The property was very well appointed, and our room was very airy, allowing us to spread out. The staff were all so helpful; from arranging restaurant bookings to our taxi back to the airport. Super

Weekend in Budapest

Hotel spotlessly clean. Staff friendly and attentive. Breakfast good and staff always on hand. But don't expect a full English. Would definitely use this hotel again when we return to Budapest.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and conveniently located near the city park, Vajdahunyad Castle, and Heroes’ Square. The breakfast was excellent, and they offer both covered and open parking facilities. Additionally, both the tram and bus stops are within walking distance, making it an ideal choice for those who prefer to explore the city using public transportation.

This hotel is excellent. We arrived as a family and the room was very large. It easily accommodated all four of us. the room was comfortable and airy. Breakfast was included which was fantastic and included some unique Hungarian options. The hotel is located only 10-15 minutes walk from the nearest metro station and is close to a number of museums including the Museum of Ethnography which is the most unique museum, I've ever seen. Budapest Keleti station is only a 15 minute walk through a smart neighbourhood. From there you can get connections to various cities in Europe. Highly recommended

Staff did not help with luggage and for 5 minutes no one was at the counter for check in. Also, Area is bit isolated and appears to be unsafe . Breakfast was decent . Hotel was clean.

Stayed for 3 nights at the d50 hotel. Was a 7 minute walk to the house of music which Is why I booked due to its close location. Room was clean and quiet. very happy with my stay here.

D50 Hotel was wonderful mostly because of the exceptional Customer Service provided by Renata! She should be the "Ambassador" of D50 Hotel, Budapest, Hungary! The Hotel is clean, lovely and the Breakfast is good too! Great location as well! I was very worried about getting to my next destination, so Renata went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure that everything went as planned! I have such GOOD feeling about Hotel D50, Budapest, Hungary because of her...she is an asset!

Spacious room and nice breakfast. I would come here again.

Lovely common areas, spacious and beautiful. The bathroom was large and plenty of space for toiletries. Appreciated the coffee/tea maker and mini fridge. Very nicely decorated room with plenty of storage cupboard and closet space. Did not hear any outside or inside noise. Quiet for sleeping. Amazing area within short walking distance to an outstandingly beautiful park and the best Hungarian restaurant. The included breakfast was good with healthy options. Only thing we didn’t like were the hard beds.

Nice place to stay

The hotel was clean, the room was big, and the staff was quite nice. The water pressure was incredible and the beds were comfortable. Small complaints would be that there is no place to put anything down in the bathroom and there is absolutely nothing "fancy" about the place, it is really about function. But it is very functional and the breakfast is absolutely amazing.

Clean, big rooms with plenty of open space. Bathroom was also very clean. Friendly front desk staff, very helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

This place is definitely a bargain for the quality of the room and service. It is not in the most touristy of locations but since public transport is so easy in Budapest it doesn't matter. The included breakfast buffet is excellent. The room was much larger than I expected for the price. There are good restaurants in walking distance and City Park is right across the street. Will plan on staying here for my next visit

D50 Budapest visit

Lovely stay at the D50. Clean throughout, friendly staff and easy to get out and about from to see sights and eat.

Everything just perfect

Perfect stay, starting with polite and nice receptionist, parking place, nice and very clean room (super clean hotel!), good food, good location (I came because of the concert in Puskin Arena), just everything perfect :)

I am guessing this hotel is a conversion from a residential apartment building. The room we had was very generous size-wize. The neighborhood is quiet and near a large park with a unique modern museum. Nice place.

The D50 Hotel is simply amazing. Lovely large rooms that are cleaned DAILY! Comfortable beds and you can actually open the windows! The hotel has clearly benefitted from a recent refurbishment and it's proximity to Hero's Square, the Thermal Baths, adjacent park and local transport options make it a great location! If you want to be on the doorstep of all the nightlife, don't stay here, but if you want a quiet and peaceful location to explore all Budapest has to offer, then this is the place for you. I loved it as did my travel companions and all of us would return again. Choose the D50 Hotel, I promise you won't regret it!!!

Family Trip with The Best

The hotel and staff were great. We traveled with my daughter and dog, which alone can be hectic but the hotel was accommodating. We came on a weekend trip and the hotel even gave us a few extra hours to keep our bags and items in the room, while we went to the Budapest zoo nearby. It is a small gesture that will be remembered because not everywhere allows dogs and we thought it might make for an issue, especially at a zoo but since the dog stood in the room it was no issue. Clean, modern, and comfortable room with a great breakfast that my daughter feasted on. Would highly recommend and plan to rebook for our next annual family visit for Christmas! :)

we enjoyed our stay here. the location is within walking distance to just about everything. the hotel is used for weddings and conferences it appears.

A lovely stay

A lovely hotel which is a little out of the city, we were very happy with our stay overall though we would’ve liked a kettle (instead of just using hot water from the Nespresso machine which is never very hot) and a shower head that was adjustable.

Best nights sleep ever....

Staff were very polite and helpful and check in was quick. The room was so quiet, no noise at all, it was very clean and the bed provided me with the best nights sleep I have ever had. The breakfast was extremely good, a wide range of hot and cold food with cereals and fresh fruit.

The rooms are very spacious and there are numerous public areas available as well. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly! Breakfast which is included, has a wide variety of options for every taste. Excellent coffee machines too!

