Excellent staff, welcoming and very friendly service, beautiful location and resort.

Beautiful property but very entended ( that s why I prefer D resort Ayvalik since it had everything concentrated in one place >>here you have to either walk or take the golf cart for everything , like going to the beach which was ok but prices high for drinks and food. Otherwise all excellent including excellent breakfast

Wonderful place to stay in gorgeous Göcek. The hotel is a haven for rest and the beach is wonderful. The hotel has a great breakfast option which I recommend you not to skip. It is also a 5 min walk to the marina and all the wonderful restaurants and cafes and all the ice cream in the world :-)

Comfortable room with an upscale feel. The staff is super helpful, respectful and always available promptly. Beach is super nice, and short golf cart ride away. Remember that this is a marina town, so it has no public beaches to my knowledge, so D-Resort is a unique property ghat has it all, and you could choose this hotel as a vacation destination even if you are not a boater just stopping over. I would definitely stay here again at my future visits to Göcek.

A beautiful hotel, with wonderful and attentive staff and outstanding food. One of the best beaches in Europe just next to the hotel. My family and I look forward very much to our next visit.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The amenities, including the pool, spa, and dining options, were top-notch. Highly recommend for a relaxing and luxurious getaway.

Nice beach

A fantastic stay at the D Resort

Being in Gocek and staying at the D resort was one of the big highlights of my visit to turkey. The breakfast in the morning was phenomenal. The staff was extremely helpful, respectful and polite, and the place itself is just wonderfully laid out. The cleanliness and the Decor really really made me happy. I cannot wait to return.

Exceptional hotel with exceptional service

One of the best exclusive hotel in Gocek, arrive at the property,greeted by Miss. Aleyna ,fantastic welcome. Rooms are incredible clean spacious. Beach is like Maldives.hotel manager Mr. Omer is on hand on everything,any request you make get done immediately. This is my second visit. Can’t wait to go back next year.

Beautiful hotel/place!

Beautiful beach club and beach. The area and town is absolutely wonderful. Beautiful place. The rooms are small but designed beautifully. There needs to be another bar/restaurant (with atmosphere) near the main reception as not all people want to travel 5 minutes on a buggy to get to their better venues. It would keep more guests in.

I had excellent four days of stay.

Perfect

I expected to be wowed more, for the money. The hotel rooms are good and the staff were attentive but when food and drink is pretty much twice the price of anywhere else we felt a little ripped off. Also, there are lovely pictures of the pools, however most are only accessible if you have a pool room. The one general pool is a bit bland. It’s all about the beach club, which was lovely, but not amazing and you’re stuck with the stupidly high prices there. Breakfast is very good though, lots of choice. All just a bit soulless and grey too. Such a shame!

The proximity of the arena for celebrations was rather noisy at night.

Loved the hotel , would love to go o back again for a longer period

Perfect

I would not stay here again. Maybe they were tired because of the end season but some personnel were not very welcoming. Inside the property there was a smell because of the small river that pass along the hotel. The pool area was gloomy cold and unwelcoming. And there was an engagement just outside of the hotel and the VERY loud music continued till 12am. Impossible to sleep without ear plugs.

The true meaning of Luxury and Hospitality!

This hotel is worthy of a 10+ because almost everything about it is exceptional! I congratulate the management, as the staff in the restaurants have obviously been extremely well tutored, are motivated, smiling and are so very polite and courteous! I congratulate the cleaning and maintenance staff, as they obviously take great pride in their work and it is nice to see that cleanliness and safety are of such great priority throughout the hotel! We will came back very soon!

A very pleasant stay, beautiful surroundings and beach.

Excellent service but Disappointing experience

We stayed here 3 years ago and had a great experience back then so we went back and took our relatives with us. Unfortunately this time round, it wasn't as memorable. The service, facilities, and cleanliness is generally excellent but some other guests make the place less desirable. On our last night, we were kept awake at 1am by a heated and loud argument in the room next to us. We had to call reception as we feared someone may get hurt with things being thrown around. To make matters worse, we were woken by the cleaning staff in the adjacent rooms and corridors at 8am or so with the vaccum head banging against the tiles and dishes and cutlery not being handled with care. I appreciate they need to get the rooms prepared for the next guests but they could've done it more quietly or attended to this section later in the day. To add insult to injury, reception refused to give us a late check out despite all of this. It was only after I requested to speak with the manager that a late check out of 2pm was then permitted. As for the beach, we were left waiting on 2 days of our 4 night stay for day beds as other guests would effectively reserve them by put their belongings and then going off to do other things. This was made worse by the hotel allowing non-hotel guests to use the beach during the peak period. I dont think I'd go back, particularly during local holiday periods. At those inflated rates, I'd rather go to the Maldives

very nice place

We had a wonderful stay at D-Resort. They did seem a bit unorganized with the ever changing covid regulations. However, they did very well for the conditions they had to deal with. Certainly a first class beach and the service there was excellent. Every cocktail we tasted and every dish we ordered at the D'Breeze restauarant was perfect. Unfortunately, we had gotten our hopes too high for the Q Lounge and frankly it was a waste of money and calories. We were sorry we did not visit D'Breeze a second time. Breakfast at Olives was very good. We did get the cheapest room for just one night, and it was certainly basic. But we had no complaints at all, we got what we paid for. Thanks to the staff, it was a great stopover.

