In the basement of building, could hear water flushing in pipes in room ceiling overhead. Very little ventilation and could get pretty hot in room at times. Receptionist enters room at 7 AM to check which beds are occupied, and wakes and yells at the patrons who have not paid demanding money. Facilities are clean and spacious overall, and a very cheap price (though I've seen better for similar price tags)
