For the price I paid I consider that more can transportation should be available to go to pa tong beach as it is really far and you can’t walk all the way down. The hotel pick up was fine but we had to wait 20 minutes for the bus to pick up us back in Pa tong beach it was supposed to arrive at 7:15 and it picked up us at 7:35pm. About the location there is nothing you can do about it but the hotel is far from the beach and it’s very sad. We stayed in a VIP room and they are not fully private.

Property was nice, we booked the deluxe villa with private pool for 3 nights. Room service was a great touch, food was always good & hot. Only con was the front desk staff on a particular instance. We got a room upgrade on our last night from a deluxe room to the villa so we can stay in our already situated room and paid 150 usd. the following morning the buffet denied us for breakfast because “it wasn’t included in the upgrade” and front desk staff was awfully short & unhelpful with accommodating.. I was a bit confused because we spent thousands on the villa other services while there so I thought they would be more accommodating. Nonetheless, nice resort, check in & out was super easy. Neuk was great!

We really enjoyed our stay here in Phuket. The staff was amazing!! Very friendly, willing to help and super responsive. The location is a bit more "remote" so the area is fairly quiet. Room Service is available 24 hrs which was a plus. Remote, so you do have to take the shuttle or taxi back down the mountain in to town for shopping, nightlife. We enjoyed the spa as well! Very reasonably priced.

Beautiful property with gracious staff. Our villa was really nice and spacious. The dining closes around 10PM, however the room service meals were all excellent! Area surrounding the property needs maintenance. Beware of the roosters in the morning. They’ll certainly make sure you aren’t sleeping in.

The property was nice and very affordable the workers was nice and anytime I needed anything they provided with no issues. If I ever returned I will for sure stay here. One thing I wished the pools where opened a little later.

OMG where do I start??? Firstly if you’re staying at Crest you have to experience the Villas with the personal pools. It’s great for families with children and vary relaxing for couples. The staff was always hospitable and friendly. The food was great and the views all around the resort are breathtaking. Whenever I go back to Phuket Crest Resort will be my first option. Thanks to all the staff there that made everything down to transportation easy and painless. Can’t wait to go back.

The property is stunning

Property was overall convenient to the popular Patong area and easy to obtain transportation. But the amenities were lacking - only bar soap available in the bathroom, towels and bathrobes were not luxurious, dated appearance, excessively dim lighting, cold water in the shower. However, the Muay Thai class and breakfast buffet were excellent, and the pool/view was also nice.

The villa was absolutely gorgeous and looked just oike pictures. Very clean and staff was amazing. Definitely will be returning.

The views from this property are gorgeous!! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They will go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. We started on the Deluxe Villa with the private pool and the room was amazing and very comfortable. The pool doesn't get much sunlight but if privacy is what you want it perfect! The hotel is up a steep hill and some taxis complained about bringing us there but it's not far from the nightlife and definitely worth it!! The complimentary breakfast was also good with several options.

The only complaint was the breakfast wasn’t hot. I Maybe this was due to buffet style. The coffee and juice was great.

Hotel was so nice and there’s a 7 eleven about two minutes away. Hotel staff were always quick when something was needed. The pool and bar closes early. If you order 20 minutes before they close the staff will have an attitude unfortunately- but that was the only bad thing about the hotel. Everything else was excellent

Nice quite place little further up the hill best of you have a Tranport or at least a Scotty . Love the place

My room was very clean. Comfortable bed. Great view from my balcony. Staff was very attentive and kind aside from one or two which may have been read wrong and not intentional. Room service food is really good. Breakfast buffet is decent and was included in my room package.

The rooms are dated Our personal pool was connected to two other rooms & wasn't heated They broke my luggage No elevators Breakfast buffet wasn't good at all Maid left my room door open while my luggage was still inside. Staff was friendly but I wouldn't return to this hotel.

This property has a lot of ware and tear. It took forever to check in for the room. Says it’s a 5 star luxurious resort, but I give it 3 stars. No as clean as I expected, not many amenities, bugs in the room. I must say the panorama views were amazing as well as the private pool. Was expecting much more from this resort.

