Great property ideal for shopping being neighbor to dolphin mall. The hotel could do with a bit of updating. The staff is welcoming, the manager there and Edwardo especially.

I love the shopping around it was walking distance to the Dolphin Mall . What I did not like only one elevator was working and taken so long. That suck because the hotel was full.

This is one of the best if not the best place to stay when coming to Miami. Having dolphins mall as your neighbor makes it heaven. Love it here

The ability to walk to a mall is the best. They should upgrade amenaties in the room.

Everyone was friendly with the exception of one staff member at the front desk. My credit card was not being accepted at the front desk (was declined 4 times). I told that particular front desk staff member that I will pay for the trip by cash and I will contact my bank in due course. I proceeded to take out cash from my wallet. At that moment the staff member said “um you have all that cash”. Needless to say, I didn’t appreciate the comment. While a credit card makes transactions easier and convenient, isn’t it just as easy and convenient if the guest has the payment readily available.

The property was good, and service ok. The single issue was the internet which was erratic, and then went totally just before I checked out.

I will recommend this hotel due to its proximity to Dolphin Mall and their exceptional customer service. Eduardo and the manager, George made my friends and me feel welcome. The hotel felt like a home away from home. Every concern was resolved. There was one hiccup that they had difficulty resolving and that's the elevator. It gave trouble throughout our trip. Other than that, I will recommend Courtyard by Marriott.

The rooms are clean and staff are super friendly and accommodating. The staff laughed and shared jokes with us. This was my fiancé sister birthday trip. There was 6 women (5 from Trinidad and my fiancé and I from Canada) and my fiancé. We had two rooms beside each other. Both rooms were super clean and the cleaners came every day to clean our bathroom, replace towels, and make our beds. Edwardo and George at the front desk were amazing. The only problem we had at the hotel was the elevator. The first floor button wasn’t working. It wouldn’t call the elevator when pressed but it was fine. We would just ask staff at the front desk and they would get someone on a different floor to send it down. It was a little inconvenient but other than that minor issue everything was great. This hotel is located in the parking lot of dolphin mall in Miami. It’s about 30 mins from Miami International Airport. It’s about 40 mins from Sawgrass Mall. It’s about an hour from Miami Beach. I hope this helps anyone choosing this hotel. I would stay here again. 😃

My family and I always love to stay here. I will always recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in the area. It’s very convenient for shopping, lots of restaurant options and other activities. The staff always go beyond to ensure we are comfortable.

The convenience to the mall.

Very close to Dolphin Mall. I’ve stayed her twice with my two young daughters and I always feel safe here and love the proximity to the mall. It would be great if they offered shuttle service from the airport but overall I would stay here again particularly for the convenience.

The elevators and luggage scale were giving trouble but regardless of that, we had a pleasant stay. We love Eduardo at the reception desk, he always makes us feel so welcomed!

Had a wonderful time as usual at The Marriott, we stay here at least once or twice per year. The only thing is their luggage scales were giving trouble as well as their elevators. Service was out on one of them and the other was very slow so waiting times were a bit long.

The proximity to the mall is the main advantage of this property. The hotel itself is a bit dated, but it is clean and the staff are amazing. I would recommend it if you want to maximise shopping at Dolphin, but its a bit far out from the rest of Miami if you do not have a vehicle.

The proximity to Dolphin Mall is the top amenity of this hotel, but it also has other benefits. As far as business-minded hotels go, this one is up there. Didn't take too long to get to and from the airport as well.

The front counter staff was super helpful every encounter we had with them, our flight got delayed a few times and the staff made us feel at peace with having the option to pay for an extra day or holding our luggage until needed...the only issue we had this stay was the in-room fridge was not cleaned because someone left food in there from whenever and it stunk. Otherwise our stay was pleasant. Will definitely stay again.
