Breakfast is good and its close to the metro and tivoli gardens.

Very nice hotel and very clean but the wing were in seemed older and the toilet would Not flush. We stayed here to be near Tivoli, Which was very convenient.

My dad wanted to be close to the train station and the hotel had an option for a room with two bedrooms. However upon arrival this was not available, this was the only reason I booked this hotel so I was disappointed. They did manage to sleep us but in two separate much small rooms each on the opposite sides of the building. The rooms were ok, very basic and my bath plug did not fit the hole but it was comfortable enough although my father's room was much much smaller. Good transport, and the breakfast was sufficient but the gym and pool were only open for very few hours a day so couldn't actually make use of them I don't think I would rebook here but overal it met the needs we had

Good place to stay with use of the pool next door

Excellent hotel

Welcoming reception. Comfy clean rooms. Nice hot rainfall shower. Breakfast is in a building across the courtyard. Breakfast buffet lots to choose from lovely hot rolls,fruit,salad cheese,meat,eggs,sausages, cereal and off course danish pastries. Close by Tivoli and central station handy for trains and metro.

The hotel may advertise all of their amenities on site from their website but Expedia uses that to attract a sale. When you are there in person you learn there is an added fee for everything except breakfast ( frukost) which was the best and the staff are friendly as well at breakfast. Staff at the reception area will get you connected to their activities but information had to be extracted to understand logistics, especially around swimming.

Receptionist unfriendly, room temp terrible hot at 25.6 degree. Sweating to sleep, window only open a bit but noisy train non stop servicing. Freshly food for buffet breakfast, except of grill tomato, sausage and boiled egg, all are raw

It's the second time we are staying at this hotel. Location is great being so close to the railway station and Tivoli Gardens. Nice big rooms with very comfortable bed and excellent breakfast.

Excellent hotel near the railway station. The breakfast was perhaps my favourite with a large variety of foods to choose from.

Stay here if you like a condescending staff

This hotel looked like it attempted to have good design but it was pretty basic and a bit worn down. There were zero items in the bathroom besides a body wash. The bed was just ok and pillows were so stiff we couldn’t use them. Honestly though, the most disappointing factor was the staff. Each person was condescending and seeened irritated if you asked anything. Our last morning, we ran out to see the city and came back 10 minutes before checkout just grab our suitcases from the room and leave for the airport. The keys were deactivated so I went to the desk to ask them to reactivate and the response was dirty looks and “well it’s checkout so that’s why” and I said right, at noon. And she again flashed me a look and said that’s in 5 min. I looked at my phone, it wasn’t. I told her I just wanted to get my bags out of the room. But really, why the rudeness, it still wasn’t checkout time and all we wanted were our bags. I had to keep coming back 3 times for new cards to work and I said we really need to go to the airport but still I was receiving so much condescension and indifference and the last attempt she handed me the card and said dryly “good luck”. We just ended up begging a cleaning person to let us in our room so we could get our bags. It was honestly absurd to be treated that way when all we wanted was to leave to make it to our flight. But I shouldn’t have expected anything different bc service was very rude from the time of check-in.

We had a nice large room but cleaning crew forgot to clean out the refrigerator and left a pizza/box. That was a turn off.

This hotel was perfect for distance to central station and tivoili gardens. Lovely staff with free tea, coffee and hot chocolate at reception area. Use of very large, clean swimming pool and good selection for breakfast to start your day. Good spacious rooms, family deluxe room perfect especially with teenage children.

Great central hotel

Perfect central location with good transport links. Room was spacious and made use of the amenities including free coffee corner and swimming pool/sauna. Apparently 10 pin bowling was also available.

The ease of check-in and check-out, the breakfast food quality and ambience, as well as the amenities available. Just one minor thing maybe would be great if the tv is a smart tv with YouTube and Netflix available.

