Location: clean, nice, large room with a large balcony. Excellent breakfast. We loved the view from this corner room. Thomas at reception was exceptional, he helped us with a last-minute taxi as our pick-up pre paid service did not show as agreed. If you visit Thessaloniki, this is the place to stay!!

Greece getaway

The hotel it is excellent, great location in front of the sea, walking distance to many restaurants and stores. Historical sites are also nearby. Parking is very limited although the hotel takes your vehicle and park it for you for a minimal fee… you might not need a vehicle at all.

The best service clean perfect view. Very professional. Speck English. And very nice excellent place I will stay there again.

Luxury Hotel. Rooms need a bit love so it remains within the realm of luxury. Bed was not at park with luxurious. Cheap hard mattress. Amazing staff. Great breakfast. Amazing location. Regardless of a couple of negative points, I would go again just for the amazing service the staff offers.

An understated, yet elegant boutique hotel. Attentive staff, immaculate, 5 star location, and a view of the ocean from my balcony that was worth every penny. I will gladly book another stay when I'll be back in the country in 20205!!

Poor check in, hotel doesn’t honor Expedia VIP status low end room to say the least. Great location! The breakfast staff and House keep did an excellent job without intruding my stay There are no amenities and the room was very small it’s a 3 star hotel with potential, I was expecting the luxury living as the claim.

Phenomenal location and sea views. Great valet service and check-in and checkout. Breakfast was good but staff was slow with coffee .

The staff was okay, its not worth it spending that much money. They offered to park my car without informing me with the charge and then they charged me 60€ per 3 nights. We supposed to have free mini bar and i was charged 4€ for 2 bottles of water although we didnt even consume the drinks at the bar although we had free breakfast which we didnt even had it once because they asked to pay for it if we would like to have at the room which let me feel so cheap service.. we had 2 chairs at our balacony then the second night it wasnt there maybe it was taken to be used for another guest. it was an average stay i didnt feel the woow or even a good service which i wouldnt spend that much money there again...

Excellent hotel. I highly recommend you stay here. It is close to everything. The hotel has a water front view. From the moment you arrive until you depart, the staff is there to serve you. The porter met us at the door to help with luggage. Check in was fast. The receptionist is knowledgeable with sightseeing. Breakfast is amazing. You will receive a 10% discount at the onsite restaurant.

Great place

Cozy, modern and well-maintained property in prime location of Thessaloniki. Staff strike a good balance between being friendly, professional and at the same time courteous. No gym, pool, sauna etc, but the ambient atmosphere and access to the promenade by the sea, more than make up for that. Personally, I felt really safe and looked after by the staff on site.

It was clean and luxurious, the room was spacious and there was a shower and a bath. The service was good and accommodating for my wishes. Breakfast was good, tasty food, a lot of variety, service was excellent. Two disadvantages - the air-conditioning had some problems, it kept shutting off and I had to open it again and again. I couldn't sleep well because it was too warm. The staff tried to fix it on my first day but it didn't work, and since my stay was short and very busy I didn't ask them to come again. Another thing was that the shampoo and soap complimentary bottles were already used, it was pretty disgusting (without going into details). There were two sets, and only one was used, but it definitely something the hotel should check after each guest.

Really top notch. Friendly and helpful, very comfortable, unbeatable location.

Great service team and a great building! The restaurant downstairs is great as is their morning buffet and dinner menu which offers a creative departure from standard Greek fare. We plan to stay here again. Next time, we plan to drive right up to the front door and temporarily park for the hotel staff to park the car in their garage. I don’t ever want to look for parking in the downtown core ever again.

An average hotel

An average hotel, outdated furniture. Very dark hallways and rooms (I had a room with city view). There are glimpses of luxury, the breakfast was excellent, but everything else was average.

The Diamond of Thessaloniki!!

My name is Dennis M. The Daios hotel is a diamond in downtown Thessaloniki. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with a huge selection. Everyone at the hotel made you feel like family and you were home away from home.

Very nice hotel in a great location. Only problem is the VERY hard beds.

I really liked the location of the hotel, the nice staff, the rich breakfast, The lobby is relatively small, I would return to this hotel every time I am in Thessaloniki

Beautiful modern hotel, beautiful room with a fabulous view of the water and a wrap around terrace. Great location steps away from the White Tower, restaurants, shopping etc. Plan to stay there the next time we are in Thessaloniki.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in almost every way. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had an outstanding corner room which I would highly recommend. The only hiccup we had was with housekeeping who failed to leave is any bath towels 2 of 3 days. We would definitely stay there again

Great customer service. Very close to the White Tower, boardwalk, and other attractions. Impressed that upon learning we had an early morning flight the front desk offered to pack a breakfast to go. Staff very helpful, very clean rooms, excellent breakfast.

Excellent soundproof room, comfortable bed and beautiful bathroom. Generous mini bar and quality feel about the place. Central seafront location. Seaview from the balcony and of the White Tower stunning. But balcony uncomfortable and small with poor view while seated. Location and beautiful breakfast were wonderful.

Our stay was great, everything was very good. The staff are very nice and helpful and everything we will fill good. The hotel is very clean, breakfast very good. The location is perfect.

Regrettably Poor Staff Interactions

Poor service. 5 star service is more delicate. Not offered upgrade per the rewards program despite multiple apps showing tiers available for both nights I booked (ie going from courtyard view to city view). Was just told there was no availability. Had to request bottle of wine per the program. It took over an hour to arrive at the room and only after i called room service to place a food order. I was referred to as "the guy asking for complimentary wine." was asked to move tables after sitting at breakfast so the waiter wouldn't need to remove additional placemats and silverware despite the other room not having heating turned on yet. I was told "it will warm up." My partner (who was staying locally with his family) was denied entry to breakfast and a scene caused in front of other dining guests "because of COVID." He's a doctor and we're 100% supportive of measures to ensure everyone's safety, yet no one checked any vaccination records through my entire stay there (including in all inside dining venues) and we had paid for a room with two occupants & two prepaid breakfasts. There was one woman who provided excellent service at the front desk to resolve this yet our breakfast was uncomfortable in the dining room afterwards. a waitress loudly stated that I need to wear gloves at the buffet. Again, happy to honor this protocol, yet this was my 3rd trip to this dining room and no one had ever pointed out there were gloves to use (I was always the first person at breakfast).

Modern elegance

I was greeted as soon as I arrived and helped with my luggage into the hotel. Check in was effortless and the room was spacious, modern, and tastefully decorated. Drinks in the mini bar were included which was a lovely perk. The only draw back was construction outside the window which was not mentioned at the front desk.

Awesome hotel with sea view

Excellent hotel 2 minutes walk to the White Tower on the waterfront promenade. Nice balcony with sea view. Super comfortable bed and an overall classy hotel. The entire staff is very friendly and professional. Definitely thumbs up!

after serval attempts for late check out, finally I was granted till 3pm. It was not easy task to get that permission at all. location is a key here, however facilities are extremely limited.

The perfect stay

I had to go once around the block to find the entrance to the hotel but then my car was immediately taken to the hotel's underground carpark and my luggage delivered to our room by the time we had booked in. The room and large balcony overlooking the harbour and port more than lived up to our expectations and the standard of service from all the staff was faultless.

The staff were excellent, friendly, efficient. One girl in particular was lovely, always making sure everything at breakfast time was ok, I call her the 'fish girl' (unfortunately i didn't get her name) as she had a small fish tattoo on her hand, she is a great asset to the hotel, always had a smile for everyone.
