Two big problems
There were two big issue with this property. First the room did not get enough electricity. First day it was chilly so we decided to use an air condition to warm up the room. First day it was OK, we did not have problem. On the second day, the other guests came into the room next door. We had a black out and we had to call the emergency number to get the electricity back. I guess they divided original room to two rooms to make for hotel rooms and use the same line to supply the two rooms. It was not so difficult to get the power back. Just use two electric power panels and it took me 5 minutes to get the power back. I guess the black out happened twice after using the shower. We guess the power to heat up the water has a conflict with other use, like air conditioner. The second problem is the transportation service they arranged to bring us to the airport. Any car did not not come to the hotel. We waited for ten minutes but nobody came to pick us up and we called their emergency number but nobody answer the phone. So we ended up using uber.
Lisbon
Great stay. Cleanliness great. No complaints. Will look into this property, on my next vist to lisbon.
Great overall
Excellent studio . Clean and modern interior in a nice area. Thank you.
This was a wonderful place to stay, very clean, kitchen was excellent and the courtyard was a lovely place to hang out.
The property was wonderful. The staff awesome. But the condemned building next door was eyesore
The place itself is beautiful. The property is well maintained but since it’s an old building it has a pipe smell in the bathroom area. Overall great hosts and surroundings.
Great host, not far from all to do in Lisbon.
We had a lovely stay. The host is wonderful and check is in frequently and response time is quick. We loved the location being outside of the tourist areas and close to restaurants and nightlife. We were in 2B that faced the street. While the bed was comfortable, it was tough to sleep well due to the outside noise. It is quite loud and if your sensitive to street traffic am dogs barking, bring earplugs.
Great little apartment. Communication and instructions to find were excellent. Would recommend
Weird smell.
hassle free checking in process, the pictures of the room didn’t do it justice - we loved the room when we walked in and were really chuffed, quiet area but has all the links to have you in the thick of the city within 20 minutes, flea market down the hill is worth a walk and from there you are right by the center. Again property was amazing, good contact from hosts and really set us up for a great trip ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
There was a plumbing issue which they did repair 24 hours after reporting. The dishwasher did not work and was not repaired or replaced during our stay. The apartment would get some sewer smell from time to time. Location was great.
Very good place
Very good place in a quiet neighborhood of Lisbon, if you look for close by nightlife, this place is not for you. Overall we were glad to stay here
There was mold in the shower. Lots of it. The overall condition of the bathroom was bad. The two towels provided were unusable they were so crunchy and old. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen area was clean.
Was convenient for my personal reasons for being there. If new to Lisbon would be inconvenient.
Teresa is the best!!! We felt at home and it was super clean and safe.
Nice patio with lovely view. Staircase was narrow and steep.
Nice place, clean, maybe fix the toilet seat that was broken and the broken window. The electric system is not built for so many rooms and equipment so sometimes the power went off. Not a building for tall people when to want to walk upstairs. It's a nice place to stay for a couple of days not far from the city centre we can recommend it.
We don't like overly touristy places so was a nice mix of local and tourist friendly options. There were a lot of cost-effective eating places nearby and we even found a few favorites. My main issue is that the neighborhood is very hilly and on cobblestone sidewalks so it's not easy to get around with luggage. But we were prepared for lots of walking which was fine. With regards to the unit itself, there were some oddities in the bathroom including a sink that's loped forward so that all of our toiletry items kept falling into the sink. And the toilet plumbing was not up to spec which is why they did not allow flushing of toilet paper, which was very disconcerting. The kitchen facilities were good because we were cooking breakfast for ourselves everyday and there was a refrigerator, sink, dishwasher and microwave. Air conditioning worked well and sometimes we wanted to keep the windows open cooler but you're taking your chances if your guests like to smoke outside, this is Europe. There was also a little balcony facing a large backyard which gave some nice views. The yard itself was terrorist and if necessary guests could walk around and there was a swimming pool on the highest point of the terrace but it was empty which was unfortunate.
