Run down Hotel. Not what is advertised.

Had booked a bigger room than what we got given. So we went back to reception and asked for what I had booked on Hotels.com . After arguing with reception staff for a while we were then upgraded to a master room. Which was a nice big room. The next day there was confussion from reception whether we were meant to be in that room and whether we had paid properly. Which also rwsulted in another discussion with reception staff. Everything in the hotel is run down and the sauna was not going. Wouldnt take much to buy new pool furniture..it was cracked and dirty. The setting at the hotel is lovely and it is a shame the hotel is so run down.

Great hotel close to the Hongqiao railway station

Unfortunately, I did not stay long enough to enjoy the hotel ammenities like the pool and garden, but the stay was very comfortable. The rooms are a bit dated, but the linens are clean and they spoke English. The big plus is the location right by the railway station and airport.

An alright hotel.

The hotel was nice but outdated. The restaurant in the hotel was way too overpriced so we chose not to eat there. The fish pond and the green area was especially nice and my children loved it. Nothing is really within walking distance especially with children. The guy at the desk in the evening (I forgot to get his name) was very rude when I asked him to call a taxi and he told me "NO TAXI" and would not call so we walked down to the street to get our own. The pool is very nice but the shallow end is 4 ft, it is not heated, and was cold. The children's pool felt like Ice Water so my smaller children were not able to swim at all which was a disappointment because we booked here mainly for the pool.

Comfortable place to stay

Staffs are very friendly and helpful, rooms are old but equipped with every necessary things. There's a balcony outside the room, it's comfortable to stay in the balcony when the weather is warm. The hotel locates about 10mins walk from the zoo, good place to stay if you plan to spend time in the zoo and stay for 1 night.

I stayed only one night but I enjoyed swimming in huge pool with only a couple of people. The Hongqiao Airport is in 10 min distance by taxi. It is very quiet because the hotel is in the forest and about 100m from the major road.

A bit far from subway

About 15 min walk. Breakfast sounded a bit pricy. Did not try it. Receptionist offered access to free WIFI. Very nice. Not many restaurants nearby.

My stay in Cypress JIn Jiang

When I returned to the hotel room at nite around 8:00p.m., I found out that they had NOT changed my bed covers and pillow covers. In fact, everything was left undone, same as the state when I left that morning. I called the manager and they just said it was my fault because I have folded the sheets. They then unfolded it and said it was OK. I told them that was unclean and should be changed immediately. They then changed the bed cover, quilt cover and pillow covers for me. When did they comprehend what customer services means?

This hotel is a little tired

A one night stay because we needed to take a train from Hongqiao railway station. We were in a non-smoking room but the smell of smoke permeated the room and halls and was pushed into the room all night through the venting. The grounds of the hotel are very spacious and pretty but the hotel is a little tired and there isn't anything to do within walking distance. A short taxi ride to the airport, railway station, zoo.

Nice hotel in lush garden setting

Only there one night. Taxi had great difficulty finding property even after I contacted reception on mobile and asked them to advise driver how to get there from Shanghai HongQiao railway. Entrance not clearly signed. Tired and hungry by the time we arrived in the evening so ordered room service hot meals that arrived to the room cold! We were quite disappointed.

Quick Stay by airport

We arrived late at the hotel from PVG airport (took bus from PVG to train station) and then cab to hotel. Left hotel very early for an early morning train. So didn't really see much of the hotel. Only major issue is because it is so close to the train station / Honqiao airport the cab drivers get pretty rude when you ask them to take you to it.

Not good at all as we checked out after the first night booked somewhere else.

Close to old Shangai (SHA) airport and good value for money. Ideal for business overnighters and pleasant garden.

Not much to add beyond what others have said, nice hotel, a bit out of the way except that we felt the restaurant (we just tried the chinese one) was pretty good.

Good in general

The staff is very nice and helpful. The room is clean in general, but the sheet has some stains on it, so either it needs to be cleaned with stain remover, or it needs to be replaced with new one.

Hong Qiao Area

A good Chinese hotel if you are doing business or seeing friends or family in the Hong Qiao area othe wise a little far out of Shanghai...but near the domestic airport.

