cleaner, cafe is closed on Saturday.

Passover Stay

I was visiting during the Passover holiday. The food was not as good with some dishes tasting really salty or not fresh - disappointment our room was not cleaned our entire stay 4 days. even though we put the "Please clean room" sign other hotel facilities were good and staff very welcoming

Great location, breakfast was fabulous every morning and a very nice place to be. My wife and I loved our stay here

Loved the staff and the VIP club. Didn't love that the property was not closer to the beach.

This is my second time there the room has not yet been renovated and although the view was fantastic it had an old, musty feel to it. When we were checking in the receptionist kept getting distracted so the process took three times as long. The pool is amazing the staff comes around during the early afternoon with various snacks. They had a free cocktail hour which was good. Breakfast was great.

Very good and not expensive hotel

I came for one night. Got an upgrade to a suite.I enjoy very much. The room was clean, a nice jacuzzi in the porch. Breakfast was excellent.

Bad service

They gave our rooms reservation to a bigger group and moved us without notice to a different hotel late at night.

Great location, reasonable prices. Wonderful breakfast with live guitar music Fri. morning. Dance music Wed evening & Cute show Thursday evening. Lovely lobby.

Good hotel a bit pricey.

Front desk was amazing, nice and friendly. I got the hotel name mixed up with” Dan Eilat “and so we missed shuttle service back to airport. Front desk called for me and arranged the shuttle to pick us up from “Dan panorama.” It was perfect timing and I was forever grateful. We had a super early excursion and got breakfast boxes with lots of breakfast items to eat including a bottle of water. Make sure you include children on reservation. We didn’t for include our kid on reservation because she was 3 and would sleep with us and they wanted to charge us the equivalent to half the price of the room for her. We were able to negotiate a price but still it was too much . We did excursions and set it up at the excursion desk. I recommend booking Underwater Observatory on your own it’s cheaper that way. Breakfast was amazing something for everyone!!! Didn’t do dinner there it was very pricey. Room was a bit dated! Beds comfortable. Not new at all but view was amazing towards the marina. Hotel is a bit overpriced for the stuff that you get. Location is perfect for shopping, walking to beach, boardwalk. Heated pool, lifeguard was very friendly!

Not our favorite hotel to stay, too loud, too many guests and pick up accommodation from the airport was not impressive service.

Best place for a vacation! Best food and the best service i ever got at a hotel Highly highly recommended!!!!
