Great location, very comfortable room

Amazing stay, Gerard was the best host who made us feel very welcome. Would come again!

Crossing Condotti was absolutely charming. The guesthouse feels homey while still providing the luxe hotel experience (eg bathrobes and slippers). Everything is beautifully appointed, bed comfortable, and staff (especially Gerard) were incredibly nice and helpful. I was surprised at the level of noise insulation in the rooms given how old the building is; I heard some movement from other guests one morning and one weekend night there was music playing outside which was audible, but windows and wall seemed to be modern and it wasn’t an issue. I would note that there was no elevator but Gerard was helpful getting the bags up

It was just ok…couldn’t figure how to use the TV to watch Netflix and couldn’t reach anyone to help. And no elevator!! That should be clearly stated in thier advertisement. Wouldn’t stay here again.

The location couldn’t be beat. Everything was in walking distance. The staff at the hotel were in a class of their own and Gerald! My goodness, I can’t say enough good things about him!

Beautiful apartment

Perfect location and space for our family of 5. Loved having 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. Tommaso was so helpful and friendly upin check in.

Beautiful Little quaint boutique hotel in the heart of the city. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Clean and spacious Only drawback is that there is no elevator. Gérald helped carry the luggage to our room. Francesco help us when we checked out. Excellent staff Would recommend this hotel 👌

Property is so well located. Rooms are great, modern and have all the upscale finishes. Only disappointment was have stayed there over 10 times and no acknowledgement or room upgrade. Still love Crossing Condotti. Loads of restaurants around, hotel is super clean and all refreshments are included as well as coffee. Great little boutique hotel

Excellent service beautiful rooms fully recommend

Crossing Condotti is a truly stunning place to stay. It’s like having your own private suite behind a very discreet green door. Elegant room with thoughtful attention to detail and beautiful antique furniture. Bed was divine. Every member of the staff was gracious and welcoming. I celebrated my birthday whilst there and was touched to receive a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a very sweet note wishing me happy birthday. Thank you Gerald.

Our stay in Crossing condotti was fantastic! I Highly recommend to stay there. It’s a small and beautiful place, the bed was fantastic and the coffee at the hotel was greatly appreciated early in the morning. Gerald helped us a lot with his recommendations and support and made us feel like home. We will come back for sure!

Good and convenient location. Nice comfortable rooms. Please note that this property does not have a lift, although their manager will give a hand with the luggage. It may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.

Great place to stay!

We were welcomed by the gentleman on reception, who was so friendly, warm and gave us some local tips and things to look out for. We stayed in the Margutta room which was perfect for us (2 adults and 1 child).

Such a fantastic place to stay at and would highly recommend it! Very central and all main landmarks were a walkable distance. We travelled with our five month old baby and despite the stairs, all was perfectly fine with a baby cot provided. The rooms were exceptionally clean and staff warm, friendly, and prompt to respond and offer assistance. Alessio gave us a warm welcome on arrival and Gérald especially went out of his way to organise a personalised birthday cake for my husband. Gérald’s communication was outstanding from the very start and kindly organised our transfers too. All kinds of refreshments were available in the fridge which was nice to have during hot summer days. There was no breakfast but lots of great places nearby to go to. The hotel was great but the staff have made it truly exceptional, it felt like being welcomed and hosted by family and everyone is working really hard and making sure you are happy. Thank you Gérald and the whole team!

Great property unique experience in Rome city center

Our stay at the crossings confetti was surprisingly wonderful. The location was terrific. We were close to the designer stores, Spanish Steps and Piazza di Popola. There are excellent restaurants nearby. The rooms were so cozy and peaceful. The a/c was perfect temperature. The shower pressure was excellent. The pillows and beds were super comfy. The decor was so pretty and Italian style. We loved it. The best feature of all is the staff . They provide wonderful personalized service, great recommendations for dining. Even the housekeeping is top notch. I loved it here and will return soon.

