The hitel was very clean and comfortable. There was an oxxo, starbucks and a taco vendor within 6 munutes walking distance. The parking was safe and always available.

Very nice property, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn’t like that they charge extra for parking. Food was okay.

Staff was very friendly, especially Marco and Javier both were excellent wait staff that went above and beyond to make our small group feel welcomed and customized are meals if wanted.

I have been here twice and has not disappointed me.

It’s nice where you feel like at home. No need to request anything, everything was there .

Our first stay at this property in Leon. We are definitely looking forward to returning in the future.

Good

Great location

The location of this hotel is perfect. It is right next to the feria de Leon. Starbucks and Oxxo right around the corner as well. They have good blackout curtains so you can sleep well and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast at the hotel's restaurant is good and the hotel is clean. The problem I had is with the shower. The showers have no door or curtain (it is one of those half glass design doors that only covers part of the shower). It is a horrible design and water completely floods the bathroom whenever you shower. In my room there was no way to turn the shower on without getting the floor completely soaked. I ended up having to turn the water off while I used the soap and shampoo, then turn it on super quickly again to try to rinse off without flooding the place. For as expensive as this hotel is, you would think that you could take a nice shower, but no. I also didn't think the air conditioning worked that well. They have air conditioning and I heard the air coming out, but it didn't cool very well. I finally put it on the lowest possible setting and I still felt hot at night. Unless you want to be next to the fair, I'd recommend that you save some money and find a different hotel where you can take a shower and control the air.

Fine hotel. Very quiet room even though there is a busy street outside. Front desk staff and housekeeping staff were good. Restaurant options in walking distance are meager, so we wished the hotel had a better full service all day restaurant and room service. There is a breakfast. Having a fridge in the room was a plus. The suites also have a microwave. There is a full service grocery store across the street and a mini-market next door. The street designs mean that your ride in and out can be longer than you'd like, in order to deal with no left turn issues, causing a loop around. Pool was good.

The daily breakfast buffet had dirty plates. Really gross.

Place was very Americanized, we had remind ourselves that we were actually in Mexico. It is a very business like hotel though, would definitely recommend for business trips. Really appreciate the young man that recommended, Panteón Taurino restaurant, it was excellent! A little disappointed with the “harassing” vendors at Plaza Piel, I think they need to let visitors shop with a little more ease.

Quite and nice place to stay

Excellent experience, very kind and helpful staff, nice facilities, room was great, property conveniently located.

The rooms were fine. No complaints there. There are three elevators in the hotel but only two were "working." I say "working" in quotes because one of the elevators only partially worked. I stayed on the 3rd floor and the "3" button on the elevator only worked on one of the two working elevators. It was so frustrating having to send the elevator who's "3" button wasn't working up or down just so that I could get on the one who's "3" button did work. The restaurant was not serving food nor would allow us to eat at the tables with food from outside vendors. Completely inconvenient. Lastly, the logistics for parking were not ideal. You have to leave the hotel and get on a separate elevator to get to the parking area. Then you have to show your parking pass to the parking attendant so they can let you out of the parking area. Just a little inconvenient.

Very good overalls

We stayed here for four days June 2023. All services were great beds are very comfortable and great size for a family of four. We would stay here again.

Great place to stay

Great place to stay . Great location. Handy to have a supermarket right in front of it and walking distance to the stadium and Explora. Service was great. The view is great from rooms facing west. Awesome pool. The only thing is that there was an annoying noise from a generator, I think, or something, it was uncomfortable during the night.

Excellent, everything are good, except to parking lot, I don’t understanding why I need to pay for parking if I’m a costumer of the hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel before and I really like it. I feel very safe and I have been there alone and with my daughters another time. Clean, staff are very kind and front desk speaks English. Wifi is excellent. The restaurant staff are very nice and the food is good. One thing, there are hardly any snacks to buy. The five days we were there nothing was re-stocked from day one so hardly any choices. But there is a small store around the corner and Starbucks. There is not much assistance if you need help to sight see or for tours. Overall, I will stay there again and I appreciate this hotel and their staff.

There was no blackout curtains. Buffet food was okay needed more salt.

I spend 30 minutes waiting for check-in whit nobody on line.

Parking issue - Over All Experience Ok.

