Very nice, room was clean, modern decor, close to 34th Street & 8th Ave shopping area there’s Macy's flagship store, FYI wear comfortable shoes/sneakers because the blocks are very long.If you think the prices at the restaurant is too expensive there's other places to eat a block away. My only issue was parking, there’s no Valet they charge $60 per day and you cannot move your vehicle unless you're checking out because you'll be charged another $60 each time you return to park.

My family and I just stayed there this past weekend. For an nyc hotel, it is clean, spacious and comfortable. It’s also further away from the loud hustle and bustle of the city, which is great.

Very clean area close to Hudson Yard station & across from EDGE- observation deck. Good food options & shopping area all the luxury brands just around the corner.

Very clean and nice hotel near Hudson yards and the high line.

Upon check out, they charged me more than $100 for someone's bill at the bar and it took me two in-person interactions and two calls during two days to get my money back. Not an easy task. They simply don't care about their visitors.

The location was great The front desk staff and dining room staff was amazing and very friendly.

Nice, clean rooms with convenient location next to Hudson Yards. Elevators need some maintenance though.

Helpers friendly enough but follow thru poor. We were told dining room had closed and we had to order from door dash. Then went to dining room to eat it and dining room was open. We ordered mixed drink. It was very poor. The breakfast was poor oatmeal very seeetened. Green juice had agave we were not told when we asked for ingredients. We will not stay there again. The room safes not working. No one to help us immediately as we had to leave for theater

Room not ready on time

Room was not ready when I arrived at 3:45 even though check-in time was 3 PM according to hotels.com. Staff said check-in time was 4. I had plans and could not wait for the room and had to come back for room key after event I was attending. Notification came through at 7PM that room was ready.

Location was superb

Location was perfect for walking to Times Square. Parking was easy to reserve and was less than a 5 minute walk from hotel. Staff were all friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend and would stay again.

I stayed here for two nights in November 2024 and had a pleasant stay. The room was very good, a bit small, but was clean. The hotel is in a great location. What I am not happy about is that the hotel charged me $500 for a damage fee. I have no idea what this is for. The room was not damaged by me in any way. I called the hotel and they’re telling me they “need to look into it.” I find this very upsetting and quite frankly seems very shady.

Liked the location of the property but room was smelling moldy from the shower curtain. The room was smelling and stuff.

Great Stay for NYC Marathon

Perfect stay and location for NYC Marathon weekend. Close to everything we needed and the hotel was clean and staff super friendly and helpful.

Great location. Near Hudson Yards, shopping, many restaurants. courteous and helpful staff. Excellent housekeeping service.

Everything was great! We were greeted as we walked in. Check in was smooth. The rooms had Everything we needed. We even forgot something in the room, and they were able to retrieve it and we picked up on our way out of new york.

Our room was worn w/ tears in the desk chair. We were also disappointed w/ pricing for an extra night

No parking

Disappointed with lack of parking options and no valet. The small lot you affiliate with was full. Will choose another hotel with either onsite parking or parking options in the future.

This hotel has excellent location, 1 block from subway station, Empire State Building and Vessel very close, Amtrak connection at Pen Station very close, is a very nice walkable zone and many places to eat. The staff very friendly.

Clean staff is amazing great location

Our room was dirty, there was even someone old comb on the floor by the bed. We requested an air mattress for my child, there was a hole in it. The next day we requested another… instead of them letting us know that they ran out they just never brought one. And the same thing happened the following day. I had a package delivered and they were unable to find it for about 30 mins. Staff needs better training, they were also unfriendly. I love the area of this hotel and the rooms are spacious for NYC but I wouldn’t recommend.

The parking was an inconvenience.

Dirty Street

This is the best courtyard Marriott that I ever stayed at. great rooms, elevated lobby and great service. my only complaint - but a chair in the business area by the printer.

Every thing was great. Pillows were exceptional. Only draw back, there were no cups for in room coffee.

This was my first time at this hotel, and was really weird for me that they don’t give you drinking water, and I do remember I choosed an room in a higher floor but they gave us one in the third floor.

The view from the bedroom window was amazing!

We loved the easy access to Hudson Yards, The High Line, and The Vessel! The High Line was a pleasant route to Chelsea Market. We are in our late 60s and were able to get around quite well either on foot or via the subway access points nearby.

The hotel was midtown near the Lincoln tunnel ramp and down the street from the empire state bldg. so location was excellent for walking, taking the subway, finding a good restaurant or shopping. Staff was friendly and professional even housekeeper helping me find the ice machine. Lobby and restaurant were very pretty as were the rooms. I especially liked the rainhead shower. It was spacious and easy to move around in. A very pleasant stay!

Check in was great ! Staff was pleasant, room was clean . Only thing I didn’t like was the view we had from our window.other than that location was great and we enjoyed our stay.

Staff member at check in told me they did room decorations, turns out they didn’t. That ruined my plans. Overall, will recommend. Room is very compact.

Lovely hotel in Hudson Yards convenient to Hudson Trail and River as well as the train station decent restaurants, the Edge Onservation Deck, and public transportation.

Great location and experience

Breakfast choice and price could be better. There were no dental kits on first day of checkin. I asked for dental kit, soap, shampoo and conditioner for 2 rooms. I only got dental kits, shampoo and soap for 1 room. Nothing came for the other room.

Simple Birthday Celebration

We love staying at this hotel but this time was a little different during check-in was a little different than other visits. First we were advised about the complimentary water policy then the repeated request for tissues for the room. We were very grateful for the employees who showed us respect and welcoming presentations they have expressed. Thank you for your hospitality and service during our stay.

Clean. Only complaint was weak water pressure in bathroom shower. No water refill stations except the bar in the restaurant.

Staff gave great recommendations on where to eat. And they were beyond helpful. This is a great hotel for families.

It was a great stay felt very safe walking at all of hours of day and night. Only incident I had was they overcharged my card but it was quickly resolved. Little to no traffic during normal none rush hours.
