Super affordable, clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff, convenient location. Best hotel we've stayed at in Japan so far.

Toilet is spacious. Room is clean. - Laundry was always occupied. People left clothes in washer/dryer and I went to the laundry multiple times and found it was not available. There is no way to know when it is available remotely.

The room is clean and new. The rain shower is the best among the hotels which we stayed for this trip. Buffet breakfast is excellent!

Love the massage chair.

Very convenient for the station. Modern hotel, very comfortable. Breakfast offering poor. Better to not market a western breakfast, pizza for breakfast was weird. One day they made omelettes, the next day they refused. Not worth the money

The hotel is fantastic. It’s a short walk from the train station, so it’s very well situated. The building is beautiful and well-maintained. They do good job of providing bathroom items, juice, and other travel conveniences for hotel guests. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The room I stayed in was spacious and had a really nice bathtub, which was great for relaxing. The breakfast had a good selection and the food was delicious(it’s provided by an Italian restaurant attached to the hotel). There’s a 7-11 next to the hotel as well, so you can easily pick up toiletries or any travel necessities you might have forgotten. Most of the nearby attractions in Kanazawa are about 10 minutes away by Uber, so it was very easy to get to all the important tourist spots. I really enjoyed my stay here and would certainly stay here again.

Hotel was just OK. Rooms were tiny

Just a short walk from Kanazawa West exit.Bfast included in the room price which was great, n convenience store next door.Room was good size n well lit and clean but had only 1 mid size pillow, had to request for another. No English TV channels had to buy movies. Hotel has a laundry room which was great and offers free drinks and coffee at lobby area.Staff was friendly and helpful . I would stay there again .

Location is very easy to be confused by another Daiwa Roynet Hotel in the same area and only has one word different.

It’s just 5 minutes easy walk to the station. We have stayed in several property similar to this and the bathroom was exceptional. I wish the room was slightly bigger so that bed wasn’t against the wall but, good value all the way around with high end hotel decor, furnishing and amenities.

Great hotel chain

Front desk staff is efficient. Tanaka San helped with luggage delivery enquiry and went out of her way to call the hotel to confirm my booking and arrival before assisting with the delivery service. -this hotel provides sachets of toiletries, coffee/tea, at the reception - there is bottled water provided daily and water kettle in room. - Location is good - about 3 mins walk to Kanazawa station and bus station to Shiragawa-go, and about 15-20min walk to Omicho market- where sashimi is at very reasonable price. Also near Kanazawa castle and Zenrokuen garden.

Excellent property, spacious room, even has a massage chair, automatic flush toilet with bidet. Very reasonable rates as well.

The hotel is clean, quite modern and great staff. First time staying at this chain and would definitely consider it in the future.

Wonderful staff who made sure there was someone who spoke english to help us over the phone and to check in. Made sure we were hapoy with the room as well. We got on the wrong bus and weren't able to get to our original accomdations, so we booked with Daiwa last minute. They had a smoking room available and switched us to a non-smoking after asking us, so we are very happy! Thank you!

I liked the big bathroom and amenities. However I was disappointed in the breakfast. The most I have paid yet in Japan, but not much choice.

The staff were great, I arrived a bit earlier than the standard check in time, but the staff checked me in right away. I was able to get into my room rested a bit and freshen up before heading out to see places. Breakfast was good. Less than. 5mins walk to JR ststion.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Great amenities and incredible breakfast buffet available (for extra fee). Very close to the JR Station. I wish I'd got the name of the gentleman who checked us in as he did an absolutely wonderful job serving us and was very kind.

First time staying there, family of 3 with 1 child under 5. Warm reception, gift for child made their day, clean and convenient being next to station, great breakfast and big spacious room. Hotel kept our suitcases aside day we arrived and say we departed. We explored Kanazawa luggage free which was appreciated. Would recommend and would def stay again.

Had a good 2 night stay at the hotel in Dec 2023. The hotel gives a very warm & welcoming feeling when we arrived. We were greeted by their friendly front desk & pleasantly surprised when she brought out our luggage during check in that we sent to them using the luggage delivery service in Tokyo. Hotel provides self-serve coffee/tea/ juices all day long and also self-serve amenities. Payment were made using the self-help machine that is very easy to use. Hotel & the room is clean. 5mins Walkable distance from West Exit of Kanazawa train station. It was raining the day we arrived so it was nice that the hotel provided umbrella for us to use. The 7-11 store was just on ground floor of hotel which is great. We book the twin room for family of 4 (2 adults 2 kids; 9yo & 10yo) slightly tight on the bed (super single) it was still manageable for our family but if kids were older or you prefer larger beds like king or queen, then it will be better to book bigger rooms. Overall stay is very good.

