Restaurant option not great qualities is poor. Top of that staff is very rude

This hotel scammed me. Showed me a different room while booking snd we ended up in a different room. Had to change the room because the washroom sink was clogged. Bever ever again

I had booked 2 rooms from Thursday 28 March night and instructed that the guests will arrive on Friday 29 morning, the rooms were not kept ready. The staff was very unprofessional.

The hotel location was very close to Haram. Staff were extremely friendly. The housekeeping staff were very professional and courteous. Concierge Monjur helped us to find a taxi to Makkah in most efficient manner. We loved our stay at Dallah Taiba.

I recently spent two nights at Dallah Taibah Hotel in Medinah, and it was an exceptional experience. The hotel's proximity to the Prophet's Mosque, especially being so close to the ladies' gate, added a layer of ease and comfort to my spiritual journey. The room was cozy, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a restful stay.The staff's hospitality was noteworthy; they were always ready to help and made sure my stay was comfortable. The service was impeccable, reflecting the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. Additionally, the variety of food options available was delightful, catering to different tastes and preferences.Overall, Dallah Taibah Hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and exceptional service during their visit to Medinah. Its closeness to the ladies' gate makes it particularly appealing for female guests. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning.

On checking in we were given suite which smelt like we were sitting in the gutter. Having spoken to the Night Manager, they moved us promptly into a newly renovated room. Which was basic but cleaner and smell free. Breakfast was shambles, requesting 4 omelettes at the egg station and was told egg station has closed. Upon speaking with the manager he bought us 4 eggs, all had eggshells within them. We were told we were given discount each in different ways but still charged the full amount for breakfast. After the 2nd day we gave up and started eating breakfast out. Staff was pleasant enough. Location is amazing. I just felt for the people on the 3rd floor…our room really was inhabitable for an entire week. We were glad they did move us without fuss.

We recently stayed at the Dallah Taibah Hotel and we had a great experience. The location is great and very close to the prophet's mosque (Masjid Nabawi). We were greeted with refreshments when we checked in. The rooms were clean and spacious.

The staff were excellent but the facility is in poor conduction.

Outstanding hotel

By far the best stay in Medina I’ve ever had. The hospitality provided by this hotel was excellent and I cannot fault their service. Their room services are outstanding and rooms are cleaned very thoroughly. It is very close to the Prophet’s mosque and in a very convenient location. Also minutes walk from so many places and shops to buy food. The area is very lively at night and safe to be around. The hotel staff are always happy to assist in your stay. I was able to borrow one of their wheelchairs for a few hours when I required it for my elderly mum with no issues at all. I will be very happy to stay here again and fully recommend.

Good location but expected more

We had the premium apartment and we had to call maintenance for 4 problems. Leaky bidet, sink (twice) and shower. The AC was very cold you had to turn it off. The breakfast is not worth 58 SAR per person. We also had a death in the family and even though the room was non refundable, I would expect some courtesy as we cancelled before the arrival date. But sadly, no compassion was given for a refund. Rooms are small but clean and close proximity to women’s entrance.

The staff were incredible. Shout out to Waiz, i will make sure to book here anytime i visit.

Steps away from Masjid Al-Nabawi

Excellent and receptive staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and security. We were checked in 4 hours early. There was a minor issue with our first room that was dealt with swiftly and we were allowed to assess the new room prior to switching. We were grateful for the quick action by the hotel team! We were welcomed like family. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast buffet with exceptional with a variety of traditional and intercontinental foods. The hotel was steps away from Masjid Al-Nabawi and other major attractions. Wonderful sight-seeing opportunities. Would recommend our friends and family to stay here! When we travel here we will definitely stay again, inshallah.

The hotel staff at reception was not helpful at all, delayed the check in for two hours, room was very small, i was booked for the city view, but room I get backed on to enclosed area, with no sun or light, the windows were completely blocked by outside wooden blinds, this hotel had 9 rating when I booked, but look like the hotel owners book mostly tours of holy place and get fake high rating from tour operators. The bathroom was small, the room was very small with three single beds, the closets were non exitence. Terrible experience with hotel reception staff, the housekeeping staff was good. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this prison like hotel.

Most amazing service in Medina, the manager was amazing and the reception staff was friendly. The food from the restaurant was very well made and at a reasonable price

Excellent service

I took executive room for my stay in madina. During check in I was directed to special lounge for check in. I do wish the check in process is more straigh forward as it took 25 minutes just to check in due to so many checks. The room is comfortable with 2 queen size bed. And I received phone call daily asking whether I want arabic coffee or not. Received fruit platter on arrival. The bell boy is so helpful transfering all the beg upstair and during checkout Very close proximity to prophet mosque. The only downside during my stay is 2 executive room is connected to one common area - next room occupant decided to put all their luggage outside and they going in and out and making lot of noises at 1-3 am in the morning - so has disturbed sleep for 2 days in a row . Other than than that will definitely come back

Breakfast was not fresh specially bread section seems like few days old and less options dishes staff all sick coughing and sneezing one of manger in restaurant I think from Bangladeshi he sneezed and clean nose with finger. In this hotel quarantine people and normal guests are together everything was shared. One of the worst hotel I have been experience. And also dirty and smelly

Great hospitality

The receptionist staff have okay communication skills . Some either are unqualified or lack some trainings. I had an issue and the executive manager handled it very well. The cleaning and food staff are 5 stars with great communication skills. They speak better English than the receptionists . The hotel was super clean and lounge food was amazing. The hotel management cares about the customers.

