Superb location. Hotel is safe and staff are friendly. Breakfast is very expensive for the choices available. Housekeeping missed cleaning our room twice. We had to call and ask them to clean. Hotel is dated need some renovations. Molds visible in bathroom shower.

Convenient location connected to the mall. Hotel is old though. Need some updates. We can also hear the traffic outside and cars passing. Overall its an ok hotel.

We had a fun and safe stay

Centrally located in the Ortigas business district. Plenty of places you can walk to for something to eat. The facilities meet’s western standards. Could use a stronger water pressure on the shower but not a deal breaker.

Nice modern hotel. But the atm didn’t work the whole time I was there (told it was by reception) and they couldn’t book a taxi for the airport. Plus staff having a party next room to me. Told reception they just said sorry.

Great experience at the Crowne Plaza Ortigas!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Check-in process was quick and easy - we were able to check-in to our room before the check-in time since we arrived from the airport early in the morning. The hotel staff was very friendly and greeted us every time we left and came back for the day. The hotel room (premium twin beds room) is so spacious compared to a standard hotel room. With all our luggages, we were able to spread out our stuff and not get in each others way. The bathroom is spacious too with separate shower and bathtub. The concierge is great, we were able to leave our big luggages there for almost a week while we went to the province. Keep in mind, Ortigas is a busy street during rush hour (pretty much most of the day) - it was challenging to get a GRAB driver to come out there, but someone is bound to come get you even though it will take almost an hour for them to come (during rush hour). I love that there is Robinson's mall access on floor 3 and 4. Also, guests have access to the Wellness spa that is located in the Holiday Inn, just follow the signs to get there. Super affordable massages! I'd definitely staying here again!!

Wonderful place

I loved my stay here, requests were handled quickky by warm and friendly staff, I would reccomend this hotel to anyone, conveniently attached to tbe mall for easy access to different foods and shopping, if you vape be careful because the local security street police will give you a ticket regardless of how long you have been in their city, so be careful out on the streets, but the hotel itself was wonderful and i would also recommend their breakfast buffet.

Was advised of prepaid breakfast (discounted @ php 1200) so availed of it but still was charged the regular @ php1700/person Bad coordination from front desk to the cafe brkfst restaurant.

Enjoyed the breakfast, much variety. Breakfast Ambassador was very helpful. Hotel is connected to shopping mall.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in during my many trips to the Philippines.

The hotel was good but the carpet definitely needs to be changed. The staff were wonderful, friendly, very helpful. Service was super fast, and their operation was very efficient. Robinsons Galleria mall is attached to the property with lots of options. Lots of walkable shopping and dining as well. It is in a busy corner with lots of noise. But it becomes background noise after a couple of days.

Excellent location, easy to get around and use Grab. Connected to Robinsons Mall with ample access to restaurants, shopping, and a grocery store. Very friendly staff that speak good English. Very clean facilities and hotel room. Very comfortable and well appointed. Also a great value for the price. Cons: hotel could use some repair and renovation and to tackle the city smells in the lobby which is typical in Manila. Room service food also isn’t very good.

Disappointed! Not enough towels and toiletries for the number of guests in a room. I had to call and asked for additional towels and no toiletries at alll. The worst part, the staff inserted a note asking you to pay your bills when on fact you’ve paid for the room before checking in. It seems like an “electric bill” inserted at the. Iton of your door.

3rd time is a charm.

It was very noisy on the 12th floor, someone was banging repeatedly on the walls late in the afternoon and early in the morning. The glass windows viewing the downtown sections were all dirty and hard to see out of.

King size bed should comes with king size pillow too. Cant change the temperature. Limited amount of toilet paper inside the room. But the staff are very friendly.

Felt so at home, the staff where so lovely and accommodating. Extremely convenient attached to shops (robinsons store) so anything and everything is at your disposal.

Easy access

This hotel is conveniently located beside the mall. I like that I dont have to think where to go eat because the choices are just right beside the establishment. Very clean, i like the size of the deluxe suite, and staff are very helpful. We stayed here for an overnight layover. It took us 40 minutes to get to NAIA terminal 1 leaving at 0800. I would stay again.

When service happens, it is warm and friendly. BUt they seem to be understaffed . Requesting for drinking water in the room took 2 phone calls to follow up. Reception only had 1 person at the desk for BOTH check in and check out. There is no other way to ask for help except go to the door for the concierge to help out. Then, it was the telephone operator who assisted in checkout which understandably took longer.

The hotel is nice but some of the feature is not business friendly. Other than that, will go back for my next trip.

Good location and quiet

The staff was very accommodating and made sure that all of your needs were satisfied regardless of the ask. Hotels in Canada can learn a little bit from these hotels in the Philippines.

I like the property because it was connected to a big mall with lots of restaurants and stores. What i did not like is the location of the property is very traffic congested particularly in the afternoon. My friends who wanted to see me had a hard time coming to the hotel on time of our meeting.

The complimentary breakfast was amazing. Buffet style with a huge variety and it was delicious. No need to eat lunch after this breakfast. It fills you up snd tastes so good.

Good but can be better!

Overall, pleasant and the refurbish rooms makes it more welcoming and I would return again. However there are some areas that can be improved. The window was so dirty (on the outside) with stain marks. The room is fine. The cupboards really need oiling. it squeaks loudly whenever it is used. Breakfast was good as the menu changes. The brocoli was overboiled.

Hotel paid attention to small details such as good lighting, great shower water pressure & amenities. Hotel has skywalk to Mall so guests do not have to walk out to avail to goods and services. Kudos to great staff (who are excellent ambassadors of the hotel) - Arnn, Bon, Pau, Aljohn, Bon, Joret, Sien, Shyna, Jiselle, Bryan, Alma, Queenie & the 2 chefs who always made local delicacies for me for breakfast.

I will start with the positives, the front desk and restaurant services staff are great and helpful. Special call out for Kathleen (manager), Shay (front desk) and Karen (breakfast reception).. Unfortunately, this is the end of the positives, the hotel is old and going through refurb (supposedly ending Jan 2024). Lots of issues with the room I was originally given, security and concierge staff are rude and judgemental (all customers should be treated the same!). Might try again once the refurb is done, MAYBE !!

I had an upgraded room when I checked in but there was a plumbing problem and I was transferred to a room that was smaller than the upgraded room. It was still satisfactory nevertheless.

This property is convenient that it’s connected to the mall without having to leave out the front door of the hotel. Mostly near popular areas such as SM mega mall as well. The rooms are clean and AC works great.

I have nothing to say except everything was excellent.

This was our second time staying there. It's connected with the Holiday Inn & a mall is in the middle of the building.

Great service and breakfast. Rooms are a bit dated and need some work; drywall repair, paint, new carpets. Staff keep everything very clean.

Guarded mall access from the hotel is a great convenience. Staff are excellent, friendly, and quick with any service requests. Buffet breakfast is phenomenally good ! Good water pressure with plenty of hot water. Suggestions: Rooms could use an upgrade in some areas - carpet has an old appearance, black vanity tops in bathrooms were perfectly cleaned but had very obvious deep-water stains that made them look like they needed cleaning. The bottom of the shower door needs a water block to prevent leakage under the door. TV needs more American/english-speaking channels. Nothing really bad, would stay there again next trip. If you typically sleep in a very quiet room, ask for a room toward the back of the hotel - you can hear road traffic in any room on any floor on the same side of the main entrance.
