Love the industrial look!
Love love love this property. It’s so cute and in a nice, safe neighborhood walking distance to the beach and so many good food places. I will definitely be staying here again when I return to PR. Only thing, the housekeeper is extremely rude, not really sure what that was about. Upon checkout we ran into her and at first I thought she was ignoring us because she didn’t speak English (no problem) so i spoke to her in Spanish and she still proceeded to ignore us. Then as we were walking out the gate she was cursing at us in Spanish, not sure if she knows whether we understood or not but I did and it was rude because we did nothing to her for her to act that way. But OF COURSE I know that is not the properties fault, which is why i still gave 5 stars!! Great place other than that.
So cute
Excellent
Las habitaciones son hermosas. Bien equipadas con lo que necesites y muy bien decoradas.
Amazing stay. Quiet, organized, clean and walkable
The room we stayed in had a number of trip hazards. The cement floors were very uncomfortable and there was a deep crack in the wall by the light switch as we entered. Shower was outside the sliding doors and became quite slippery as we showered. Could use a fresh coat of paint and some updating, especially on the bathroom faucet fixtures. They were hard to turn. They dig into your hands. The outside kitchenette has nice appliances and a French press. Coffee was delicious but the floor is unfinished, rough. with a decayed looking drain on the floor. Neighborhood was not the best looking but we felt pretty safe. Wasn't at all what we were expecting. Maybe better for 20 somethings' not 60 somethings'. Left after one day. They wouldn't compromise on returning any portion of our money. We paid for a week. It wasn't a cheap price either. Disappointed 😞
I loved staying here!
Love the simplicity and decor of the room
The property seems sketchy at first but upon arrival it’s very legitimate, the inside is clean though minor maintenance to doors and to the room can increase this property to a full 5 stars imo. Other than that everything was wonderful I give a 3.7-4/5. Nonetheless very good stay and overall experience
Great quiet space to stay
Very clean, convenient surrounding area for food, bars, & Quick Ubers!.
GREAT location, GREAT place, overall a great experience. 10/10 recommend staying here, you’ll love it!! Super close to everything, I wish our stay there was longer.
it was not the room we thought we was getting did not like it
Beautiful place, cozy, everything was clean and organized, the neighborhood is quiet and there is a lot of restaurants near. I definitely recommend this place my boyfriend and i had a blast.
PROS: If you are looking to feel immersed in the Puerto Rican culture, and avoid the traditional resort/hotel experience, this is your place. The room was nice and had the island vibe. There are a good number of restaurants within a walking distance, as well as a nice beach, and a 24-hour Walgreens. It's also close to Kasalta Bakery, which, in addition to having great food, was used as a pick-up spot for 2 different excursion we went on. CONS: The big red sliding door is a PAIN to open and close. The neighborhood itself was also, on the surface, not the best. We were right next door to a daycare center, so it can't be that bad, but unless you are familiar with the area, that part may be jarring at first.
This property was okay. We always try to stay in unique spaces and away from commercialized hotels. From the photos, this definitely fit our expectations. Very nostalgic and quaint. The bad is the location wasn’t in the greatest place and little run down but wasn’t the worst either. Would’ve liked to been offered newly cleaned towels for our 6 day stay especially with no washer and dryer in the unit. A few stains were found on the pillows and towels too. We own Airbnb’s and as a host this should be number one concern which is cleanliness. There was a leak in one of the pipes from the AC and maintenance person did come right away which was good but never came back to fix it till a couple of days later so had to hear drops all night hitting the floor and towels. Our check out time was 11 and needed to extend to 5pm due to our flight later that night. We were able to speak with someone and was charged a full night stay but would’ve been nice to get a discount out of courtesy since no one else had booked it. In general, it was okay. Had French pressed coffee, pans, cups, and everything we needed for our first trip to Puerto Rico.
Located 10 minutes walk from the beach. 2-5 walk from restaurants, bakeries, bars, Walgreens. Unit was decorated cute, was clean, well equipped but uncomfortable. (If you are staying in D2 cover your TP with a towel while you shower, otherwise you will have a huge mess. Also make sure you close the shades and curtains as the unit will be extremely bright by 5:30am) . Please be aware of your surroundings at all time, especially at night.
Room was very clean, comfortable, and modern.
