The lodges are new and really lovely. Really liked the environment. Cosy, clean, plenty of facilities, nice outside area with fire pit. You also have use of the springs which was great at the end of a day. Staff were really nice too. The only downside was it was quite noisy at night. Not sure if it was a combination of road, train and aircon systems but it was slightly disturbing. Didn't disturb my husband however. Still deserves high ratings!
I love it, it’s my happy place. It’s best when you can have a fire and enjoy the company of my friends. The cabin was fantastic and staff are always friendly and helpful. Best place to spend my 50th birthday.
Def an older property so was a bit dirty. Beds were not comfortable. Hot pools and cold pool was great. Kids had a blast. Kids loved the dirt bike track as well. Found a delicious ramen place in Revelstoke. Staff were friendly.
Highly recommended this place .5 stars for sure
Very nice and clean place the cabins were amazing
It was just so beautiful and peaceful. The Cabin was the perfect size, with amazing windows to wake up and look out at the mountains. The Hot Pool spa was so awesome. We would love to come back again.
Loved how quiet it was on property. (Went mid week in the summer) Lots of activities around area for kids. No dining on site, however. Great stay
The cabin we stayed in was spotless and quiet! Beautiful scenery out the huge windows. Loved our one night stop. You've also need to check put the falls. A quick hike and easy.
The tiny cabin was clean & quiet, the hot pools were something unique. Would definitely stay again.
Great quiet place to stay
We loved the accessible walk to the bridge and the hot pools are better when lite up in the evening
The property was as clean as it could be for winter. Nice walk around
Very clean
Hot pools are really nice!
Great spot to stop!
This was a great spot to stop! My only regret is that we did not explore all it had to offer before we left! We used the hot pools and the room, but did not know about the Waterfall/Suspension Bridge or the Historical Site ruins. Wish we had. Definitely enjoyed our stay.
Loved the location, the hot pools, the friendly service and the near by hikes.
Overall terrible customer service. Travelled two hours to stay here only to learn the power had been out for four hours already with the estimated time of being turned back on being 10pm and nobody tried to contact me to tell me this even though we were only staying for one night. So we show up with raw food, can't use the pools, no way to cook our food or chill our drinks, and front desk suggests we can just cook our food at 10pm? So obviously I was not interested in paying $300 for one night of no power (which, again, includes no hot pools). Still waiting to be contacted to ensure I will not be charged, only to notice the property charged me 4 days prior to check in after I was very clearly told on the phone my credit card was only required in advance for the damage deposit, and I very clearly said I was not intending to use the card on file to pay for the night's stay because I specifically selected "pay at check-in" when booking through Expedia. Now I'm out nearly $600 for a stay I had no chance of enjoying, and could've gotten the same experience camping for a hell of a lot cheaper. Not impressed, won't be back or recommend.