Wonderful apartment in an area that felt very vibrant, safe and cosy - a nice break away from the tourist areas. The apartment itself was beautiful, clean and accommodated most of our needs. Our only issue was a slight damp smell but it was a minor bother during our stay. Communication with the hosts were perfect and they were always on hand to help with any questions. Would definitely stay again and recommend to any who want a stay that feels more genuine and authentic rather than an overpriced stay in a touristy area.
Cozy Lisbon
Lovely small apartment, close to city centre (up a steep hill not suitable for people with mobility issues). WiFi was great, could do with ac in bedroom as very hot at night. Host communication was excellent.
Safe. Quiet. Close to the train station. Walkable to points s of interest.
Really nice apartment. Very comfortable. I suggest to improve the shades since it is a lot of light to sleep.
Great !!
It was nice
Great
We had a great stay, they were very communicative from the start. The apartment is in a great location, has all the amenities needed and the air conditioning is useful. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.
Location is very good - walkable to lots of interesting places. Apartment is spacious with plenty of natural lighting. Felt it a bit expensive when considering other options, but would nonetheless stay there again if returning.
Thank you, we loved it!!
We did enjoy the apartment. Very cute and cozy. Pretty. There is parking in the street around but not enough so we parked the car in a payable private parking underground at 30 min walking. It is at 30-35 min walking to the center of Lisbon. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. The stairs are steep to go up so if you are having trouble with that I would avoid. The self check-in is very easy. We had a dishwasher, an induction stove and a microwave-oven to do our cooking with a little fridge. I would rent it again without a doubt. We enjoyed it !! There is a little balcony and a backyard but we didn’t go. Perfect for 2 people
Black mold on stairs, foul smell throughout room and bath room.
Beautiful apartment with all you need, bright and clean. We were allowed to check out later and put our bags in locker while going out for lunch, very appreciated.
Cozy Lisbon Graça!
The Apartment was lovely, exactly as advertised. The only issue are the creaky wooden floors - you can hear every move from neighbouring units. When people are getting in, in the early hours, it’s an awful noise which is impossible to sleep through. This really was the only downside.
Safe, traditional area of Lisbon. Friendly local shops. Good transport links.
Highly recommended!
Beautiful apartment! Two twin mattresses provide plenty of room to stretch out, small kitchen has all you need (cafe machine, tea kettle, silverware and plates), and closet space if you need it next to the bathroom. There are several apartments here, and a shared back patio that is beautiful and has a tone of room to sit and relax. The front first floor apartment looks out over the street, very nice view, plenty of natural light, and you can hear the city sounds. The apartment is great for walking to restaurants, overlooks, shops, bars, and east to Praça Martim Moniz and the old city center. Check in and communication was easy and quick. Highly recommended and I would definitely stay again!
The good: For me, i fiund this apartment very clean, bright and and i loved the locations proxmity to the train station/metro and the little shops around this part of town. I did, walk all.over Lisbon from the apartment. 22 km in 3 days! There is a bus that stops at the top of the hill, but i was determined to climb that hill every day. I felt extreamly safe in this neighbourhood, and the host communicated very well. The bad . The apartmentnis located on a very steep hill, but that is no suprise as almost every street in Lisbon is very steep. If you have mobility issues, this aparment will be a challenge.... but realistically, If youre not keen on the steep hills, you will spend your time in portugal in a Bolt. I found that there was a damp / musty feel to the apartment, The bed was 2 singles beds pushed together... not the worst, but not ideal. The Ugly: I was located on the 2nd floor facing the street and it was very noisy. Garbage pick up at 1130pm kids crying, people talking loudly, busses, and cars speeding past. I dont consider myself a light sleeper, but i was up every night, one or 2 seperate times.
I’m very happy
I really enjoyed the atmosphere and style of the accommodation. The rooftop terrace was a great spot to relax during both the day and night. The place was clean, and all the staff members were friendly and easy to communicate with. However, there was an issue with water overflowing outside the shower booth every time I took a shower, which was inconvenient. Also, the kitchen tap seemed shaky, and I had to be careful not to cause any further damage while using it. Most notably, the overall air quality in the accommodation felt damp and humid, reminiscent of the smell in a damp basement rather than a fresh atmosphere. If you have a sensitive sense of smell, I wouldn't recommend it.