Close to airpot

This hotel is close to the old airport (not Pudong) and a good place to stay the night before an early flight. But that's probably the only reason to stay here. It is far out of the actual city (though near the zoo). The facilities feel a bit outdated and the brown-ness of everything is depressing, but you can take a short walk on the grounds and then go to sleep early before your flight! Taxi to the nearby airport is cheap - we just paid for the flag pull.

Cypress Hotel Jin Jiang Near The Zoo

We stayed 6 days at this hotel and very much enjoyed our stay. It is in an upscale part of Shanghai away from the bustle of downtown, located within a park. The nearest subway is Line 10, Shanghai Zoo station, about a ten minute walk. The hotel has a free shuttle there each hour, though. We got a great online rate that came w/o breakfast or free internet. We paid for internet and it was fine. We liked it well enough that we have booked it again for next month.

Overnight Early morning flight

Nice hotel for the money. Staff could use a little more English skills, but overall was acceptable. The restaurant had a good selection. They were very nice.

Pleasant little place

Although a little dated, and the fact I arrived during the worst typhoon in many years, this hotel was clean and pleasant and the food was good and reasonably priced.

空港や地下鉄に近く、行動の拠点に最適でした。 また、ホテル敷地内には緑が多く静かにくつろげました。

別荘感覚のエントランスでした。対応は悪くないと思います。部屋と廊下でのゴムの匂いが強烈でその点はかなりの苦痛を伴いました。ホテルの夜のレストランは味は標準以上でしたが、朝食は今ひとつで困った感じでした。

ホテルの建物は新しくはありませんでしたが、清掃が行き届いており好印象です。周辺も高級住宅街に面しており、周辺の環境も良好です。

システム管理がしっかりしてないホテル

ﾁｪｯｸｱｳﾄの際に事前にﾈｯﾄで部屋代を清算しているのにもかかわらず、もう一度清算を言われました。それを調べるために、空港行き出発が遅れ、途中で交通事故で道路渋滞で飛行機に間に合わなかったです。実はホテルに責任を取って貰いたいです。フライト変更に2万円余分に払いようやく日本に戻れました。災厄のホテルでした。多分2度と止まらないでしょう！

上海では貴重な、緑の中のクラシックなホテル

虹橋空港に近く、各航空会社のキャビンアテンダントさんやパイロットさんがひっきりなしにチェックイン。（特に中国国内系）部屋サイズはゆったりしてました。チェックインは英語か中国語ですが、フロント対応は穏やかです。幼児二人いるのでツインより大きいサイズのダブルベッド1台を勧められました。デポジットで400元まずカード引き。朝食をそこで付けたら大人一人96元位カードで。子供は半額をレストランで直払いと言われましたが、翌朝レストランでは＜不要＞と言われました。幼児だからかな。 部屋内装はヨーロッパのクラシックな感じで、調度品も重厚でした。特に部屋の眺望していはしていませんでしたが、窓からの眺めはただっ広い芝生の庭が広がっていました。ちゃんと作業員が手入れしていて、木々の花が咲き始めた時期だったので、目に良かった。場所が独立しているので上海かって言う位、静かでゆったりしてます。 風呂はシャワーがちょっと水はけ悪し。水圧問題無し。水回りや扉に古さは否めませんので、ピカピカな清潔感はありませんが、不快さは無かったです。アメニティに難一つ。中国系ホテルはどれもそうなのか、リンスやコンディショナーが無かったのが女性に辛い。外資系ならまず有りますが。 朝食レストランはプライベートガーデンを眺めながらの場所なので、優雅に頂けます。大きくはないですが、種類も豊富です。 便利なのは、中国銀行の自動外貨両替機がフロントそばに有ります。日本語表示で日本円をそこで両替できます。レートは日本国内で替えるよりはずっと良かったです。もちろんベストなのは中国内銀行で両替ですが.... 立地だけが虹橋空港＆駅と上海動物園行く以外不便ですね。もちろん虹橋空港＆駅も歩いていける訳でなくタクシーで10分位ですが。上海動物園に隣接してるので、繁華街より環境は良いです。地下鉄の上海動物園駅が歩いて10分位。その辺りまで行けば、地元の食堂やファミマ等出てきます。簡単な中国語出来る人や少し慣れた人以上ならそういう所利用するのも面白いし安いです。 中国は子供に親切・寛容で、ボーイさんが（分かる訳無いのに）子供によく話しかけてくれました。

