Hotel is too far away from everything n airport,shuttle bus service is good help.train station ,10mins walk.

Great rooms with a lot of space, room view to get first impression of size of Town, breakfast friendly staff and good local food selection. Some typical restaurant just next to door good starting point when come to china

Good service/ 3 star decor

Great service although the condition on the decor was less than 5 star. The wallpaper was peeling off the wall and there were suspicious smudges were on the wall. Being near the metro line was great for cheap and easy way to explore Shanghai.

This hotel offers any owning one deal. Great restaurants both Asian and Western. A nice neighborhood with access to additional restaurants as well as stores. The property is very clean and the staff are extremely nice. It can be a bit pricey during the week, the rooms are starting to show their age. I would definitely stay there again. Family-friendly.

Great hotel near Free Trade Diatrict

Nicely appointed hotel room with a very deep bathtub. Great for long legs! The location is close to the Free Trade area, it’s about 45-60m by metro to popular tourist destinations (Shanghai Disney, Downtown Pudong, the museums). Nice selection of fresh ingredients at breakfast buffet.

Spacious and convenient with food and a FamilyMart nearby. 24 hr gym and swimming pool as well. Close to Metro and we got around just fine. Only thing is it’s further from downtown/city center, but feels more local!

The staff is helpful and flexible. Rooms are good and the restaurant is opened 24/7.

Professional and worth the money. The rooms are clean and large and the restaurant has quality food.

Great hotel

Nice clean place...the breakfast buffet is amazing. They have a hotpot buffet at night but be sure to reserve as it gets filled very quick and if you miss it it's okay as they do have a great a la carte menu. Everyone was super nice and my daughter was given a cute toy upon our arrival.

It's a nice hotel but rather a 3 star one. Restaurants should be open till 10pm or 11pm. Also, if you are an IHG member and book through an agency other than IHG website, they do not consider your stay as qualifying nights for points

Good for business stays

The hotel is located quite far outside the city. That is also the only thing I was not happy about. Besides that the service is friendly, breakfast is great and the rooms are large and clean. I really enjoyed my stay!

It was good. The only thing we didn’t like is the aircon in our room was not ok. Room doesn’t feel cold.

Great hotel with connections to city

Pleasant 2 night stay at the Crowne Plaza. Nice sized rooms which are well decorated. The hotel has a shuttle to the city or it is a 10 minute walk from the metro which only costs 4RMB. Breakfast is great, and if you add it to your room the night before it costs 100RMB. The area around the hotel is nice, has plenty of places to eat and a few convenience stores. Would stay here again.

In general, very satisfied. A bit noisy at night due to traffic on main road S202.

Good value in rate, if you sacrify location of you

Front desk staff take more time to acknowledge member of IHG, other that that are ok... Bath room towel need really catch up the grade of Crown system...

Excellent stay and very friendly & helpful staff

Excellent stay and experience, was there for work for a week and I loved this location and the peace and quiet there. Hotel staff were awesome, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent and the environment was lovely. Very nice eateries and cafe nearby. Housekeeping was excellent. 10 mins walk to the nearest station, which was really convenient. Loved the idea of a small town that was just nearby, as well. I would definitely stay there again.

Brand new hotel, but not close to downtown

This hotel was nice. Obviously newly built in a fairly new neighborhood. Hotel is in reach of the Shanghai Metro, but needed to walk pretty briskly for 10-15 minutes. The room was plushy, clean and efficient. I had no problem securing a non-smoking rooms (which is sometimes a pain in China). Service-wise, it was pretty decent, albeit a bit slow, especially at checkout time. Desk people were polite, however. So, should you consider this hotel? It really depends if you have a client next door in the industrial park. If so, definitely. Otherwise, the neighborhood is next to strictly nothing - if you are a tourist, you would be pretty far from Pudong downtown, the Bund and both airports. There isn't much in terms of local sightseeing. It does have a few restaurants next door (plus the hotel restaurant, obviously), a lot of them being foreign restaurants (including a fast food joint). But nothing that would warrant setting up shop there, except of course if you are having meetings in the industrial park. Then, it makes perfect sense, and I am recommending it.

Not the Pudong that you expect

The hotel is very close to the Free Trade Area, so if you are there on business then this is hotel is in an excellent position. If you want to go to the Bund then expect at least a 30 minute taxi ride. As an IHG platinum member one of the perks is a free upgrade depending on availability. No free upgrade but upgrades available if you wanted to pay for them. Room was nice and spacious. Bathroom good. Free Wi-fi appreciated. Curious mix of tablet powered menus in Windows and the bar, which suggested modern efficiency, but let down by slow delivery. Food was ok but the delay in delivery meant that it was often cold on arrival. Choice on wine list progressively limited due to being out of stock. Bar is not "cosy" and half of the live entertainment duo was out of tune. Pre-paid for room but had credit card swiped for deposit on incidentals. Real problem when the deposit was exceeded.

Great service and staff...facilities getting tired

I've stayed here many times but this time it was 4 years since my last visit. Awesome staff and service. Food in buffet is still and always fantastic. Good value for the money. The facilities are holding up well but beginning to get a bit tired. I do recommend.

The furniture is old and the carpet is not clean.

Nice Hotel

This is a first-rate hotel in every respect, no problems at all. But always remember that it is far away from downtown Shanghai, though the Metro (#6 line - Hangjin Road Station) reaches very close (5-minute walk) to the hotel. So if you need to be near the Waigauqiao free trade area, this hotel is a good choice. If your intent is to tour Shanghai, select a hotel closer to downtown Shanghai.

lovely hotel, luxury but have to travel to see the sites

This is a lovely luxurious hotel which was great value for us. It does mean being out of the city centre but the underground is easy to use and nearby and the taxis very cheap.

地點有的遠，但附近有很多食店可選， 服務人員 有禮貌，房間大，要留意有很多 印裔人士住，味道有的差及大聲。