The staff was incredibly helpful, the manager walks around making sure you have everything. The hotel is new and super clean. Breakfast was a buffet with lots of choices. Excellent price. Really cheap for what we got.

The hotel is in a good location especially for the Hop on hop off sightseeing bus and City Park. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was clean. The breakfast was nice (great coffee!). The hotel was not very well sound proofed, we did have some issues with hearing noise from the corridor outside and also from the cleaners cupboard which was next to our bedroom wall.

We had an amazing stay. Very nice,clean hotel with friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet. Located in 7 district close to central city and a lot of attractions. Very recommended.

We had a great stay while in Budapest! Beds were very comfortable and room was clean. It was a shame that the bar never seemed to be open but it didnt hinder our stay.

Excellent accommodation and very friendly, helpful staff. Be aware, if you have an extra bed, this will be more of a camp-bed (Z-bed) type arrangement, which is suited possibly for young children. Older children may struggle with this. Beautifully, tastefully decorated, very spacious, and very clean, well maintained. The area is safe, walking distance to a really good public transport system, and walking distance to the City Park and Szechenyi Thermal Baths, Heroes Square and a good number of museums. A number of good restaurants, be aware, kitchens do close around 9 pm, so no late dining really. Also, make sure to book your table with the restaurant at least 24-48 hours ahead, as they get very busy.

I had a great stay! they welcomed me nicely and even allowed me to check in early. They were always there to help and support if needed. The room was clean and the breakfast was nice. I will definitely recommend this place and I will stay here again.

Front desk Staff and kitchen staff is great, helpful and hardworking. Breakfast was great! We liked the location, easy to get around by bus with one to three days bus pass.

The hotel was beautifully redone and breakfast was great. The attendants helped me get a cab to the train station early in the morning. I woke up to noise outside a few times in the courtyard and the beds were firm, but the hotel was clean and newly updated.

Staff was courteous and helpful. Very clean and amenities were all in good working conditions. Just a little far from the city Centre but close to the main city park.

Superb, well run hotel.

This hotel is in a great, central location with tons of transport connections nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful, the room was very clean, and it made for an altogether easy stay. The 24-hour front desk also proved very beneficial as we has to leave around 3 am and they had a cab waiting and easy check-out. The only issue we faced was that the thermostat in the room was a little finicky, but overall it was a great stay.

Good, simple, and plentiful breakfast. Rooms plain, simple, modern, and spacious. Straightforward. Staff super helpful with taxis and other local information. No queuing for breakfast or check-out. The airport pick up was excellent, and went without a hitch despite a significant delay in arrival.

Billigt hotell, med bra läge och helt okej frukost. Med ett 72h-pass för lokaltrafiken så kan du iofs bo nästan var som helst. Fräscha rum med sköna sängar. Inget att klaga på med tanke på priset.

Super Lage. Schönes Hotel. Freundliches Personal. Haken an der Wand im Badezimmer zum trocknen der Handtücher wären gut. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen.

Rauhallinen hotelli. Ilmava, korkea huone jossa oli hyvä hengittää. Ruhtinaallisen leveä sänky, hyvä patja ja ihana peitto. Kaikinpuolin siisti. Asuimme 6krs:n huoneessa jonne kuului vain hieman liikenteen äänet. Aamupala suomalaiseen tasoon verrattuna ok. Tonavan varrelle n.2km joka sujui julkisillakin hyvin. Kävellen toki sai enemmän irti arkkitehtuurista, muraleista yms yms.

En stjerne for meget.

Hotellet er rent og pænt. Vi har dog svært ved at forstå de 4 stjerner. Morgenmaden er ok. Der er det der skal være, men heller ikke mere. Personalet er meget langsom om at få fyldt op med brød, de flytter det bare rundt i kurvene. Kokken kommer ind med panden og fylder scramble æg oven i de rester der er. En af afrytterne rystede krummer og rester af papir dækkeservietten, ud på gulvet og lagde servietten på bordet igen til næste gæst. På værelset (405) knagede sengene en del og madrasserne var meget hårde. Badeværelset mangler knager. Det er svært at være miljøbevidst og genbruge håndklæder, når de ikke når at tørre. Desuden lugtede det dårligt fra et af afløbene. Efter vores mening har dette hotel en stjerne for meget og er nærmere et 3 stjernet hotel.

The hotel is in a quiet area, within walking distance of the city park, which is well-kept and has a lot to offer, including a museum, restaurants, and a small lake. There are also convenient bus and train connections nearby. I would definitely book this hotel again if I return.

Sejour de 3 nuits très agréable. Personnel charmant, chambre impeccable, petit dejeuner varié. L' hôtel est situé près du bois de la ville (grand parc) et près des transports qui vous mènent en quelques minutes dans le centre-ville. A recommander .

Güzel sakin temiz bir otel. Kahvaltısı zengin bol çeşitliliği ile güzeldi. Odalarda nesspresso makinesi olması iyi. Çalışanlar her konuda yardımcı ve güler yüzlü. Sadece şehir merkezine biraz uzak. Yarım saat yürüme mesafesi. Fakat yakındaki metro ile merkeze ulaşım rahat. Fiyat kalite olarak iyi bir otel.