Disappointing

I was disappointed. I’ve stayed twice at their sister hotel near Marmaris, and the service was just impeccable. Here was indifferent at best, with just the minimum effort made, even while being the most expensive hotel in the area. It was my third time in Göcek so I decided to try it, but I soon regretted not goin back to Rixos Göcek for a third visit. It’s just down the street and has remarkably better service and an equally beautiful property.

Loved the service, breakfast, lunches, beach and rooms. This resort has everything, from a choice of restaurants and a private beach with golf cart taxis making sure the guests are where they want to be.

Good option for relaxation, excellent beach, nice village and marina

After a few stressful months brought upon us by the Corona pandemic, we checked in at the D Resort Gocek. And for the third year in a row it did not disappoint. The hotel has reopened with all the necessery COVID 19 measures taken making it safe and welcoming for guests. Located in a sheltered bay surrounded by pine trees and sparkling blue waters, in our opinion, it is one of the best beaches on the Mediterranean, as well as a perfect yachting hub. But the amazing staff make everything in this hotel even better... they are all GENUINELY gracious, professional and welcoming. Mr. Urhan at the front desk & his colleagues give every guest their personalized attention, their professionalism made our stay perfect, and we cannot say enough about the staff in the Olives Restaurant who offer exceptional service every day during breakfast and lunch...from Mr. Hakan to Mr. Sezgin or the amazing staff who greet us every time at the entrance with their smiles and positive energy we feel we are among friends and family!!! We also love the hotel’s two elegant dining venues, the Q lounge and the Breeze restaurants, as the views, food and service are impeccable..Everything about this place is perfect.

Perfect for a holiday

Undoubtedly, one of the best resorts i came across. Staffs go out of their way to provide quality service and comfort. Very clean, excellent location, amazing breakfast and everything taken care of.

Good location, attentive staff, very nice beach, good breakfast

This is without question my favourite resort and property ever. I have been back more than 6 times and cannot recommend it enough. The hotel cannot do enough for you and the facilities are fantatsic. Its beautiful, peaceful, feels very authentic and you will want to come back time and time again. It is an unsung hero!

Amazing hotel/resort; the best...

Amazing hotel as always it is with a very nice beach; we enjoyed a lot again to stay in this hotel and definitely we will come again.

An excellent hotel, with great staff and facilities.

Overall, excellent place to stay right by the mountains and the water - it feels as place belongs to you - the hotel seems larger than it’s - actually whole Gocek feels like that. Staff is genuinely nice and go beyond to make your stay a memorable one. Start from reservations with Merve, to whole front desk with Hasan’ detail orientation and real desire to make your stay a great one. At Breeze restaurant Mustafa went out of his way to help - Izel at Q Lounge always super positive and with a nice smile made our evenings. Great place to stay! We will come back again in September.

D Resort Gozek

The complex was very comfortable with helpful staff. The breakfast amazing. Beach area very inviting and safe to swim. Had a basic room and would upgrade next time.

I travel frequently and this is one of the few times I am anticipating my next stay before even leaving! Excellent hotel in terms of buildings, luxury touches every where, very friendly and professional hospitality experienced staff!

I lıked room decorations. Breakfest very rich and elagant and delicius. All Staff very helpfull. Our reservation was 1 day. We stayed 1 more day. I dont remembre negative things. Thanks for everythings.

Lovely hotel with private beach

A lovely hotel in a small easily walk-able quaint town. Other then breakfast which was included we ate in the town every evening. There are lots of restaurants to choose from so you can eat something different every night. The hotel has a very pleasant pool which doesn't get full so there is no need to reserve chairs with your towels! The private beach is reached by a golf buggy and we never had to wait more than 3 mins for this excellent service. The gym is great, large and clean although it could do with adding a couple more treadmills as these were often in use, whilst other equipment was not. We went in 2nd week of September and it was gloriously hot and sunny. We are well travelled and there are few places that we would go again but this could be an exception. The location benefits from having a marina with some very nice boats, this makes the shops and general area more upmarket than you might otherwise expect.