A must stay Hotel in Copenhagen

Great Hotel for a visit to Copenhagen. Very clean ,very green and the breakfast was so healthty and there was a such a choice of breakfast foods. Excellent swimming pool and leisure centre. Its less than 5 minutes walk to central station

We loved the room. Comfortable bed. Nice hot shower. Free tea and coffee and hot chocolate in foyer. Gorgeous breakfast buffet...... Nicely decorated for Christmas x

Clean, convenient & comfortable

We were very happy with our stay at CPH & definitely recommend it. The proximity to the train station & the 24-hr reception desk were worth gold to us after Deutsche Bahn cancelled our train at the last minute & our arrival was delayed until 2am. Having only a short walk to schlep our bags is enough to earn our recommendation, but added to this was the friendly & helpful staff, the comfortable beds, nice bath, lobby with drinks & shelves of neatly ordered board games. Easy stroll to Tivoli & City Hall. The breakfast is next door in a beautiful hall, a help-yourself continental breakfast with everything you could want, all neatly labeled for food allergies & with proper spacing to avoid cross contamination. They offer gluten-free rolls (kid & spouse really enjoyed the rolls), you just have to ask & they’ll bring it out to you. Great place to stay!

Great stay, close walk to station and attractions

Relatively pleasant

Clean room relatively comfortable in order to get a queen size bed I am a large man they have to connect two individual twin beds unfortunately there is a gap in between. In terms of service everyone was friendly but the hotel lacked essential items. For example I was not able to get any ice and of course there is no refrigerator in the room. There was ac in the room and it was relatively hot so that was refreshing. The morning breakfast was also very good. Beware of the noise from the neighboring train tracks. Room was expensive but this is Copenhagen of course room was very simple and basic but clean and relatively pleasant the hotel has undergone some renovation since my last visit but nothing drastically changed some slight aesthetic improvements

Worst stay in. A hotel in years due to the location of the room. Couldn't sleep, tennis s court and train station never gave and quiet time.

Great stay with good breakfast

Great stay with good breakfast. Hotel is centrally located, makes it easy to reach different places in the city by taxi/public transport. Room is spacious, bed is comfortable. Pillows could have been firmer. Bathroom is also well stocked. Overall, a good place for a short stay in the city.

Vi havde familie suiten - pænt og stort værelse. Service var dårlig og ikke særlig behjælpelig, man skulle også betale for at benytte poolen som er en offentlig svømmehal som de reklamere med der hører til og den lukker tidligt .

Eher ein Hostel

Es ist eher Hostel als Hotel. Flure und Bad sind ungemütlich und wirken zumindest nicht wirklich sauber. Wer ein Hotel wie in der Beschreibung erwartet wird enttäuscht sein. Für ein Hostel ist es ok. Die Lage ist Top, ebenso das Umfeld mit vielen Restaurants. Auch die Lobby und das ganze Areal mit vielen Sportmöglichkeiten ist (für ein Hostel) super. Das Frühstück war sehr Basic und ist in einem Extragebäude. Man hätte es am Preis evtl. erahnen können. Aus dieser Erfahrung werde ich beim nächsten mal wieder in Malmö übernachten. Da stimmen Preis Leistung trotz der Kosten für die Öresundquerung.

Pool kostar extra

Bra men en besvikelse att det står i beskrivningen att man har tillgång till tre inomhuspooler gratis men väl på plats kostade det 25 dk/person och dessutom var öppettiderna märkliga. Till 21 mån-tors och till 18 på helgen. Frukosten var ok men utbudet var väldigt begränsat. Sängarna var bekväma, även extra sängen.

Golven var inte rena, annars var det mesta bra. Sedan är det ju skönt om man kan äta frukost i samma byggnad som man bor i, men jag förstår om det inte finns den möjligheten ytmässigt. Bra läge, nära till mycket, men väldigt mycket ljud från järnvägen sent på kvällen/natten. Måste vara jobbigt när det är varmt ute och man inte kan ha fönstret öppet.

Sentralt hotell, store rom, litt bråk fra jernbanen og uforutsette utgifter med baggasje i påvente av klargjøring av rom.

God beliggenhed. Tæt på alle de fantastiske attraktioner som københavn har at byde på.

Hotellet var bra och barnvänligt. Dock upplevde jag rummet som slitet och inte välstädat, hittade en lins från tidigare gäst samt att hallens karm hade lossnat så fick putta in träpanelen så spikarna inte syntes (hade barn med oss). Hotellobbyn får 9/10 men rummet var inte en tia tyvärr.

the breakfast is pathetic. The Location is good, very Central. The staff is friendly and there‘s free coffee in the lobby.

