Great hotel to stay at. Very clean, close to airport, hospitable staff, great selection of breakfast and dinner buffet. Exceptional great job done by Joise, Jackson, Jerwin, Faisal in making my stay a great one and making me feel welcome everyday. Housekeeping staff did a great job ensuring the room was comfortable and clean. All other team members were brilliant, names too numerous to mention.

BEST AIRPORT HOTEL IN THE WORLD

In America the Courtyards by Marriott are not nearly the quality of your hotel. It appears to be under superior management. The staff were friendly and accommodating. While I am a cigarette smoker, I was made to feel perfectly comfortable in the smoking areas and not treated like an “inferior.” The buffet was simple, but delicious. THE ABSOLUTE BEST AIRPORT HOTEL I have ever experienced!

Property was beautiful but the staff was not what I expected. I called several times for help with the luggage and no one came. 20 min later my family and I did it ourselves. If we had waited longer, we would have missed our flight. I felt that the other Mariott at lulu center had more courteous staff .

Clean facilities, very close to the airport, friendly staff, very good swimming pool and hot tub, safe.

It was too far from shopping and transportation was expensive. Staff was excellent including reception and dining

Never stay here

Worst hotel experience. They host extremely loud events that makes it impossible to sleep or even hear the tv in your own room. And they provided no notice that an event would be taking place.

My mother stayed here for one night before her flight out the next day. She was very complimentary about the food, service, and her overall experience. She took their shuttle to the airport and the driver was punctual, and even made sure she was situated in the wheelchair before he left.

this is a very nice place to stay overnight before a flight out of the conveniently located Kochi airport. Staff is friendly and helpful. We had an affordable priced package that included both the dinner buffet and breakfast buffet. Our room was comfortable enough. I'd definitely stay here again if needed

The restaurant’s food and service were outstanding! The hotel is clean and modern.

The room was very comfortable and the shower was amazing . I felt relaxed and rested . The staff were helpful . The carpet in the foyer had stains and I brought this to the attention of the manager and he said he was aware of it and they were going to change it .

They did not have liquor license . So no cocktails . Food was average . Just a convient place to sleep near airport

A great one night stay.

The hotel is very convenient for Kochi airport, just a 5 minute ride away. The hotel offers a complimentary pick up and drop off service, which we found very useful. The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable. The big plus for recommending this hotel is its staff. Every single one of them is amazing. They are all without exception genuinely kind, friendly and really made our stay very enjoyable. A big thank you to Issac in the lounge who looked after us really well. We will definitely return to this hotel when we next visit Kochi.

I stayed here for just a night. I noticed when I flipped my pillow over that it had stains all over. Not sure how long it had not been cleaned. Unfortunately not too many choices if you want to stay somewhere decent near Kochi airport…

This is the second time we stayed with courtyard Marriot Cochin for one night from 13/02 to 14 /02. Terrible experience in terms of breakfast service. The breakfast service supposed to start at 6:30 am but unfortunately there was no staff member to seat us at 06:30 when we present ourselves at the entrance. There was a staff member setting up the buffet and he pretended not seen us and continued working with buffet, after a while another male staff member rocked up from the kitchen and seated us. The buffet was not fully functional even at 06:45am. We started our breakfast but no one seemed to be providing us service. I had to approach one of the staff member to place order omelette and tea. I waited around 20 mins for the omelette because the waiter was not placed the order on time. We could not have that omelette because it was terrible and runny.I complained to a lady who was in a grey suit and she was unsure what to say to me. It is fair to expect premium service for a premium price. You are an airport hotel so you need to be punctual Anyway never again with courtyard Marriot.

Hotel is ideal for an overnight stay ahead of a flight. Excellent buffet with plenty of choice Room was very clean. Service throughout was excellent.

I can not wait to come back. I felt like royalty. The personalized service was amazing and the food was absolutely a delight! It was a fabulous experience.

Quality of service by the hotel staff was excellent ! Very helpful, friendly and prompt in providing assistance. Breakfast spread was good except that most of the options were South Indian or Indian in general. Very limited continental, English or American options. Transportation using services like UBER didn't work well. However, the hotel staff promptly helped with hotel cars and vans when needed. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. A few minor details need to be looked into to improve some aspects. The gym was excellent with very good equipment

The staff are struggling to match the prices charged for services. The property (near the airport) appears to be struggling to keep up with what it takes to be a 5-star service hotel. Equipment was not working. When requested, staff took a long time to respond. At room servicing, broken equipment was left behind in the middle of the room. The experience at check-in was poor.

