Conveniently located across from the convention center and even walking distance to the strip, about a mile and half. But there's so much to look at, the walk goes by fast. The room was clean and nicely updated. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was clean and serene away from the buzzing of the Las Vegas strip but about 15 mins walk to get to the strip.

Excellent experience overnight stay

Everything was so clean and facilities were new and well-kept. Felt safe staying there and it wasn’t expensive.

Stayed while attending a music festival at the Las Vegas Festival Grounds. While we were initially hesitant due to it's distance from the venue, it was far cheaper to stay here than anywhere on the Strip and for the price we got great clean, comfortable and quiet rooms which was perfect for a bunch of 30 year olds who just wanted to go to bed after. It was about a 10 minute uber to the Strip or a 30 minute walk which honestly wasn't too bad.

Best option for us!

Our 2nd stay here in less than a month. We spent Thanksgiving weekend and Christmas week at this property and both stays were amazing. The staff and property were both top tier. Favorite part is the gated parking lot, makes us feel safe! Will definitely stay here again ✌

The room was clean, but a bit cramped. The bathroom was bright, also clean, with amenities. There was a sofa bed much too small for most adults and it was bowed in the center. That was a big disappointment as it was included as sleeping accommodation. The grounds were well kept and there was a small coffee shop serving a few snacks and pastries.

I’ve stayed here twice and both time the service has been very good. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating. The area is pretty quiet considering it’s right beside a road. Both times I’ve stayed here are for events at the convention centre and the hotel is literally across the street from the convention centre. The food is good there as well and the Starbucks coffee they serve is great too! The rooms are nice and clean and are well maintained. Beds are big and comfy lol.

Front desk was 5 star Everything else was worse the a 2 star China hotel . The USB outlets are worn out and you have push and adjust to charge your phone . Trash can not emptied after cleaning No bath mat after cleaning . I have been a bonvy member for 20 years . Why can't members get the same rate that they can get off hotel.com it's a joke you want the membership but the only place you get appreciated as a bonvy member is in China

We arrived at 8am and the front desk was so nice and found us a room ready for us and they were so helpful in helping guide us with the monorail especially since it was the Saturday of the F1 race. I would definitely stay again because it’s not in the crazy ese of the strip but the monorail is just across the street and takes you everywhere

Really quiet and safe area , a block away from the strip but the monorail is right across the street which was perfect . Did not have to get Uber or use my own car for transportation. Room was clean , overall the experience was great.

Stayed here to be close to a testing center near the convention center. Walkable to both places, but it was super hot outside. Room was quiet, parking was easy and felt safe, but cost $20 per day. I appreciated the coffee/eatery hours and the front desk attendant kindly made me a coffee outside of the hours. Very nice, no fuss stay in Vegas for a non Vegas person. The train is just steps away so we could have easy transportation to the strip if we wanted it.

Close to everything

8 min walk from West Hall convention

I was a vendor at the West Hall Las Vegas Convention Center and this Marriott location was prime for being able to load in / out my merchandise via hand carry cart. Compare this to other hotels which looked close but are actually farther and with heavy foot traffic, this Courtyard was a simple 8 min walk to and from. At this time of my stay 7/19-21, there was a road construction on Paradise Ave which did cause some heavy car traffic. So in and out via auto was difficult. Overall the room is spacious, the staff is friendly and facilities is clean and well maintained. Guaranteed I plan to be here in my next visit if the convention is held at West hall

Mostly fine, but wifi is ass. To be fair though, the wifi in the entire area is ass, even my own cell data. Also, the Chromecast wasn't working. Tried everything to get it working.

OK hotel just a little far off the strip. The pool is too small and no Jacuzzi area around the hotel is kind of unsafe, but overall not a bad deal with no resort fees.

The water faucet in the bathroom was leaking whenever you showered.

Really old property. The bath was too small and there was no exhaust in the toilet. Really old property with a Marriot sticker. The front desk was friendly and nice but the rooms are a total downer.

Stayed for two nights over Thanksgiving weekend. Met all the expectations for a Marriott Courtyard property. Location is very convenient to Desert Inn Rd if one wants to get west of the Strip as fast as possible. Only compaint is that their faucet for their sink is very loud and unnecessarily uses a lot of water when turned on.