The best place I have ever stayed in Rome

Such a lovely apartment! Absolutely the best place I have ever stayed in Rome. Extremely pleasant stuff, the apartment was lovely, lovely, lovely. Fantastic location, apartment to feel like home with espresso machine, fridge gull of drinks, PC, printer...so many nice details. I would score this apartment with 10+

Beautiful, charming room with a perfect location.

The place was great! Loved the location! We stayed in a room with no view because it was on the first floor. It was ucked in between the walls of the building but it was a cozy room and we enjoyed the quiet of the space with out the city noise. Gerard was amazing kind and helpful and steered us in the right direction for food, car services and gelato! We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Crossing Condotti is an excellent place to stay! When I booked my reservation the staff I contacted me within 24 hours. Upon arrival the check on was quick and easy, the hotel is clean, the rooms are fresh and comfortable, and the staff goes above and beyond. The location is excellent! I enjoyed my stay, would stay here again, and highly recommend staying here. Kudos to the staff for their hospitality!

Very nice staff. We traveled with our baby and they were so helpful. We stayed in the apartment and it was very spacious and well equipped for our family stay.

Excellent Location, elegant rooms, helpful staff

Very centrally positioned, in middle of the action although still surprisingly quiet in toom. Rooms very stylish and clean, lovely kitchen with free provided simple drinks and snacks, staff very helpful. No lift to its first floor location. Small establishment so suggest check if you arriving after hours. Can recommend and would stay here again.

We loved everything. Francesco, the host was amazing, helped us with every little detail of our stay. The location is wonderful, centrally located to everything. The rooms were amazing. This will be the only place we stay from now on in Rome. It was like home to us while we were there:)

Incredible Stay

The service provided by Davide and Francesco was incredible. The location of the hotel could not have been better. My wife and I felt like we had our own apartment, right near the Spanish Steps. The kitchen is always stocked with water, beer, and coffee for the hotel guests. The rooms are very clean with AC and WIFI. We hope to one day make our way back to Rome and we will definitely be staying in Crossing Condotti!

Nice hotel in a perfect location for sightseeing the major attractions. It’s only 1 block from the Spanish Steps. Great choice of restaurants near the hotel. David was very pleasant and had great recommendations for restaurants. We would certainly stay at this hotel when we return to Rome.

Such a wonderful, updated hotel with a fantastic location by the Spanish Steps. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom all new. Beautiful art and decor. Fully stocked with soft drinks and waters shared kitchen fridge. Helpful, considerate staff!

La dolce vita a Roma

The personal attention and care shown by the staff at Crossing Condotti is exceptional. From the moment of arrival we were made to feel welcomed and valued. From restaurant recommendations to assistance with bookings and sightseeing, nothing was too much trouble. Rooms are charming and beautifully presented and the location is ideal. Rome's best shopping is literally outside the door while a multitude of restaurant choices are within easy walking distance. Rooms have tea and coffee making facilities with 24 hr access to drinks and snacks. I would not hesitate to recommend Crossing Condotti as a much more personal alternative to a traditional hotel, more akin to staying in a glamorous family home. Thank you Davide and Francesco.

Excellent accommodation near Spanish Steps

Stayed for 6 nights. Had two rooms for our family of 4. Rooms spotless and full of character and charm. Davide and Francesco were extremely helpful and accommodating to all our needs. Nothing was a problem. Davide took all our 4 suitcases upstairs upon arrival, without any hesitation. The central kitchen was very well equipped with beverages and snacks. Location is the best in Rome, close to all attractions and very safe. Made our stay in Rome very special and memorable.

Rome in the Condottti

The Hotel was spectacular and gave us a feeling of being at home. The staff were extremely attentive to our requirements and were friendly/cheerful. The hotel is quiet and clean, also it is centrally located next to many restaurants and shops. An unforgettable vacation! Will be back to Rome again :)

Perfectly position boutique stunner

A gorgeous small hotel just metres from the Spanish steps, in the heart of the shopping district. Fantastic personalised service, they can provide restaurant recommendations or book tickets. The room was small but beautifully appointed. They were also very flexible with the checkout time. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay there again.

