Was terrible!

It was an easy and uncomplicated stay for an affordable price.

There was a roach in the room and the mosquitoes were everywhere as soon as you open the door.

Luis was beyond helpful and very kind to our family. He took the time to give us recommendations before we got there on all logistics , where to eat, sightseeing, taking the ferry, etc . The place is nested in very ideal location where you can spot the sun rise and oversee the beach . I d rate my stay 10/10

Very long lines. Not enough staff. Employees rude and tired. A total caos this morning with very long lines to talk to a person.

The view was beautiful but they didn’t even have coffee to offer. Toilet rocked badly that it felt like if the toilet was going to come off from the floor.

Place is convenient...owner very helpful and room very clean...good stance. No amenities around the property but everything is close by.

The place is comfortable, clean, near everything, with tv, internet, air conditioner, great view, Luis the attendant is very helpful and nice guy. Definitely I will stay again.

WiFi did not work. Room is so dusty because windows were left open. I had to hand close the windows from the outside because the cranks inside the room were broken

Location is ok. The place itself needs a lot of updates. We were only there one night so we didn't really care.

The property was not secure, easily able to break in. The room looked like a closet and was dark and old/

Overpriced for the room. Plastic on the bed and pillows did not make for a comfortable experience. No nice outside area for seating or ‘viewing the sea’! Nor was there a nice lobby area. Otherwise survivable.

The location of the hotel is away from any restaurants

I had to book this in a rush since the ferry was out of tickets and i had to stay one more night than planned. The room was clean.This motel is not family friendly. Neighbors fighting, rotten food with bugs in the microwave, sheets feel like sandpaper and plastic mattress and pillow covers. Overall a disappointing experience for the rate paid. Tho grateful that it was available in such short timeframe.

Unclean

Rooms are too small, the location is ok. The hill is a bit of a climb.

It works for our one night stay. Great view and spacious room. Very accommodating staff and early check in. In the other hand, it needs some repairs/upgrades in this order: 1) shower pressure and flow, 2) ac very loud and almost non existing. A mini split would be better, 3) refrigerator doesn't really cool much, 4) almost no outlets or desk, 5) no lock for balcony door. Keep on mind that this is Culebra and there are not many options.

We had a second floor room and the view was beautiful. The TV didn’t work the second day, not sure if it was the wifi. Breakfast and dinner options were given, but we didn’t try any of the food. Bed was comfortable, but the pillows were a bit rough

A good place to stay if you’re just going to sleep. When we got there, water wasn’t running at all, and there was dirt on the blanket/sheets. Air condition was good.

Excellent location👍 cozy room and very peaceful area

The front staff was very nice, he allowed us to check in early but the room was horrible. The mosquitoes were everywhere, we got bit all the time even when sleeping. When taking a shower our room got flooded. We can hear water leaking which ended up flooding the entire room. Honestly I never review places but I think it’s worth doing It this time. Good luck if you choose this place. We stayed two nights, December 28 and 29 2019.

Barthroom was shared with another room. I was not aware of it at the time of reservation.

Owner was extremely helpful booking us in a double connecting room to accommodate a party of five. Staff was very accommodating for our entire stay. Excellent location, great view from the veranda!

Nice clean property, friendly owner, quite pricey but that might just be the island in general. Bike rental was appreciated, although biking isn’t easy in the heat (and beware of being chased by dogs)! Needed more drinking water throughout the stay, which was hard to get, although a few small bottles were available for $1.75 each in the fridge. Overall a pleasant stay.

Roaches in room , terrible experience

Everything was as described. Rooms has everything you need for a pleasant stay (a/c, tv, wifi, private bath w/ toilet, sink and shower, hot water and a comfy bed). My room has a bay view balcony (recommended). But what we love the most was the Host’s availability. We had an inconvenience with the Ferry and we checked in at 3:00am of Saturday and he was stand by waiting for our arrival confirmation call/text. Check in was smooth and we arrive 12 hour after normal check in time (3:00pm of Friday)

El cuarto estava sucio, las toallas olian mal, el baño si buena limpieza y olia mal, afuera del cuerto trastes sucios y la recepcionistamal educada, Al llegar me aumentaron el precio que Expidia me dio y aparte de todo me cobraron una noche de mas sin mi autorizacion ,eran 9 de la noche y escuchava musica solo en mi celular y nos pidieron que lo apagaramos cuando solo era mi esposa y yo que queriamoa disfrutar de nuestra luna de miel, Pesimo servicio no se los recomiendo

Tenia llave de abrir la ducha sin mango, pestillo de seguridad de puerta de entrada roto y tapacde inodoro sucia! Matress no era comodo

Rude owner. Had to move our own street cones to enter and exit the property. Nothing special about the room. Bed was hard. Was not beachfront like she leads you to believe.

Facilidades deterioradas, aire acondicionado en 2 de los cuartos que me cambiaron no enfriaron .

Es un lugar limpio, pero el aire de la habitación es demasiado pequeño y no enfría la misma, por tanto duermes con calor. El personal aparte de un chico que nos hizo el check in, no vimos a nadie más. Realmente es pagar demasiado por nada.

Canbio de tarifa por mi nieta de 7 años de $79 a $128 no se vale
