Clean, nice place , close to center, early check in

It was great ,fast and friendly check in. Like most of europe the parking is challenging ,as soon as we arrived they took our vehicle, parked it,end of issue. Room is beautiful, clean tons of storage,hanging and drawers. They even offer to store your luggage for the duration of your stay. The shower was impeccable, on our multi location 30 day trip i have to say this was the first shower that didnt flood the entire bathroom. We would definitely recommend.

Friendly welcome, allowed me an early check-in after a very long flight, and honored my request for a room with a view of St. Sava’s and upgraded me for free. Great price for the high quality.

Rooms bit worn-out, parked car away from hotel - they have only 2 parking lots???

Amazing hotel. Very good location, great possibilities for a meetings. Cleanliness is their priority. Very friendly staff. Always ready to help. Great restaurant on the top of hotel with excellent view of the largest Serbian church of Sv. Save.

Excellent overall experience. Great location. The suite was clean with plenty of room. The large windows opening up to a balcony with a beautiful view was a nice bonus. The rooftop restaurant was a great place to relax and enjoy food and drink. Most all the though, the staff was was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

Excellent service at this superb hotel

I’m a well travelled business man and the courtesy and customer service I received at the Crystal has to be the best I’ve ever received anywhere else in the world. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They parked my car, the reception staff were very pleasant and welcoming and I even got a courtesy drink while they took my luggage to my room. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast very good. It’s not located near the city centre but only £3 in a taxi that always arrived 2 minutes after reception booked it. Or about a 30 minute walk. At first I thought I would rather have stayed more central but it was actually nice to go back to a quieter part of town. There are a few good bars and restaurants all within 5 minutes walk, a park and not forgetting the magnificent St Sava Cathedral which I had a magnificent view of from my room. I visit Belgrade often and this was my first stay at the Crystal but I will definitely return.

Hair dryer for this category of hotel is not excetable!!!!!!! No thissue boxes!!!! Traveling a lot but not experience anything like this in this category of hotel!!!!! I

Very comfortable hotel with a great view

We had a very comfortable room and the staff were very accomodating. The view from the roof terrace was just as great as in the photos. The breakfast was very generous and had plenty of options to suite all tastes and diets.

Great hotel for business purposes. But not only. It is also good for turists and young people who want to enyoj Belgrade life.

This hotel completely fulfilled my expectations. It is a boutique hotel tucked in a quiet street, very close to main points of interest in Belgrade. Amazing rooftop terrace bar and really tasty breakfast.

Perfect

I was there on a business trip and when i checked in, the lady from the reception asked me if it's my first time in Belgrade. I said yes and then she said i get a free upgrade to Executive Suite. Just like that... Of course, after that everything was way above expectations. :-D Breakfast buffet was good with lots of available options. Room was perfect. Services were also perfect

excellent stay

Just excellent.... I loved it.. although not so close to the center, you can get there in 10 minutes by taxi. But the surroundings are so nice and relaxing.... and the service is spot-on. great and really helpful people.

Nice hotel

Good: rooms, layout (outdoor restaurant, roof terrace), staff (very friendly, extremely helpful) Bad: location ok but not spectacular, room service stops at 10pm, breakfast finishes too early (we're on holiday - I'm not getting out of bed early!)

My Stay was very good.Staff were very professional and helpful.l even got a suprise treat from the hotel on my birthday very thoughtful.I definitely would visit again.

Nice weekend hotel for rather good price

It was ok, but our room was not clean. I do not think that the room has been vaccuum cleaned after previous guests - not nice. Breakfast was good and service was good.

Excellent staff & facilities at Crystal, Belgrade

Spending a week on my own at Belgrade's Crystal Hotel was a most enjoyable experience. All the staff speak excellent English and were always happy to help guests from very different backgrounds with varying needs. There was a great range of food for breakfast, and a well-stocked bar with affordable prices. Near to the landmark St. Sava's Temple this hotel is convenient for the city centre and also near a pleasant park. Thoroughly recommended.

okay, not great

good location, but not well run. Horrible breakfast, complete with stale cornflakes. Loud air handler in the room, couldn't sleep with AC on. Front desk couldn't make change when I wanted to pay for parking and tax in cash. It's a nice building, and the room was quite nice (and had the best shower of any of the Balkan hotels we stayed in), and the location is very good. If they had their service act together, it would be very nice.

Overall, pretty good. Hotel is new, modern, clean, lot of space, good service. Close enough / walking distance to main city attractions.

nice place, rather pricey

This hotel was very nice and very clean and the staff were kind. It was definitely a nice place. We had a lot of trouble finding the place. Also, there was not really anything close by. The St. Sveta church was close but if you wanted to walk somewhere to have dinner or drinks there wasn't much around. Also, for the money you pay, you can get better deals. You have to pay an additional amount for parking (15 euro!) & many of the other hotels I saw (after I had already booked here) offered free parking and breakfast in their deals.

Good people

it was great, hotel very accommadting as I arrived very early on thursday morning and they charged me a nominal fee to get into my room at 8am. The room service menu wasn't great if you are a vegetarian, perhaps put a pasta without meat or chicken on the menu for people. And don't order the 'baked potato' as its fried with bacon. Apart from that, lovely modern hotel, great facilities and really nice people.

Beautiful Belgrade

Fantastic hotel. Comfortable spacious room, excellent breakfast. Can't say enough positive about it. As a stranger to Belgrade, it was a little tricky to find, but I'm sure for someone that knows the area, the location would be perfect. It's only minutes from the main circle. Can't say enough positive things about it.