A cut above a standard business hotel. I had a superior twin room. Quite spacious compared to most Japanese business hotels – the bathroom in particular was very roomy. Very convenient for Kanazawa station. Konbini on the first (ground) floor of the property. I’d be very happy to go back.

Very convenient to the bus and train station. Great selection of free skin care sachets and free juice and coffee in thrower was a nice bonus.

The hotel is really close to the station. We really enjoyed the free coffee and juice for kids. Staff were nice and attentive. We strongly recommend this hotel.

Room was very clean. Three beds were already set up for our family as requested. Bathtub was very nice and the shower was amazing. We bought the hotel breakfast and it was delicious and varied (even served pizza.) The only glitch was that our car was too tall for the hotel garage and we were redirected to a garage across the street.

Nice and new hotel with very helpful staff. Depending on where your room is you can hear the trains through the closed windows.

Convenient location; friendly reception; efficient check-in and out; excellent room size, modern, safe, clean and comfortable. I like the instant drip coffee on the room bar. Bath room excellent. Breakfast is Japanese, simple but adequate.

Walk from the train station was 20 min, pretty straight forward. Inside was so clean and had calming modern feeling, lobby and ghe rooms. Subway station is 10 min walk away. There are different restaurants and massage places in walking distance. Highly recommend this place.

There are three daiwas in the area. It would be helpful if each daiwas have a more distinctive name.

This is a business hotel located behind the train station, so it’s not in the best location. It’s within walking distance of the train station where there’s shopping and restaurants, but there’s really nothing around the hotel.

모든 측면이 만족스러웠습니다. 약간의 이슈가 있다면 철도와 가나자와역이 가까워서 철도소음이 있다는 정도 입니다~

ダイワロイネットクラブの登録移行が出来なかった。

部屋の清掃や設備のメンテナンス不足が目立ちました。 洗面所のドア扉の清掃が不十分です。ほこりが貯まっています。また風呂場のドアの水返しのゴムパッキンが老朽化して外れやすくなっていました。 冷蔵庫の外扉の蝶番が緩んで開け閉めがし難い状態でした。

朝ごはんのピザ、ケーキも美味しい！場所も便利で、一階にセブンイレブンもあり、とにかく動きやすい場所。それなのに静か。

とても綺麗で快適でした。浴室トイレ洗面もとても広くスタイリッシュでした。 また、タオルがふかふかでした。 朝食は種類がたくさんあってとっても美味しかったです。朝から釜焼きピザが食べられるのもよかったです。

付設イタリアンレストランの朝食が気に入っている。特に焼き立てのピザが良い。

Tolles Hotel mit geräumigem Zimmer. Liegt fußläufig zum Bahnhof und ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt um Kanazawa zu Fuß zu erkunden. Excelentes Personal mit guten Englischkenntnissen. Frühstück umfangreich auch auf europäische Kunden eingereichtet. Sehr empfehlenswert.

駅チカ、1Fにコンビニがあり便利。朝食は併設のイタリアンレストランでビュッフェだが、和食も揃えられていて種類豊富で美味しい。ラウンジでフリードリンクが頂けるのも嬉しいサービス。バスルームのトイレ側にライトが届かず若干暗めなのと、シンクの水の出が少し弱めなのが気になったが、全体的には部屋もバスルームも清潔なので高評価。

Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und sehr professionell. Check-In und Check-Out können an einem Automaten selbst durchgeführt werden. Das Frühstück bietet neben den klassischen Komponenten, wie Rührei und Müsli auch Pizza an. Die Auswahl ist allerdings recht überschaubar, aber dennoch sollte jeder etwas finden. Die Lage ist super und nah am Bahnhof Kanazawa. Von dort können viele Ziele erreicht werden. Busse fahren auch in der Nähe. Ein Supermarkt grenzt direkt am Hotel an. Am und im Bahnhof gibt es viele Kaufhäuser, die zum Shopping einladen. Restaurants gibt es auch viele zur Auswahl.

非常に良かった。

設備は全体的に清潔感あり、また部屋もこじんまりとしているものの、例えばお風呂がバスタブと洗い場が分かれていたり、部屋にズボンプレッサーがついているなど使い勝手の良さを考えた造りになっていたのが良かったです。朝食ビュッフェは好みがあると思いますが、イタリアンレストランでの食事となり和食を好む方の期待値には応えられないと思う内容だった。ただ、朝から焼きたてピザが食べられるのはピザ好きの私には嬉しい内容でした。全体的にスタッフのサービスも丁寧で心地いいホテルだったと思います。

ロイネットホテルはハズレが無いように思う。今回もスタッフの方や部屋も満足でした。