Friendly staff and within walking distance to the Convention Center. Also just across the street from the rail to the strip. Comfortable room at a reasonable price point for the area.

It's been a long time since I've stayed at a property that cleans the room daily, and it was delightful! It's not that I need new towels daily, but it's a lovely touch to come back to a made bed and it's really great to have the trashes taken out since I had food in there and they're not covered. There was also free WiFi, which believe it or not doesn't happen everywhere, so I was thrilled. It's non smoking and no loud casino, a calming oasis after the busy conference I was at. The customer care was superb. The icy on the cake with having access to cold, room temp, or hot filtered water in the lobby. I hate buying water bottles, and so I brought my refillable bottle, and it was a real treat to have really great tasting water available around the clock. I also brought my instant oatmeal for the room and that hot water for tea and oatmeal in the morning was fantastic!

We were here to celebrate our anniversary. This hotel was great. It was clean and quiet. The staff was very attentive. We didn't like the bathroom set up as there was no vanity space inside the bathroom. We didn't want to stay at a Hotel with a Casino, but this hotel was located close enough to several if we wanted to walk or drive to them. A stop for the monorail was right across the street. It was perfect. We went to the Grand Canyon which had a pick up for the tour bus at the Westgate and went to a Motown show at the Westgate. The Westgate was within walking distance of this hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Courtyard by Marriott. We will be returning.

No micro in room no hot tub dirty pool. And no way would swim in it front desk people rude in the extreme. Took over a half hour to find my room because they were so bad at their jobs. Housekeeping was so great and more helpful than anyone who was supposed to be in management. They. Who were only here a few weeks helped more than anyone. Bad management. Good workers

I like the coziness of the place. What I didnt like was the hook on the bathroom door that I & my daughter keep hitting. Pls remove these.

This place was a slice of heaven on a recent trip - part leisure, part business (convention center conference). Our unit was on the first floor which had patio access to the courtyard which included the pool and interior grounds. Via a 5 minute walk, you are either at the convention center or the Vegas rail system station. Both are across the street. There are decent dining spots all within a 10-15 minute walk too. If you want to avoid the hassle and congestion of the Vegas strip, I would highly recommend the property. Staff was incredible too. Friendly, informative and made the week-long stay really enjoyable.

I liked everything about my stay here .

Everything went smoothly and our stay was extremely comfortable. The only issue I had was that on our checkout day, the housekeeping staff kept knocking on our door and leaving before we answered. She did that three times! She made is seem like she wanted us to hurry up and leave even though it wasn't 11:30 am yet. Other than that on our last day everything else was perfect. The reception staff was very friendly even other people staying at the hotel were friendly. Overall, I would definitely book another stay. Thank you!

Road noise was annoying. If i stayed again i would choose a room facing the courtyard. All staff was very nice.

Very pleasant staff. Convenient location near the convention center. Strange that such a nice hotel did not have hot water for a shower in the morning. A good stay that was not great because of this significant hiccup.

Nice clean nonsmoking property. Room was OK but a little bit weird. Fancy waterfall faucet in the sink looked pretty but was amazingly noisy. Trying to wash one's hands in the night would wake up everyone. Not a fan of bathroom light switch outside of the bathroom.

Really excellent stay at this hotel. Conveniently located across the street from the convention center, off strip, with free parking. Safe, secure, immaculate! Incredibly comfortable beds. Hot waster, good pressure. Lovely lobby with great little bistro area. Fast and competent check-in. East to add my friend to my reservation. Incredibly gracious and courteous staff. Very clean pool area. Pool deck was new, in excellent condition, and even had an ADA lift for disabled folks—what else can you ask for there? Incredibly, this was absolutely the best Courtyard-level hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and literally surprised and blew me away. Exceeded my expectations at every corner. Would absolutely recommend!! We stayed at this property for 3 nights for the convenience of being located in close proximity to the LV Convention Center. The property itself is dated however, the room we stayed in (2nd floor) has been renovated. We found the inside of our room to be clean and the beds comfortable. The only issues I found was that the sink was extremely loud and the small fridge took over a day to get our drinks cold.