hotel上订的标准房 进去变成大床 但是服务很好给我换了一间 可惜新的一间隔音效果很差 听了一晚上传来的女性尖叫声 要不是为了可以早点上高速 应该不会订这里

割引率に負けた

割引率に惹かれて泊まったけど後悔。 部屋は陰気でカビ臭く、ホテル周辺での外食も不便。 芝生があり、外から眺めるのは良いけどね。

跟機場很近，距離附近的地下鐵約十分鐘的路程。房間整潔，因為是晚上的飛機，約凌晨才到酒店，仍能迅速入住房間。

歴史のあるホテル

上海のホテルとしては異色？虹橋空港には近い。中国語を話せる人には落ち着いていてよいかも？ 無線ランは未整備。

Ordentliches Hotel

Das Hotel ist ordentlich, hat geräumige Zimmer. Es ist nicht mehr im Top-Zustand, aber völlig in Ordnung. Service und Freundlichkeit ist gut. In einem Garten gelegen mit Bäumen umgeben, relativ ruhig. Zu Fuß 10 bis 15 Minuten bis zur nächsten Metrostation.

空港に近いホテル

夜遅く到着しましたが、とても親切でゆっくりと過ごせました。タクシーも頼んだ時間丁度に来てくれました。

오래된 호텔입니다.

호텔이 너무 오래되었습니다. 식사는 먹어보지 못해서 좋은 지는 모르겠습니다. 호텔의 위치는 공항을 가기에는 나쁘지는 않았습니다.

緑に囲まれた清閑なホテル

上海動物園の隣で、緑に囲まれた静かなホテルです。 多少の古さは感じますが、周りは富裕層が多く住む地域で、ゆったりとした気分で過ごせます。

상하이 홍차오 공항에서 근접한 호텔

홍차오 공항에서 무척가까워서 공항이용시 편리합니다. 다만, 공항에 근접해 있다보니 그밖의 시설이용시 불편함이 있습니다.

やっぱり中国は

空港からタクシーで移動、運転手に地図を見せて連れて行って貰ったけど上海動物園駅まで連れて行かれた。結局、地下鉄駅からホテルまで歩いて移動になったけど徒歩１０分とのことだったけど１５分は歩いた気がする。 あと、予約でツゥインベッドを頼んでいたはずが、ダブルベッドの部屋が用意されていた。 ちゃんと予約が取れているのか不安だった。 満室だったらどうなっていたのか？

ゆっくり過ごしたいなら最適です。

タクシーの運転手も　良く場所を理解できているし、静かでのんびり過ごすには最適です。　上海を何度か訪問されている方なら問題ないでしょう。　外灘等の観光地には少し遠いので、観光での上海を求めるのならば、中心地が最適です。　周辺までの歩いての移動が不便ですが、タクシーを利用すれば　他にも書いてありますが、日本人街にも近くて便利です。総合的には　ほぼ満点です。

위치 자체는 홍챠오공항 옆이라 편리하지만 주변에 식사할 곳이 없고 시내와 거리가 멀어 불편함. 그러나 택시를 타고 약 5분 거리에 좋은 중국식당이 많이 있음. 상해동물원 전철역도 아주 가까워 시내에 가기엔 좋음. 호텔 객실은 가격 대비 아주 좋음. 추천할만 함.

庭が広くて、美しい

敷地が広く、手入れも行き届いて美しいホテルでした。ホテルの周りもゆったりとした感じで、落ち着いた環境。部屋もまずまずで、値段の割りには不満は感じられなかった。バスタブがもう少し広いと最高。上海動物園にも近く、繁華街にもタクシーで5分位、空港にも10分以下で行けるのが有り難かった。家族連れの宿泊にも適していると思う。
