Great hotel with staff very well trained to cater to needs. Diverse assortment for breakfast

The hotel is super conveniently located, with a super beautiful lake trail leading to an area with fountain shows at night. 10 minute walk to the arch building, which has an insanely huge shopping mall around it with many dining options. The hotel itself is nice and clean. The views and locations are amazing, would definitely stay again.

Everyone at Crown Plaza is very friendly and accommodating during my stay and made me feel comfortable and happy! Also, the continental breakfast has a great variety. They cleaned my room very well and got to know me as a regular requesting oat milk lattes in the morning. Room service was always attentive and friendly. I would definitely stay here again

Love it

Great location near Suzhou biggest mall, lots of restaurants, shops, and activites for kids. They upgraded us to a family suite with great views and a bunk bed for the small kiddos. Their customer service was great.

Location is great, beautiful view! Staff are very friendly. Breakfast is amazing, so many choices.

Excellent service. Hotel had small fire but under control. The best part is how they deal with emergency. They put guest satisfaction at first. Beside the great service, the hotel is beautiful. You get the view of the Jingji lake and the door of the east. Very convenient to the mall and countless restaurants on the Ligongdi,easy subway ride to the old town as well. I will definitely stay there again. Highly recommended!

Fantastic

Disappointment of the room I get.

Staff at check in counter told me that they had no King bed room for me which I booked. And said it is not confirmed when I book. I need to argue with them and show the confirmation email to her, then finally she give me one, but in 2nd floor, face to the front entrance of which all people can see through my room if I open the curtain. I was so disappointed on this, if she can explain to me the condition of the room, I may accept the twin room, her attitude is rude.

Classic hotel, good for a weekend stay.

Great hotel, good food, nice pool overlooking the lake. Only downside is the decor, though immaculately clean, is a little bit dated. The gym and spa were under construction during our stay, alternate arrangements were made for the gym. This construction was not noted during the booking phase, but the construction did not disturb us with noise at all.

Good hotel

A very good hotel, great room, excellent breakfast, great choices btoh western and chinese. Internet worked well. However location is a way from any where like restaurants, shops etc.

Good location with a nice view

I like the hotel with a nice view. The staffs here are knowledgable and very helpful. You can eat at the hotel or take a taxi to the local seafood restaurants, about 10 to 16 RMB. Just ask the staffs. They arrange the local tour, buy high speed train tickets to Shanghai, and airfares to other tour destination. I also used the room service for breakfast before I left for my flight. I love the local non-spicy noodle dish. I did not know the name, but I would eat it again if I would go back.

Beautiful view

The hotel has a nautical theme, which is a little cheesy in the rooms, but it is beautifully executed in the lobby and in the shape of the hotel and the decks around it. It sits on a lake and the view is spectacular. Breakfast buffet is well done, and the service and comfort in the hotel make it a standout.

Good hotel, staff not v friendly

The hotel has a great location based on the view of the bay. But there is not much else going on in the neighborhood. Had an excellent dinner buffet in one of the hotel restaurants - quite memorable. Found the service levels a bit wanting - the front staff were not v friendly.

Exceptional service, views, and breakfast buffet

Exceptional service is what makes this hotel 5 stars. From the front desk to the concierges and bellman, they were all very courteous and went out of their way to accommodate guests. The lobby music and lounge decor was very pleasant and the breakfast buffet had the best variety of choices along with views of the Lake. I would recommend this hotel and would stay longer on our next visit to Suzhou.

Hotel service and amenities are great. My wife and I were stunned by the pool and the deco of the lobby. The only issue is the neiborhood is under construction. There is not much to do in the walking distance.

Great 5 star service!

The concierge staff, bellboys and front desk were extremely courteous. The breakfast buffet variety was exceptional and seating had views of the lake. We had just gotten off a cruise ship and the design and ambiance of the hotel was just like being on the cruise ship. In the evening there was music by a piano player in the lobby.

Professional staff in an impressive hotel

Very professional and exceptionally helpful staff made our stay very enjoyable and relaxing. An impressive, ship-themed hotel on the edge of a large lake, with excellent facilities (indoor and outdoor pools, international breakfast, lovely lounge and dinner areas). Highly recommended! (Concierge-arranged limos to/from train station are too pricey though).

Beautiful hotel with some issues in the room

The hotel was beautiful, they gave us a free welcome drink and the brunch that was included was amazing, however, the basic need of our room was not met. The heat was turned on and we could not get it to turn off - making for very restless sleep. In the morning they offered to change rooms for us, which was nice, but we were only staying for one night.

Nice Stay

Hotel was in good condition and for the price per room good value. We stayed around Christmas and the decorations were very well done. the hotel lobby was a nice relaxing place to enjoy and evening drink and do some reading or a little online activity with the wifi available.

Overall Nice Stay

Overall the stay was pleasant. The rooms are very beautifully decorated. A slight letdown was that on the day we arrived, there were no hot water from 9-5. This wouldn't be a great issue for us as we arrived close to 5, however, when we tried to shower the water was very dirty perhaps due to the cleaning. We were allowed to change rooms - we were told we were upgraded but I find this was a lie, pretty certain it was a downgrade (to a smaller room). In any case, this didn't really affect my stay, the location was about 7-8 mins walk from metro, 3 or 4 stops away from CBD. I find it a little inconvenient for the middle of winter when everything gets dark early etc and we weren't able to really take advantage of the scenery right next to the lake. Would recommend this for summer and/or spring/autumn.