It was a fine stay in Marriot Leon. Hotel staff mis-informed us about their parking and we were charged on hourly basis for each of 3 cars we had. Later before check-out another staff told us about their free parking process but ultimately we were refused for refund for the amount we already paid till then in Parking Payment Machine.

Very helpful staff, we had to get a Covid PCR test and they had someone that came to the hotel and did it for us. Very good food at the restaurant, we were there for a conference and had many breakfast and dinner meetings. Great that it was so close to the Poliforum auditorium.

The staff at the door at check in and especially at the buffet are all awesome very attentive I felt very safe at this hotel and that’s priceless. I also was able to use one of there shuttle buses to take me to the airport of course with a fee but very reliable and that’s always a plus.

Would have liked a larger gift shop. Breakfast was great. Room was outstanding staff was exceptional.

Everything was great...staff was very friendly and the food was good...room was clean. What else can you ask for?

Our TV kept saying no signal. When I called the front desk, they said they would send someone to fix the issue. They sure did. Maintenance arrived within minutes and was able to solve the issue. The hotel is beautiful. Also security at the entrance of the hotel was very friendly!

Great dinner menu and the food was outstanding. The guy who helped us out trying to find a college football game on TV was a winner! Front desk people were mediocre. Parking was a problem. Breakfast was horrendous and cold.

Courtyard Marriot Leon, Mexico

It was a great experience staying at Courtyard Marriott in Leon, Mexico. Friendly staff, clean room, excellent prize for the room.

They didn't have a room for me. Sent me to another hotel. Not ideal for my business trip.

Clean room and lobby, friendly staff, Thumbs up to the bellman! he did an amazing job in welcoming us and recommeding places, self parking was also a good option.

Pool was getting remodeled for most of the time we were there. Therefore, we were not able to enjoy the pool at all for all the money I paid. I was very disappointed about that.

Onsite parking was a huge blessing and so rare in these historic towns.

Next to convention center and leather district

Centrally located and part of the Polyforum convention center which was a plus for us. Restaurant with boring - limited selections -, bland food. Includes Japanese food items.Breakfast is buffet style, but elaborate dishes have to be requested, a piece of information not openly offered by waiters. Courteous, speedy service by personnel, you just have to get the hang of how they operate. (should be the other way around). Fortunately, there are other places to eat within walking distance, and the area felt safe even at night. Room is large, with comfortable bed and pillows, but noticed irregular, uneven cleaning service to the room (stayed 4 nights). Being next to the convention center and within walking distance of "zona piel" - leather district - were a plus.

Outstanding!

The hotel staff is one of the best I've ever seen. They are not only nice, they go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. The omelettes were so good I had 2.

Close to EVERYTHING

I can't say enough great things about this place. From the moment of check-in to the moment of check-out and everything in between, our stay was GREAT!!! The bellmen, the front desk, the room service, the cleaning service, the restaurant... Thank you for a great stay. The attentions were better and more comfortable than Cancun...

Hotel clean! The staff is wonderful and kind! The room was a double queen room and was spacious! It had a beautiful view of the city! The stadium next door and at night there are many night life activities and or taco stands to grab a bite! I love this hotel!

Hotel experience was great. I had injured my knee just before arrival, and the hotel was able to provide me with a wheelchair. The staff was very accomodating and were helpful in getting me to my room. Our room was very clean and the beds very comfortable. The shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure to take a great shower. The buffet breakfast was very good if you enjoyed a large breakfast. I felt -secure in the hotel and it's neighborhood.

Clean hotel. Relaxed atmosphere. Friendly staff. The only negative is that you have to pay extra for parking as the parking lot doesn't belong to the hotel.

Great hotel- Close to everything! Inept front desk

Terrible front desk personnel but an overall great hotel. Too many trainees trying to handle customer issues when more seasoned staff should be on duty.

Business Trip

Hotel staff was very helpful. All staff I encountered spoke English, my Spanish is very poor. Room was clean and no smells.

We selected this location for convenience to the museums, downtown, stadium and Leon's Annual Fair. Twelve minutes from airport. Major shopping and restaurants within walking distance.

Central Location

The location of this hotel was very important for our family. It is centrally located and next door to the Feria De Leon which was our principal location to visit. The stadium is one block away.