We stayed at D-Resort Gocek for 4 nights, in a Deluxe room. From check-in till our last moment, everything was perfect about our stay! Rooms are spacious and extremely clean. Our room had a fantastic view, overlooking the marina. DR Gocek probably has one of the best beaches in the world - very warm and crystal clear waters in the Gocek Bay, embellished with white sands. Breakfast is amazing - a mixture of Turkish and western delicacies, with so many varieties that you will probably never get bored even during a 2 week stay here. Staff is super friendly and very helpful across all locations - check in desk, room service, gym, beach,... Hotel has two top notch restaurants that are definitely worth visiting. One is The Breeze, serving excellent finger food to the beach and offering delicious Aegean plates during the evenings. The other one is the Q Lounge, whose view over the Gocek Bay is a must have experience. Probably the only minor downsides are - small pool for such a leading facility - not so many water sports / activities to do in DR Gocek All in all, we loved DR Gocek and look forward to our next visit there!

Amazing

Amazing hotel, lovely staff and very clean , quiet and very attentive to all your needs. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to all visiting Gocek, Fethiye. Also benefits from having a private beach which is lovely and quiet.. aswell as sun loungers by the pools so you can't go wrong wherever you are..

Not value for money

Our overall stay at this hotel was okay. The rooms are clean and comfy with top notch design and toiletries. The sea is beautiful, and there are quality beach lounges on sand, wooden dock, and piers. Some of the staff were polite and helpful. However, these are the reasons why we were disappointed. 1. The hotel is right in the town centre, so it is not a secluded resort. This means that anyone can just walk in, and it can get very loud. Two nights out of four, there were local weddings with extremely loud music, and it was impossible to stay in the room/hotel. We tried to get away to the farthest restaurant, but we could still hear it. This is unbelievably frustrating because we paid so much money but could not even spend time in our room 2/4 nights. The music was on between 7PM-12.30AM on both occasions. 2. The two-person lounges on the piers are only for suite guests and this was not advertised anywhere. We felt tricked to find this out by a small sign on the piers. 3. Some of the staff were rude or unfriendly. 4. Food at the Breeze restaurant was just okay, and had outrageous prices. We couldn't enjoy the ambiance either since the music from the other restaurant (QLounge) was so high and mixing with the slow music at the Breeze. We quickly ate and left. We would recommend only Gunaydin for food, don't bother with any other restaurants in the hotel. The town centre has amazing restaurants for half price. Overall, it feels like a rip off.

Best hotel in Turkey yet, I choose Göcek for D

My stay at D was, as always, wonderful. I immediately feel relaxed and welcomed by the staff. They never forget a face! The rooms are beautiful and have everything you need, as well as extremely caring staff who help get everything to your room (I arrived before check-in and left my bags with reception, when I finally got back to the hotel at midnight after a long tiring day out, my bags had already been taken to my room so I did not have to wait or carry anything). The facilities are great- lovely gym, excellent spa + treatments. You can borrow bikes to get around the village, such a great idea. The breakfast is to die for and, again, the staff are simply wonderful. I have also stayed at Rixos etc. If money is not an issue, D-Resort is the place to stay. It is so worth the money!!!

5 stars in all categories is not enough for this hotel. Great front desk people. Great food. 2 Incredible long pools. Beautifully designed layout with tons of vegetation giving off great smells. Very romantic and relaxing. Huge SPA and work out building. Yummy beds and sheets. This should be called the WOW-Resort

Supurb

Stayed one night with friends, but could have stayed forever! Fantastic Hotel. Staff were friendly, professional, and went out of their way to help. nothing was too much trouble. Location right down by harbour, and a minute from shops and restaurants. Will definitely be back.

nice beach . . . strange office-like buildings

Check-in experience was not good. Waited too long and it was very formal . . . not laid-back like a resort. Buildings are office-like, very modern and cold - did not fit in with the other part of the resort which was very nice. They offer bikes to get around but the system is strange - they are all locked up and one needs to check it out and then be sure to bring back and give them the key - you get the feeling it's such a big resort that they have people stealing the bikes?! We stayed in an "attic" room ... try to avoid this - there is no view and you feel like you are in an enclosed room with no window. Limited menus in the restaurants and very expensive.

Paradise on Mediterranean

D-Resort Gocek is a very nice hotel with friendly staff. We stayed there 3 nights. Our room was upgraded to a oceanfront room. Very spacious and clean room with a nice balcony. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of food. There is a beautiful beach at 900 m from hotel. They drive you in a golf cart to the beach. There are two excellent restaurants at the beach.

Perfect, all positive!

