Good hotel, very clean rooms with lots of eminities. Unfortunately we were a family of 6 people and were given separate rooms on different floors which was not very convenient.

Rooms advertised as those with mini kitchen and sofa bed, but neither was present. Would have been nice to save some money since there was not even a microwave in the room not even talking about a sofa bed at this point.

Amazing hotel with excellent hospitality

I had an amazimg experience in this property. During check in, staff at reception greeted me as VIP and helped me in every step. Hotel rooms are all brand new with every comfort I needed. I had an amazing experience in every aspect including dining at restaurant. There was an unfortunate incident happened due to negligence of a security staff but with the intervention of Manager and followed by a meeting on the next day, the security staff was relieved from his duty which shows a firm committment of the management with zero tolerance in mishandling any guest. As a member of Marriott vacation Club, I felt proud to stay at this amazing property and the best property I have ever stayed in Tashkent. I have promised the hotel managememt to return in my next stay soon and recommemd my friends and associates to stay in this hotel without any doubt. The hotel is rated as the best value for money and always ready to serve the guests with full satisfaction.

Stayed for proximity to airport.

Perfect place to explore a sprawling city. The hotel facilities are basically brand new and superbly clean. Staff actually speaks pretty good English and are super helpful. Breakfast and restaurant food is top notch and fairly priced.

The hotel is modern and nice, we had a nice dinner at the restaurant on the ground floor. The only issue we had is that I forgot my camera at the hotel and when we called to try to arrange a delivery, they said okay, they will send all the info, so we can pay the postage. When we sent them another email about it, no one replied anymore. I know it's my fault for forgetting a camera, but most of Mariott hotels would at least try to sort out the delivery, not just ghost us and take the camera

Отель находится недалеко от аэропорта и ж/д вокзала. Удобные комнаты как и во всей сети. Хорошая кровать и бельё. Не очень удобно, что туалетная комната со стеклянными стенами, ночью свет будит, если кто-то встал. В номере: фен, холодильник, гладильная доска. Бассейн с очень тёплой водой 32°. Сауна одна небольшая и джакузи на несколько человек. Удобные раздевалки и халаты. Завтрак разнообразный, но нельзя было заказать яичницу у повара. На первом этаже ресторан, если в нём праздник, то будет шумно. Из-за тусовки нам меняли номер. То есть самые тихие номера будут с маленькой цифрой. Очень хороший сервис, все хорошо говорят на английском.

Great place

Stayed a couple nights after wedding and the room and service were excellent.

Rude staff : Petr from front desk was very rude telling me that i didn't pay for breakfast and was screaming like little girl together with ksyusha from restaurant. Olga from room service told me that she is not going to come up hundred times when I asked her to bring the credit card machine so I could pay for my order.

Very rude front desk manager, his name is Petr. Yelled at my mother and humiliated her over breakfast. This is unacceptable, we've stayed at courtyards for many years in different countries and we've never experienced such horrible treatment by the front desk personnel. I will complain to Marriot corporate office.

Everything was just right

It is a new and clean hotel. The staff are very friendly and kindly provided a late checkout free of charge. Breakfast was amazing. I will definitely stay here again.