Overall the property was beautiful! However, there were ants crawling around on the countertop & has issues with hot water.

My husband and I stayed at the Crest Resort for our honeymoon. Overall, we loved this property. The staff was very nice, the rooms and property were well taken care of. We also liked the free shuttle rides that are offered about 5 times per day to take you to and from Patong Beach. The food was excellent- especially the spinach gnocci and pizza. The only downsides we had were that there is little privacy in the rooms (as newly weds on our honeymoon, we didn’t like that our patio and pool were right next to someone else). Also, we asked two times for taxi rides and paid in advance with the front desk, but the taxis were not called until we arrived at the front desk. Our ride to the airport was 20 minutes late when we asked the day before for them to be there at a specific time. Overall, we would recommend this resort and would definitely return.

not a great location - a steep trek up the hill with nothing around it. Half the pool was under construction. They do offer a free beach shuttle but it doesn’t run very often. I paid for a sea view but it was definitely a partial view. I didn’t like the bathroom - there is no door. You can see the shower and toilet from your bed and therefore hear it very clearly. Room size was good. AC didn’t work well - room was still very warm. We requested an iron and ironing board which never came. Not worth the money.

The staff at the property were absolutely amazing. The view from the pool was breathtaking. I will definitely be staying in a pool villa again.

Disgusting dirty stain furniture, paid for a villa with private pool but pool was dirty/algae and was not able to use the pool. Room feels unclean, in room robes and slippers are old, used, dingy and stained . Bath towels were old and stained. There was a geico and flying bugs in my room. This was a total disappointment.

My review is for the room only. The shower didn't drain so there was literally a huge puddle of bath water sitting on in the shower. There was complimentary instant coffee but the room was not provided mugs. Other than that, we honestly didn't explore the hotel since we were always on an excursion or in town.

Overall property was nice, room was very nice I opted for the pool villa, no mini bar but I enjoyed the room and was kept clean, hotel was up hill from beach and activities hotel did provide a shuttle but stayed booked so used grab app for taxi’s, hotel has airport transportation for cost

This resort offered a nice escape with its unique design of villas and a panoramic sea view infinity pool. Overall, we had a very enjoyable time! On the day of arrival, we arranged with the hotel a private taxi to take us to the resort. This was smooth-sailing. We arrived 2-3 hours before check-in and were told we had to wait until then. This was slightly disappointing especially after a 16-hour flight. To our surprise, we were upgraded to our own villa which had an infinity pool and a beautiful sea view. We had some issues in the room i.e. slow shower drain, toilet flush not working but housekeeping came quickly to resolve the issues. The hotel is located up a steep hill so we relied on the free shuttle service provided by the hotel to get back and forth to patong beach area. Unfortunately, this service did not run beyond 7pm so getting back to the hotel later at night was a struggle. It was impossible to get a grab as there were never any available and tuk tuk taxis charged more for having to climb up the hill. Shout out to all the lovely staff members who looked after us.

Does not worth the money spent on it. The staff is really nice! But the hotel is really dirty, the windows have birds poop all over (for the entire time we’ve been in the hotel it was an indication that no one is cleaning it) the floors were filled with dust, hairs, bugs and dirt. The menus in the restaurant were sticky and oily. Our room (we took the premium villa) was dirty as well, the windows and pool were not clean, the wooden floor and wall are peeled and old. Breakfast wasn’t great either, there were a lot of empty trays, and no one filled it even after we asked the employees if they can do it (we usually came to eat at 8:30 so it wasn’t even close to the end time of breakfast). The dinning room was obviously dirty as well, the food had bugs and mosquitoes all over it and the plates were not clean at all. The hotel is really far from everything, the free shuttles are only a few times a day (and they never leave on time), which is never really enough. You can’t walk anywhere yourself so it’s either waiting for the shuttles or for a taxi. The rooms are also a bit far from the lobby and it’s not that convenient to go by foot. There are shuttles to the room as well, but you sometimes need wait. So in conclusion, besides the view (that’s really nice) the hotel is disappointing, and I’m not recommending to stay there.