Madinah Hotel

Excellent hotel next to Prophet’s mosque. Only negative was that when I checked in at the VIP lounge the lady told me about free breakfast and snack at evening. At check out they changed me 120 Saudi money for 2 rooms for breakfast.

Wonderful hotel and excellent service

It was an amazing stay. I have stayed at the property a couple of times before and the staff is always very helpful and courteous. Breakfast buffets excellent as always. Was greeted with a fruit basket upon arrival in the room. Would highly recommend Dallah Taiba Madinah

Excellent customer service and delicious breakfast. The hotel is barely 5min walk to the women’s gate for the mosque. It also offers complimentary coffee and dates upon arrival, as well as a fruit basket. Very pleased with the stay overall

The experience with Dallah Taibah hotel was awesome and I really hope they maintain the same.

Confused Check in!

Customer service was confused and got us confused during the check in. We were so unsatisfied. There are a long story that I can't explain here

The stay was confutable, the location is excellent very near to women door of Al Masjid Alnabawi

Good service from the staff. Morning breakfast is good and it’s a walking distance from Medinah

Construction ongoing that created noise on lower levels, had a hard time checking in as there is no designated location to stop in front of the hotel and remove luggage from taxi or car. Proximity to mosque is the only plus point.

This is an excellent property and its best feature is the closeness to the Prophet's Mosque, in particular the Ladies Entrance (just 3 or 4 minutes walk) was very convenient for my wife. The breakfast buffet was also very nice. We took the Executive Suite, paying perhaps 50% more than the regular room rate; this was an unwise decision as we didn't have any kids travelling with us. This Suite would be more suitable for guests with small children as it has two extra wide beds each of which could comfortably accommodate a parent and a child. However, because of the extra wide beds, the room space is quite limited.

If u r with family location is excellent staff in reception is cooperative and hospital.

Location is excellent specially ladies to go in Haram is nearest place. Breakfast, and food quality is very good. Guest reception is excellent offec qahwa and dates all the time in lobby

Absolutely fabulous in Madina

Staff were warm and welcoming. Always had a smile and extremely helpful- and knew the answers to our questions . Loved the dates and Arabic coffee that was delivered to the room daily. Breakfast was amazing and the egg man was ever accomodating The room was clean and spacious and the cleaners were thorough The distance from the hotel to the haram was ideal as well as it’s proximity to shopping and food I would highly recommend the dallah to anyone wanting a place to stay in Madina

Great Place to stay

Everything was amazing. Food services location staff. Will book it again in blink of an eye.

Staff was very nice and went above our expectations. From the tea garden to the daily tea delivered free to our room, it felt like a true 5 star hotel. Rooms were good size and clean. Washroom could be a bit bigge but understandable considering the location. Special shout out to Aliyah the cook at breakfast , she was amazing and the friendliest person we’d met and went above our expectations to keep us happy.

Satisfied with our Visit to Prophets House.

Our stay for short just for a day. Totally satisfied with our visit. I didnt realize I had booked excecutive room as that was all that was available for least which was quite pricey. We checked in at 4pm and part of room services were treated to Happy Hour with variety of sandwiches , cold cuts and hot appetizers. Quite close to Haram like a 3 min walk to Gate 25 that leads to Ladies entrance. There was some construction going on in front entrance so the view was obstructed. The hotel is actually in the second row of many hotels lined up in front of Haram. For men its a bit of a walk as their entrance is by Gate 40's

Great service, prime location

A wonderful experience, staff always available to help with concerns. Housekeeping excellent. Very close to gate 25 of masjid, less than 5 mins from hotel room to the masjid. Could improve breakfast, they have a great variety however the quality needs improvements (the chicken was very dry for example) and the menu should be changed on a daily basis. Would definitely consider staying again.

Hospitality and location were great. The big problem is for non-smokers. They said that there are floors for smokers and floors for non-smokers and we stayed at a non-smokers floor, still people were smoking in hallways and maybe rooms. THERE SHOULD BE NO SMOKING ANYWHERE IN THIS HOLY PLACE AS A RESPECT FOR THE PROPHET, THE PLACE, AND THE VISITORS AS WELL.

I go to Madinah twice a year and I find that this is the best hotel in the haram best customer service,best food,cleanse room good location I highly recommended.