The staff on the other hand left a lot to be desired; by far the most inefficient and unhelpful set of folks at the front desk; checkin took close to 30 min in spite of me being the only person at the counter and they did not even give me the room that I booked. It was my first stay at Courtyard by Marriott Kochi Airport.I was travelling with my family and it was a very nice experience. The airport pickup was very prompt and the check-in was quick. The room was comfortable and all the staff were very friendly and helpful especially the staff and chefs at their restaurant.The breakfast buffet had a good variety and was tasty.Highly recommended place to stay for business and leisure.

One night stay

We had a lovely stay.everything was perfect from the time we got picked up from the airport till our check out..the entire stay was pleasant and the credit goes to the entire team of staffs.the staff who came to pick us up was friendly and courteous even the driver took an effort to make a pleasant conversation with us,the check in process was so smooth. As it was a long flight and due to jet lag we were so tired and so didn't bother to leave the room,the in room services menu really helped and thoroughly enjoyed the kitchadi(which tasted exactly like how we make at hime,was very comforting). Have to definitely mention abt the breakfast...it had a wonderful range of items..we devoured the Indian section more than the continental as we were away from home For quite sometime then.,would like to make a special mention abt chef Shama.she was very friendly and attentive to the guests,she made a pleasant conversation and also noticed that I haven't tried the Ella adai and took an effort to get us some..at the end of our meal the entire team surprised us with a lovely cake.. these gestures show how much effort the staffs take to make the guests feel special and comfortable..I felt completely pampered and looked after..kudos to staffs and the management.keep up the spirit and continue doing this wonderful job.Would def love to visit again.

Nice and clean hotel. very conveniently next to the airport with great airport shuttle service. Very nice and helpful staff.

I like the location because it is very near to the airport. However, the receptionists are bad behavior. Check in was slow and deliberately make you wait for a long time in the lobby. The food collection in the breakfast buffet isnice but the service is slow and bad.

Quite disappointed

Not so good, as the house keeping was non existent, it took 2-3 calls to the ‘at your service’ before someone came to your room. Bathroom shower was broken, water was spraying all over. Wash basin faucets were stained, not cleaned in a while. Lobby service staff were the only saving Grace. There were many of them and very friendly too. But overall it was a disappointment for the price you pay for staying there.

Except for the thick rug in the room, which was dirty and stained, rest were all fine. Quite a nice place, very near the intl airport. Pool view was good. Staff were quite efficient and friendly. Will definitely stay there again.

The food was great, large variety of dishes for dinner/breakfast buffet and large menu for lunch. The room was great, well decorated, spacious, clean, quiet. Early morning shuttle to the airport. Recommended hotel! Expedia you are providing poor service to your customers! We are lucky the hotel is leading in level of service un like Expedia customer service.

A really outstanding option for staying overnight when arriving late or leaving early from Kochi International Airport. Great restaurant, comfortable rooms, excellent fitness center, friendly staff, efficient airport pickup. This hotel has consistently delivered excellent service over many visits.

We arrived at 9pm so didn't get to explore much of the hotel. Check-in was smooth. The room was fine. We'd asked for an extra bed but it took over an hour to get it. The housekeeping person was very nice but the problem is that the hotel is understaffed. Hence the delays. I was disappointed that though we'd booked a room for 3 and arrived so late, the bed wasn't set up. There wasn't enough tea and coffee in the room, but that was brought by housekeeping without much delay. The pool timings are from 9 am which is late, unless you have nothing to do in the morning. The pool wasn't fully clean; there was a light covering of dust, insects and dirt. It wasn't cleaned until we left around 11am. Breakfast was really good. There was a good range of dishes. Waiting staff were prompt and discreet. They didn't interrupt us but were there when we needed anything. Kansom looked after our table and he was excellent. At the end, they got us a complimentary pastry. As we were getting our luggage into the car, the reception staff Vyshnavi chatted with us. She was lovely.
