Very rustic hotel!

The hotel was very average and mediocre! Room was not clean to typical standards we are used to and room was very hot when we arrived! Took some time for the room to cool down to be at least comfortable!

Poor check in, couldn’t find booking on arrival, no apology offered when this was located. Room was very noisy, and clearly not sound proofed as described. The hotel may have been nice previously, but now appears neglected. For example, the shower drain was blocked on arrival and the room door handle fell off. Food quality is poor and restaurant is frequently filled with air freshener which tainted everything with a chemical after taste. Swinging pool is outdoors, which isn’t great in an area with such dreadful air quality, however the pool was drained for the 3 nights we stayed. No spa or in room massages are available. Bar area is closed, with only soft drinks in restaurant and in room mini bar was an empty fridge. Whilst a kettle was provided the coffee pack once used wasn’t replaced.

Better Checkin Process.. Have their men give all the info needed. Be polite. The Owner himself is rude and impolite. only 1 soap and 1 water with no extra bodywash or soap is really disappointing. Food is just barely edible.

This was one of the best hotels that I have stayed at in India. They even have a person that goes to get medicines if you are sick and cannot go. It is very beautiful and european looking. The staff are very friendly. The only thing I would change would be to have curtains that block out the sun in the morning. The hot shower was the best.

It shows up on 4-5 star hotels but hotel staff are useless; they just stand there doing nothing. They have a lousy breakfast area and the staffers do nothing - they serve nothing. You have to ask for everything. Plus this place is way too small and WIFI is too weak. It should filter to 4-5 stars; it is okay for 3 star.

Spacious rooms with comfy bed, quieter location but with easy access to anywhere in the city. Most of all, exceptional staff particularly on reception who go above and beyond to offer help and guidance.

Property is good but was expecting a gym as well which is not there

Read before you book this hotel. Here is my honest review for this hotel. First of all, I have been to almost all star types of hotel. But this hotel was the worst one. My wife and I found this hotel with good price and great looking pictures of their rooms. But everything was a lie. NOT Suitable for Couple and Families. Reason of disappointments- 1.They charged me for two nights which was already paid from Expedia. They said they will refund it but I still have received it. 2.This hotel is in the middle of Two apartments building. 3. Very noisy 4. Staff is not good at all. 5. Breakfast menu and their food quality is pathetic. 6. Their front desk staff was very rude and note cooperative. 7. Their food price are same as a FIVE STAR Hotel Menu price.

Super friendly staff, really good fresh food, clean rooms, hot water, comfy beds. Amazing that you can get a place this nice for the price. We have extended our stay several times. If you want to sleep in late it's probably not right for you as doors slam loudly and if you aren't already up by 7 or 8 AM you will be woken up. Rooms are not at all soundproofed. Everything else, is wonderful! Highly recommend!

Centrally located, extremely friendly staff in all areas, good fresh food, good laudnry services, great deal for the price especially! Door close very loudly and rooms are not at all soundproofbut it is a respectable place and quiet at nice. If you want to sleep in, this isn't the place for you. If you get up around 7 or 8 AM anyway, this place is perfect!!

Not what it looked like

We prebooked and the first could not find the booking. Personel is rude and unexperienced. Taxidriver is great of the hotel. Showed us Jaipur in a great manner. We get sick from the food in the hotel. No place ti recommend.