Nice hotel & friendly staff

Nice hotel with comfortable & clean room. We like it very much. My husband has lost a money during our last day stay, the hotel staff found it and took a trouble to view the CCTV to verify who is the owner. They return the money to us before we depart. During the stay, the staff also provided us a lot of info on when to visit and arranged the transportation for us. Thanks to thier assistance and make our journey wonderful.

Great location and service.

My family and I spent weekend touring Suzhou and this hotel was an excellent choice. Great service, excellent food and with metro line within walking distance, we were only a fifteen minute trip from city centre. Ideal location and would definitely go back again.

Suzhou is a break from Shanghai

This hotel was perfect! Designed as a boat its location by the Lake is beautiful at night yet convenient for business in the area. I will be staying here a lot in the future.

Over-rated and run down rooms

Ok, this was during a chineese holiday week-end, but still it can't excuse assigning a smoking room when non-smoking was explicitely requested. The rooms need refurbishing for that price, cleaning was questionable and most of the staff doesn't speak a word of english and are not willing to help. The only notable exception is the buffet staff and managers who introduced us to some local dishes and were keen to assist with any need.

這是一間非常棒的酒店，首先房間空間好大，房內設計簡潔舒適。雖然我的房間不是望向金鷄湖方向，但是景觀都是很美。早上自助早餐有很多不同種類的食物選擇，好美味。

豪華客船を疑似体験できました

コロナで遠くに旅行に行けないけど、ちょっと旅行気分を味わいたいということで、蘇州在住ですがクラウンプラザホテル蘇州に宿泊してみました。 5つ星ホテルなので、対応はとても良かったです。 外観も内観も豪華客船そのもので、部屋のアイテムも船の錨を模したものなどがあり、船旅をしているような気分になれました。 費用をケチってしまってレイクビューの部屋ではなかったのですが、外に出れば湖を存分に望めます。 でも部屋から湖を見たい人はやはりレイクビューの部屋を予約すべきかと思います。 朝食会場が船の先頭部分で、とても開放的で気持ち良かったです。 もし知り合いが蘇州に来る際にはお勧めしようと思います。

서비스 굿

중국 상해 거주하다가 친구 두명과 졸업한 기념으로 갔다왔어요. 뷰가 완전 짱이고 근처 도보 5분거리에 쇼핑센터있어요. 서비스 완전 좋고 실내 수영장이 그 당시에 공사중이여서 못 갔지만 실외 수영장이 크지는 않지만 뷰가 좋아요!!

好地点，设施需更新

来参加朋友婚礼，住在这里。离苏州中心很近，背靠金鸡湖。酒店服务很好，工作人员很热情。酒店里面有3层在装修，虽然不影响住宿，但还是有些灰尘。听说早餐很好，特意加购了自助早餐，但是非常失望。味道很一般，菜品也不丰富，这一点上很不推荐。总体而言，1600一晚的价格在苏州竞争力不强。如果不是因为婚礼需要，应该不会再选择入住这里。

CP 值不高

好的地方：方便，步行10分鐘內到蘇州中心廣場。旁邊有大公園，但我沒時間慢慢觀賞，也有橋走到蘇州中心廣場3樓平台，有傘可借，住客停車免費，早上有免費咖啡，check in 速度普通，有免費wifi 但我沒用。房間算大，有3腳插蘇位，雙洗手盤，風筒係P 記出奇地好，吹頭很快乾。乾濕分離衛浴，免治馬桶。房務員每天補給備品都齊全，熱水穩定夠力，去水也快 不好的地方：我是在hotels.com 全數每款，$1.4K/晚共住了3晚（不含早），入住時要了我的信用咭刷按金，因為通常不會過數所以我也浸特別去看金額。Check out 時前台另一位員工發現竟然刷了我$6K!! 經理說17號當天會退回，我擔心有匯率差額，經理說應該不會有因為會接刷咭當天的匯率去退，18號我還沒看到退款（可能還需要點時間吧），如果最後真的有差額，我一定會追究！ 結論：位置是很好，只是不值$1.4K/晚，房間其實跟Courtyard Suzhou 沒差多少但人家只收$800還含早，CP 值不高，應該不會有下次了

家族旅行で利用しました。 美味しい食事、充実した設備、従業員の方々の対応も親切で 良い旅の思い出となりました。 リゾート感もあり、夏に再度利用したくなるホテルでした。

Awesome services and hotel facilities

The hotel is awesome, right next to the famous lake of Suzhou. The outdoor pool is great, with a full view of the lake and the hotel. Room size is big and the stuff in the room is very clean. Bed amenities quality are good (compared to the similarly priced hotels in surrounding cities that we stayed. The hotel also gave us a surprise which was absolutely amazing and sweet. All the staff have good customer services skills and are very polite. Will come back again and highly recommend it for others who look to find a decent place as a getaway in the city.

Séjour bien, mais gâché par une facturation en plus sans motif valable. J'ai payé plus de 3000€ pour mon séjour et à mon retour j'ai la surprise d'avoir un débit de 270€ en plus sans facture. FAITE ATTENTION§§§§§