Ah! What a lovely place! Thank you to Francesco and David for their outstanding service. I didn't even felt like I was in a hotel, it was a very B&B type of place, but just more upscale, yet comfortable. I cannot wait to go back to Rome and stay here again! The location was THE BEST!!! All the shops, restaurants, and must-see places were very much walking distance! Ah, I can't tell you enough how much I enjoyed staying at this place. It really made my first (short) experience in Rome that much more enjoyable!

Close to Spanish Steps. Best hotel experience yet

I can't say one bad thing. Everything, I mean everything, was awesome!! Location, awesome!! Room large and spotless!! The staff Davide and Francesco were so helpful and kind. If you needed anything you just asked them. I hear people complain about no room service, hogwash! If your hungry walk out the door and anything you could want is steps away. We will stay here the next time we go to Rome.

Rome Cental

Perfect location for shopping and sightseeing. The manager was impeccable with his assistance and service. Room was more than ample with all amenities and well-stocked bar. A/C worked well and was welcomed in August. This is a converted apartment so there is no lobby nor restaurant.

Our wonderful stay at Crossing Condotti

We had a wonderful stay at Crossing Condotti. The hotel is perfectly situated, modern rooms, comfortable and clean. The staff were incredibly welcoming, informative and hospitable. Davide and Francesco made our stay even better than we expected. The drinks in the lounge area and bedrooms are an added bonus and we were very grateful for them.

Lovely reception from concierge Davide, so hospitable and knowledgable. Really well appointed rooms with impeccably tasteful decor...nothing is tacky! Great modern bathrooms and fabulous furnishings mixed with a lovely architectural renovation of an historic building with sophisticated antiques and oil paintings in an absolutely modern way. Architectural Digest vibes all the way! The place has class! We will return!

Great hotel in a great location!

The hotel staff and hotel were very nice. The rooms are beautifully appointed and had a common kitchen area in the lobby that provided cold drinks, some snacks, and hot cappuccino!

5 star hotel

We stayed at this 9 room hotel for the bank holidays and staff were amazing in accommodating us. Francesco our porter/receptionist was so helpful in aiding us in finding the best places for food and drink. He was so kind to book every restaurant for us. Each room is named after a street within the so called 'golden triangle' of via condotti. You were literally on the door step of Gucci and other designer shops. The Spanish steps was 2 mins walk and because the hotel was situated in a very centralised position, we managed to walk to travestere and back. The room was very clean and had all the amenities of L'occitane. Noise was not an issue at all with the double glazed windows. There was an unlimited supply of soft drinks, peroni, water and coffee with biscuits. The only negative is probably the room per night but it was worth every penny.

This hotel is in a great location (safe, walk anywhere, close to Spanish Steps) and offers upscale amenities in a small, quiet setting. It is not a "full service" hotel in that they do not have a restaurant or room service and the manager does not stay overnight. I believe it is a six room hotel. All rooms converge on a living area with a kitchenette and the reception desk. We never saw other guests during out stay though and it seemed very private. The service that they offer is very warm and personable. We were greeted by the host (I wish I could remember his name). He helped us with our bags and offered us a beverage as he checked us into our room. We were only in the city for the day and he asked what we wanted to do. He helped us map out an efficient use of our time in the city based on our objectives and all of his suggestions were wonderful! He booked our car to the airport the next day as well and made great dining suggestions. The room was beautiful and well equipped with coffee maker, hair dryer, good wifi and access to hotel kitchenette. Well appointed rooms with comfortable beds, beautiful art and furnishings. LOVED IT!

Your chance to feel like a local in Rome!

Great location, wonderful staff, awesome boutique hotel experience. You get to feel like a local Roman with keys to a private mansion right off of Via Condotti. Only issue we had was the we were given a room that was located in the inside of the house right by the front door and kitchen which was a little noisy and busy at times. Hotel only has 9 rooms so make sure you specify you would like a room with a window to the street.