Imødekommende personale. Rig mulighed for hygge med spil i lounge området. Rigtig fin morgenmad og mulighed for brug af DGI svømmehal og motionsrum for en meget beskeden betaling. Alt i alt et fint ophold tæt på centrum

Ikke godt, ikke dårligt

Værelset var slidt, og badeværelset havde skimmel i fugerne. Make-up spejl var knækket, og burde udskiftes. Personalet var søde og hjælpsomme. Morgenmaden var okay, men ikke den vildeste oplevelse. Kaffen var under middel. Vær opmærksom på, at hotellet ikke har egen pool. Man kan gå ned i DGI Byens svømmehal, som er en offentlig svømmehal - der er dog adgang direkte fra hotellet, og man får en bedre pris.

Zimmer geräumig, Lage gut, Sauberkeit könnte besser sein, vor allem im Badezimmer (Toilette und Lavabo). Tische im Frühstücksbereich schmuddelig, Frühstück mager, Kaffee ungenießbar (abgestandener Filterkaffee)

Vi hade en trevlig vistelse, bra frukost och fint rum, man har dock tågen från rummet. Prisvärt och centralt.

Dejligt hotel med gode faciliteter

Das Hotel ist okay. Eher so ein bisschen Hostel Charakter, aber sauber uns relativ zentral gelegen. Frühstük war sehr gut. Im Sportcenter direkt nebenan wurde leider schon ab 7.00 Uhr Tennis gespielt. Da war man bei offenen Fenster früh wach. Gut war der Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus, den wir auch bei Anreise bezahlt haben. Leider wurde er wohl einen Tag zu wenig berechnet, so dass wir bei der Abreise ein Knöllchen vorfanden und dann nachbezahlen mussten. Hätten wir es nicht gesehen, hätten wir ein dicke Strafzahlung erhalten. Das hatte einen etwas unschönen Geschmack. Hoffentlich war es nur ein Versehen und keine Masche.

Sehr Zentral, Ideal um Kopenhagen zu Fuss zu erkunden. Direkt am Bahnhof gelegen.

Var 3 stk på gjennomreise, passet perfekt. Hadde Deluxe Familierom med 2 soverom. Store rom med god plass. Fikk ikke aircondition til å virke, så ble litt varmt. Ligger rett ved jernbanestasjon, så endel støy om man hadde vinduet åpent. Ok fokost, hyggelig personale og masse aktiviteter for store og små. Kort vei til f.eks Tivoli.

일단 추천해요! 호텔규모가 꽤 큰데 비해 객실이 그닥 쾌적하지가 않은데 객실에 머무르는 시간이 많지 않아서 괜찮았어요 객실 제외하곤 모든 시설이 정말 좋아요 배드민턴 테니스 탁구 수영((25크로네)리모델링중으로 저흰이용못했지만)_ 다 무료로 이용할수 있고요 로비에 커피 와 티. 그리고 핫 초컬릿무로 조식도 포함 위치도 중앙역이나 미술관 티볼리공원 모두 걸어서 다닐수 있는데 여행객 입장에서 아동동반 이만한 호텔이 없다 생각해요 욕실 샤워시설과 녹슨 라지에터는 보수가 필요해 보였어요. 직원들도 정말 친절했어요 운동기구들 대여해주고 꽤 바쁜데도 늘 친절했어요.

Dejligt centralt. Dejligt at komme tilbage, og kunne tage en kop kaffe med op. Fint med spil. Fint udvalg af morgenmad, eneste minus, det trak noget ved vinduerne.

A decent hotel at a very central location in the city. Possible to swim, bowling and other sports was quite nice to activate our son.

The hotel is very close to the train station and metro, making it ideal for quick connections. The hotel needs renovation and more cleaning. Staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast is really good

**Excellent Staff and Service** We spent 5 nights at this hotel and found the staff to be kind and helpful. **Breakfast** The breakfast was good, offering some vegan options. However, the menu was the same every day, which could use some variety. **Room Quality** Our room was lovely, quite spacious, silent, and clean. Nonetheless, there is room for some improvements for cleanings. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Værelset var fint, men morgenmaden var ikke god. En grovbolle, men ingen rundstykker, og Nutella el.lign. plejer da at være standard.