A cozy and quiet neighborhood with two stores right on the street. The apartment has very nice bedrooms, bathroom, living room and rustic creaky floors. The outdoor patio on the second floor has a fruit tree and sitting area. Walkable distance to the city center and to landmarks of Lisbon.
The apartment is very comfortable, with two big rooms and a nice common space with a living room and a well equipped kitchen. It was very clean and well maintained. The host, Teresa, was always available and provided all the info needed to have a nice stay. Highly recommended!
It was far away from the downtown action. Very quiet old section of town. Far to walk and very steep street. Narrow stairs up to apartment. Apartment inside is nice. Better in pictures but still nice. Pricey for the location.
Property was clean, modern, and close to Lisbon attractions. We enjoyed the fridge, nespresso coffee maker, and nearby cafes. Bed is two twins pushed together so there’s a gap in the middle that’s uncomfortable and gets larger if the beds shift. A mattress topper could possibly help this. There was a smell of sewage coming up from the shower drain in 2A. It was really off-putting and the main reason for our poor review. Batteries in remote were dead. Faucet in kitchen was wobbly and needs repairs. Patio door doesn’t close completely, likely needs repair. Balcony is so tiny you can hardly squeeze two bodies out there. Parking is limited on street. We realize it’s an old building, but the lack of elevator is super challenging. The stairs are uneven and very difficult to manage with luggage. Ceilings on stairs are also very low so we hit our heads while bringing luggage up and down. Overall, we appreciated the close proximity of old town Lisbon and found the price of the hotel reasonable. We just want others to know what to expect for their visits, in case things like sewage smells, mattresses with gaps, and uneven stairs/low ceilings are a dealbreaker.
The pull out couch was not made right. It was very difficult to sleep on it. The mattress did not fit the couch well at all and there was a weird part missing from it. Not a flat bed. The keys were weird. Otherwise it was a great apartment. Great host. Her and the cleaning lady were nice and accommodating and communicated well with us and quickly. Would recommend for budget friendly travel.
Nice property neat and clean
Loved my stay at Cozy Lisbon Graca. Felt very safe as a solo female traveller. Excellent location - very walkable into Graca, Alfama and the centre of town (or easy to access public transport or tram 28!). Pastries and coffees from the nearby patisserie were enjoyed in the courtyard after a morning walk. I had some issues with the power on the last night but the team responded very quickly to get it sorted. Only wish I had more time there to enjoy the luxury of the apartment!
A really nice stay in Lisbon
We really enjoyed our time at Cozy Lisbon, the beds were the most comfortable we had in all of Portugal. Easy walking distance to public transport and downtown. Great communication with the property owners.
Very disappointed for a week.
The apartment was cleaned but in need of some serious repair. Teresa did not response everytime, made excuses for not responding. Poorly supplied only received 2 rolls of tissue papers for 3 people an entire week stay. The shower slow, did not repair. Last three nights no shower. Awful, but a book of expectations for guest but none for themselves. The price to replace items were extremely overpriced for the items in room. Twenty five dollars for thin sheet. No fitted sheet for bottom, sheets thin and small. Teribble mattress, I would not stay there again. Awful no shower unless willing to stand in dirty water. No supplies for an apartment. The worst I ever visted. Avoid if you can. Overpriced for sevices. Teresa has not responded yet. I emailed her 4 times about shower and leaky bathroom sink Too many problems to mention. They really need to make somes changes. I stayed at other places around the city and rated them excellent. I am not mad just disappointed, too many serious problems for guest from another country.
Amazing!
Absolutely amazing! The hotel was beautiful!
Great apartment! Would recommend!
Very nice property. In a good location that you can access all areas of the city from. I would stay here again.
Poorly cleaned and bad communication
It was poorly cleaned with stained sheets and towels, spider webs, old hair in the toilet a dirty fridge and silverfish. The cleaner came back the following day to improve the cleaning but it did not improve. When trying to contact the housing manager they did not respond

The property is clean and cozy. Public transportation is nearby. Grocery stores is few meters away. It's very convenient and quiet community. Only thing not perfect is the electric system - it was shut down few times every night when I was stay.