I stayed in this hotel for 14 days as part of the Phuket Sandbox (Covid-19) program. I can only say that this was the greatest experience in a hotel in my whole life. I loved the place, the views of the Andaman Sea, the friendliness, the Thai food... I plan on coming back in the future and I'd love to stay at Crest again.

I've never been in a place so beautifully set up. All the pics on their website display exactly what you encounter in real life. So beautiful. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. I can't recommend it enough.

Good but not quite 5 star in many respects

This is a modern resort hotel. I’m not sure I felt it was 5 star overall. It is a nice building - clearly very new. The pool area is great. The roof deck restaurant is great. The shuttle service to and from Patong and Paradise Beach is great. The breakfast selection was pretty decent (although the eggs were cold every day). There was a free drinks party for guests on the Tuesday night which was a nice bonus. However - many of the rooms face internal buildings so balconies are overlooking corridors or worse - reception! Our room was under the pool area and did have a bit of a damp smell. We were woken at 5am and 6am on two mornings by staff wheeling trolleys back and forth and their walkie talkies rattling. The hotel is also quite remote so you can’t really walk anywhere for dinner (you can go to some nice restaurants on a hill above Tri Trang beach but it is a very steep hill both ways). I felt a bit limited by this aspect.

Amazing views

Our stay was amazing! The room and view was fantastic however we were unable to get a good nights sleep due to the firmness of the bed. The breakfast was average and the food choices were limited. Other than this we got what we paid for and the staff were outstanding which always makes the stay more pleasant! (The main reason for our stay was the view. We paid extra for the pool access room with sea views and it was worth it!)

Take your walking boots

Lovely hotel abit out of the way of the hussle and bussle and unless your very fit you have to taxi to most places as it is set in the hills! Even the tuk tuk and bus taxi seamed to struggle to get to the top with some refusing to go up to the lobby! Hotel charged you 100baht just to call a taxi for you then you pay 300baht for the taxi, we found it better just to get a taxi driver ourselves and whats app him when we needed a lift. Beauty packages very expensive and drinks in the hotel, We found just out the back of the hotel there where a few shops which she ordered some boxes of beers so we could take them back to the room.Hotel staff where lovely and breakfast you couldnt fault. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel thank you.

Crest Stay

I booked a pool access - sea view room and was given a partial sea view - pool access room. When this was addressed with hotel staff, they advised we needed to request this (the room we paid for) before checking in.Completely false. There are two different price types for those. Never received room we paid for. Paying for shuttles to city during peak hours - a poor taste.

Its okay

Our room was run down and water would leak from shower into the room. They would come and clean it everytime but would not offer us a new room. The room is very averrage for a 5 star resort.

I enjoy swimming in the pool very much specially I can jump into the pool directly in my room It’s really amazing by the way breakfast was so good and Staff were very helpful ❤️

I love everything about this hotel the view is gorgeous the only problem I had the pool water was always too cold, the sun light doesn’t hit directly the private pool, but other than that the staff was always so nice and they kept our room so clean.

We stayed at a room with seaview and it was breathtaking. Everything was clean and modern. But staff was friendly and accommodating. Only downside was the bed was a bit hard for my taste and the location is a bit far off. It was worth it, since thats the price to pay for the amazing view.

We arrived at the hotel on an early flight, Win helped us get an early check-In. Horrible rooms smelled like mildew. Sheets curtain everything

The property was not up to the standard one would expext for the prices charged. Housekeeping did not clean well well leaving full refuse bins. They did not pick up room service from previous nights and did not refill tea and coffee. The hotel allowed other large parties of guests to take over the communal pool area and play their own loud music. The breakfast was cold and the bread served was infested with ants. The location was very remote but they closed all bars by 10pm and the property is overun with too many stairs making access diificult. I left the hotel to go to singapore for 5 days out of the the 14 nights stay as l couldn't bear it any longer. If they would have agreed to a refund i would have moved in a heartbeat. Simply not worth the high fees a real disappointment.

Everything was ok . Staircase , to lobby from lower rooms passage way , need more shelter. Because while raining it will get wet.
