This hotel was super dirty. I went to use computer in lobby and there was vomit on carpet. I reported to front desk personnel who will report to manager but was never comtacted about issue. In addition, no uber wants to take you to hotel due to a huge uturn that must take place in order to reach facility.

Hotel is OK, nothing special. No reason to stay there except being close to the airport (not very nice neighborhood). Better hotel in the area. Across the street from shopping mall that has movie theater and food court. Shell gas station practically next to hotel. We heard loud music from nearby business or club until 4 a.m. (No sound proof windows). Nice little breakfast with eggs, bread, ham, cheeses, and fruit.

TravellerA acomodação é idêntica as fotos, cama confortável, quarto amplo, chuveiro aquecido e com boa pressão, eles disponibilizam sabonete líquido, shampoo e condicionador no banheiro. Vale a pena inserir o café da manhã na diária, ele é excelente, saboroso e bem variado. O rapaz que faz a tapioca, merece destaque, foi a melhor tapioca que já comi em hotel. A único serviço que não foi bom é a arrumação do quarto: não trocavam as toalhas molhadas mesmo quando solicitado, não fizeram a reposição do sabonete líquido e shampoo quando acabou, e nem repuseram os 2 rolos de papel higiênico como no primeiro dia do check in deixavam apenas 1 rolo. Então toda a noite quando chegávamos dos passeios cansados, eu tinha que ligar para a recepção e solicitar tudo o que não havia sido reposto no serviço de quarto. E normalmente demorava pelo menos 30min/1h pra levarem ao nosso quarto. Essa foi a parte chata da viagem. E como ele fica distante dos principais pontos turísticos, os valores das corridas nos carros de aplicativos o preço era bem elevado. No mais, super recomendo o hotel.

O rapaz que fez meu check in é super educado, atencioso e prestativo. O frigobar do quarto demora um pouco para gelar as bebidas então recomendo levar já gelada só para ele manter.
