Met my needs.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights while on a business trip. It was clean and comfortable and the staff was very helpful. There is a nice park across the street if you want to take a leisurely stroll or go for a run.

Kunshan Marriot Review

I've stayed here many times and it's always very nice with very friendly staff and clean consistent accommodations. My only gripe would be internet speed as at times it is fairly quick and other times very slow. I would push to have this improved as many people stay for business and it's important to have good, fast internet during our stays.

Surprised with the conditon

Am comparing this hotel's experience with the SAME courtyard marriott in Shanghai Central. I am not so happy with the experience overall and here are the issues I experienced: 1. Chair for computer desk could not be adjusted in height. Hotel should have checked and fixed this very minor issue right away. 2. Building facility seemed a bit run down. Moreover, the exit door leading to stairs were not allowed due to another hotel occupying 1 floor somewhere in the same building (am guessing 3rd floor). Was suprised to was told to not go through the stairs exit as I like to do the stairs exercise when I was in the other courtyard. 3. The other very surprising thing is I saw a bed bug or something similar (bug) crawling on the bathroom's floor. I was very surprised that I had to quickly squash it.

The Hotel was Very nice! Breakfast was wonderful! Service was Great! When I checked out I noticed that my Bill was for $116 and I was quoted $96 for the nights stay that included breakfast. I am very unhappy about this, that is a $20 difference!

Excellent Hotel, But Needs a Pool!!!!

Great Central hotel, great buffet and Executive Lounge, could do with a pool, would be nice to relax after a hot long working day!!!

Rooms were very nice, good beds (firm but not too bad) Wireless was OK----took a little time to get logged in but seemed to work ok, with few drops. Really good breakfast buffet with Chinese and Western selections.

The staff spoke English and were very polite and helpful. The restaurant was fantastic, the rooms were clean and we enjoyed our time at this hotel.

以目前一晚含一份早餐不到RMB400來說吧，非常超值。床是軟的，非常好睡。網速普通，有時候會頓。早餐普通，但是，可以打包一些東西走，對要上班的人非常友善。

以一晚RMB400塊左右含一個早餐來說，非常超值。雖然，飯店有點年紀了，但是各項設備都尚可。床軟有彈性。酒店網路還算快。房內還有一個沙發。早餐的話，尚可。最大的優點是，還可以打包，非常適合趕時間的旅客。滿推薦的。

벌써 10일 정도는 숙박한 호텔입니다. 근처가 조금 깨끗한 느낌은 덜하지만 한국 식당도 있고 많은 식당이 있어 여러모로 편리합니다 브랜드가 주는 안정감도 있어서 인근의 호텔보다 자주 이용합니다.

客房沒冰箱，mini bar飲料放桌上, 很不專業

금연실임에도 불구하고 담배 냄새가 심했고 쿤산이라는 도시답게 주변은 기대하지마세요. 한식당들이랑 일식당들이 있어서 그나마 다행. 조식도 먹을만하고 과일이랑 요플레같은것들은 봉지에 담아가는 사람들이 있어서 놀랐는데 문제없다고하네요. 참고하세요

주변에 한식당도 많아 편안했습니다.

酒店提供服務與網站標示不實

本次入住昆山萬怡最不開心的一點是網站上標示預訂的房型包含浴缸，但實際上只有淋浴設備，這對極為疲勞且需要放鬆的商務人士是個非常不佳的體驗。更何況我是下午四五點左右Check-in完成一進客房便跟酒店反應了此事，酒店也完全沒有想要幫我換房的打算，只說客房都已經訂滿，但訂房網站上明明就都還訂得到，感覺非常胡謅、不老實。我不知道這應該是歸屬hotels.com或是萬怡的問題，但這對我三天的住宿有了非常不好的印象，這不應該是萬豪集團酒店應該表現的素質。
