Weekend trip with my son to Six Flags. Price was GREAT for the area. Plenty of food and shopping nearby. Room was clean, A/C worked great, and staff was super friendly. Starbucks in lobby. This hotel shares and courtyard with another hotel. They have a fire pit, a great pool, outdoor seating, volleyball, corn hole, and oversized Jenga. Definitely will stay here again!

The only thing I did not like is that we had to pay $10 a night for parking. Other than that, it was great.

Business trip stay

Great for a business trip - comfortable and clean room. Located near a lot of restaurant options with a bar and restaurant in the hotel. Front desk staff was very friendly.

Kat at the front desk is always friendly and remembers my name! It is this level of personal service that keeps us coming back.

Me and my family were very pleased with our stay at this hotel because it was clean, nice staff and we felt sage. Also it was close to Six Flags, restaurants, and Target. The only inconvenience was that it was near the construction of the highway.

What Up With Parking Fee?

Check-in was quick and efficient, but we were presented with an unexpected requirement to register and pay for hotel self-parking in the adjacent lot. Not cool. When I addressed this with a familiar desk clerk upon check-out, the fee did not appear on my folio.

Everything was smooth, friendly and easy check in. Clean and spacious room!

We stay here all the time and the staff is always excellent and fast!

Nice place and staff. I stayed twice. On one ocassion there was an error on my reservation and it took a while to solve it. It was late and I was tired. The second time there was no hot water in the shower. I am not sure if I want to stay there anymore.

Courtyard Marriott excels in guest services, amenities, and overall comfort for family travelers. It has consistent easy check-in, friendly reception, and predictably comfortable accommodations.

Instead of having two beds I was only given one 😅

The Hotel is always clean and the staff is very friendly we have stayed at this location multiple times and we love it.

Carpet was dirty and sticky, room humid and A/C wouldn't adjust. Parking gates were closed way too early and we couldn't get in. Grilled Cheese from dinner was actually cold in the center.

We stay there once a month its our happy place !!!

Bed was comfortable and property safe. Tv never worked and shampoo container was on floor and not glued properly. Brought to management attention and container was fixed but TV never worked.

Everything is good no problems i would stay here again.

The location of hotel is great- however rooms are are worn and old and appear dirty. The hotel should consider updating rooms and bathrooms.

Great hotel and staff!

Courtyard was very accommodating with my specific requests. They even allowed me to check in early which is a huge plus. To top that off, check out is at noon. Their room is spacious and laid out nicely. As far as hotels go, I got my best sleep in this particular hotel. I would definitely book again!

Beautiful hotel

Location and condition of the hotel are great. Beautiful lobby, room was nice, amenities were nice. The “bar” was not open as front desk told us it closes Sunday. That was a small disappointment. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. I know that’s a personal preference but the pillows were 1-inch flat down-feather pillows. The bed was medium support but strangely it felt “bent” in the middle. The bed and pillows were the only reasons I awarded 4 stars instead of 5.

Everything was great about our stay! The pool was awesome, hotel was well maintain, clean, staff really friendly, and lots of places near by. Very convenient place to stay with family!

Beautiful property but the AC wasn’t working

We were on the 4th floor. The AC was off in the hallway, and the room AC never got the room cold.

AC units in the rooms are a joke. I had to switch to 4 different rooms to get an AC that worked.

The front desk guy working 4th of July was very nice and professional! Great service and room was great as well.

Over booked their rooms

I booked a king room with a hide away full sized bed in the couch. There was no couch in the room. So two adults and 2 older children were supposed to sleep on a king bed. The front desk staff were very nice but no other rooms were available. Turns out the couple across the hall from us had the same issue with their booking.

Front desk assigned another group to our room who should up banging on the door at 2 AM.

Friendly and Comfortable

We were greeted by the nicest reception with Jared upon arrival and sent on our way with equal friendliness by kat . The rooms are spacious and comfortable with useful amenities: refrigerator, ice bucket, hanging closet , and coffee bar. These are obvious amenities testa many other””up-scale “ properties do not offer but are always appreciated.

Will be staying here every chance we get. It’s clean, quiet and plenty to do for the kids. Also great bar in hotel where you can sneak downstairs for a drink with your betterhalf

It was very clean and the staff is very friendly.

The location was great. Very close to shopping and dining. The room itself was just okay. The a/c thermostat kept turning on to heat for some reason. We then left and came back to the thermostat completely turned off. Called front desk and they just replaced the batteries. Suddenly at night it turns to heat again. A little annoying to say the least.

Our room had a slight musty odor or was smoke not sure. The air conditioner was in a bad place right by the bed. Otherwise an ok stay.

Near shopping and restaurants

Starbucks in hotel offers a few drinks only but the machine was not working! Disappointed! There is a Starbucks 2 miles down the road! Pool is small and packed! If you are just sleeping there good value for the money due to location! Lots of nice restaurants and close to six flags!

It was a nice experience but I did not like that the pool was not in service.

The mattress was more saggy than I thought it could’ve been. I don’t know how often hotel switch out their mattresses, but they were out in a couple years.

A lot of little problems

Was told at the get-go that the restaurant and bar were not open. We were able to get coffee in the morning. Tried to go look at the pool, but couldn’t find a way in Remote for TV didn’t work Lots of noise coming from the bathroom from the loose shower pipe to vibration and rattling in the ceiling Card found on our vehicle saying it wasn’t registered with the hotel, but was never asked for vehicle information Gate entrance was locked after 7 PM. Had to go around through another property in order to get in.

The coffee machine broke and the kitchen close the whole time

Great staff. Comfortable beds. The only thing lacking is free breakfast.

Had a great stay. Room was clean and all the staff i dealt with were courteous. I did not like that i had to pay for parking. Across the street was a nice hotel with free parking. And the rooms there were slightly cheaper. I believe it was a Garden Inn, so comparable.

Staff was professional and courteous.

The exterior and lobby were nice, but the rooms need significant updating. The bathroom severely needs an upgrade. The toilet would not stop making noise unless you lifted the lever up. The bathtub and tiles were very dingy. The AC unit in the room constantly made noises as if at any given time it was just going to completely break down. The TV did not work when we first got to the room. That was rectified after we informed the front desk. Overall, the high cost did not equate to what I normally expect from Marriott.

Property is in a perfect spot for dining and shopping! Loved our stay and the staff! Only downfall we hated was having to pay for the parking per night. Other than that it’s a great place to stay!

Upon booking through Expedia; hotel mentioned Breakfast Included. I asked the clerk when checking in, "What time is breakfast served," clerk replied, "7am to 10am" to my dismay, NO BREAKFAST WAS ABAILIABLE, my family and I were routed to Starbucks, REALLY!!!! We paid over $330.00 and NO BREAKFAST was offered here. Total disappointment, I was lied to

Convenience

Courtyard at the Rim is the most convenient hotel in the area.

We stayed at the hotel to try to view the eclipse. The hotel is quiet, clean, near shopping and restaurants, and near the freeway. The hotel restaurant was completely closed and appeared to be under renovation, but we were never told about it. It was hard to even find coffee. This was very disappointing to us for the relatively high price we paid for the rooms.

Hmm i'm a little torn with this rating, staff was amazing truth be told, parking is $10 a night, with absoloutely no parking available...you have to park so far, as a single mom with two children in a different city its a bit alarming, theft was mentioned in reviews, and the bed is hard as a rock, making my two nights unrestful with backache. I love staying at Marriotts; just I will think twice now to actually listen to reviews prior, a couple people had mentioned this before, I overlooked it.