D-Resort Gocek

Aesthetically the hotel and location (Gocek) is perfect. The rooms are fantastic, tastefully decorated, spacious, very clean. The pool area / bar is very nice, however the hotels greatest asset is it's beach. A 5-10min walk, you can also catch a golf cart, or use one of the hotel bikes to get down. Either way it's a very pretty trip, past trees and yachts etc. The beach is very clear, beautiful, very relaxing. Food is fantastic both on the beach and by the pool bar. Breakfast was likewise fantastic. I had to check out at 5am and they had prepared a special breakfast for me which was a nice touch. The only downside was getting to and from the hotel and Gocek in general. Don't waste your time and energy on public transport! Add an extra hour at least to any journey if you do. I tried hiring a car, the hotel made arrangements, I waited two hours and the car that arrived was a manual. The hire company had no other options and the hotel only used this one company so it was a complete waste of time and annoying. There were no option for less than 3 day carhires in the village either. Very strange too was there were no tour options in the village for Fethiye attractions. Subsequently all my sightseeing was done by taxi which cost a fortune – for example a trip to Oludeniz and back was 400lira. So very stressful to try and do any sightseeing. Also while the hotel service staff was generally exceptional. I found the main front desk staff were attentive but generally not very useful

Paradise

Possibly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at and I've travelled to some luxury destinations. The best thing about the hotel are its staff, the most caring, attentive and personable team I've ever had the pleasure being pampered by. The hotel is stunning and every attention to detail has been thought about, the gardens, the spa and the simple things like walkways are beautiful. Gocek is simply a paradise town with some great people!

Simply the best

We stayed in D-Resort Gocek twice when traveling to Gocek for business. The rooms are immaculate and well-appointed, and the staff are pleasant, professional, and extremely helpful. The breakfast buffet is out of this world, with everything you could imagine, and the quality of everything is superb. We will stay here again with any luck on our next business trip.

Superb location

We loved this hotel. The staff were very friendly and always happy to help. It is not right on the beach but the beach is a short walk or bike ride away or if you are feeling lazy the golf cart goes backwards and forward regularly. They have just opened a new restaurant above the beach - Q Lounge. Amazing views and fantastic food. And don't forget the spa - blissful and very relaxing.

Apart from the neighbouring open air venue where a local wedding party was held, a great hotel with excellent facilities. Dinning was bland and expensive; breakfast good. Free bicycles was an excellent idea for exercise-minded but rather lazy guests:)

Long weekend that felt like a week

Trip was to get some well needed vitamin D & relaxation. A girls trip. We had a unforgettable time. From arrival it was clear we had picked a winner. Friendly staff (recommended restaurants/local treasures), beautifully designed & fitted out rooms, amazing gym, spa, beach, brekkie- luxury at its best. I'm definitely going back!

Fabulous hotel

This is a wonderful hotel. The people that work there are fantastic, the entire hotel is immaculate, the gym, breakfast, rooms, beach, pool and massage are superb. I can't speak highly enough of this hotel - Thank you

The staff was very nice. The room was clean, with a patio. The bed was very firm, which I like. Pillows were very comfortable, sheets had a beautiful blue pattern and very good quality soft cotton. There's a scale in the bathroom - you have to press a button underneath to operate it. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I've ever seen anywhere in the world. The hotel provides free bicycles. We biked to the local bazaar on Sunday to get very good value peshtemals, towels, shawls etc. The hotel's beach is a short and pleasant bike ride away. The beach is very clean and the beach restaurant has very good food and amazing view. We also rented a private boat for the day to swim at quiet beaches. The spa is very clean. We didn't get to try any of the treatments since we had great weather during our stay.

My husband and I spent 3 days in D-resort. It was amazing stay: good room, great service, great breakfast, great beach. We really enjoyed our stay and can not wait to come back.

Great hotel in a lovely Turkish village

Arrived quite early for checking in,to be greeted by hospitable staff offering breakfast and subsequent notification of ability to enter room.Room was a delight,comfortable and quiet with excellent air conditioning given the over30 degrees temperature,food and bar were great with a particularly extensive breakfast .Hotel located on the edge of Gocek,a short walk to the centre of town with numerous restaurant s and waterfront.Would not hesitate to stay again at this lovely resort with exceptional staff.

Wonderful staff. Beautiful renovation and spa

We have stayed beer before and loved it. But now it's even better after the renovation. The staff are so helpful and welcoming and the rooms are beautiful. The spa is great and the gym is exceptional. The beach is one of the best in the area. Private to hotel. The best thing for me is it's one of the rare hotels that doesn't play music by pool or beach. Bliss. The breakfast is wonderful.

Overall very beautiful scenery and tranquil stay! This place is perfect for relaxing as there is not much to do in the evenings , a visit to Fethiye is recommended and boat trip

lovely hotel

we really like the hotel. it has been newly refurbished. it has a lovely beach, great staff, and is near the main shops of Gocek. neds and linens are lovely, pillows better than normal, they give a choice of one harder, one softer, and buffet breakfast is lovely. My only tiny criticism is the attic rooms do not have blckout blinds on the velux windows, so i got woken up by the light at 6am, which isnt what you want if you have flown in at 2am. otherwise the main rooms are lovely, and even the attic room is a good spacious size.
