Check in was easy and fast! The gal at the desk was super friendly too! Our room was clean with no issues.

Nice friendly clean property

We switched to this hotel from a shoddy one, and we could not have been happier with our choice. We got a suite and felt like we were living in luxury. It's clean and modern, and all the staff we encountered were amazing. I cannot say enough good things about this experience!

The a/c and heating is very odd and our first room it didn’t work. Had to switch to another room but wasn’t mush better. The thermostat in the room does not control. The pool area couldn’t be used as it was shut down and when reopened the fumes from the chlorine were too strong.

Great stay

My family lives in Jackson so this wasn’t a vacation visit as there isn’t much to do in the area and not many choices for hotels, but I was pleasantly surprised by this one. Very clean, staff was friendly and attentive. There was a small bar to have some drinks before family time, but also a delicious Chinese restaurant and another restaurant/bar with local beer are both within walking distance. The room was comfortable and just way more than I expected. It’s not the 5 star resort you’d expect in a vacation destination, but for the area it’s in, they’re doing everything right.

Very nice place. The only thing that I'd suggest is to improve the morning bar staff. I travel for business and need to be in and out quick. Quck is not the level of service you can expect here

Hotel and room clean and staff friendly. Loved the fitness room, which was better than most hotels. Eco friendly did mean lower water pressure in shower, which was a bit of a bummer. Starbucks on site was always 10 deep in customers with only 2 employees. I went to nearby Bigby in the mornings.

We stayed for 5 days and 2 of the days we didn't get any coffee for the room and we had to ask for towels. Other than that it was a good stay. Beds were comfortable.

Such a beautiful hotel

Only thing we dont like is we have to ask for towels at the desk and return them for the pool. Just a unwanted hassle. And their starbucks only does hot drinks. Its already hot out and its nice to get a cold frappe or other. Love they have a mini store and security is a peace of mind. Rooms were nice just weird how they have the tv angled in the room from bed.

I didnt like the fact we have to go to the front desk and ask for pool towels and than return them back to front desk afterwards. Such a hassle and still wet ofter the pool. Wish their starbucks did cold drinks too. Wish they did room service. I do love their security and clean rooms. And pool and hot tub was nice.

Pool towels were treated like gold and had to be returned pronto or you were charged. I don't like being in the main lobbey in a bathing suit returning some stupid towels. Also no complimentary coffee in lobby in the morning. Really? I would have expected more from a Marriot.

I needed a last minute room and not only did they accommodate my family, they were so compacionate and understanding of our needs (my husband is on peritoneal dialysis) the room was so spacious and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were EXACTLY what i wanted.

My family of 5 were in town for a funeral and stayed 3 nights. Staff were very welcoming and friendly and the building is beautiful. Our room was just what we needed, we'd gladly stay again if we ever end up in Jackson in the future. Beds were comfy, rooms were very clean. Hot tub and pool were great as well! The whole family had a great experience. Thank you!

Exactly what we needed for a one night stay while in the area.

The property was new, clean and well taken care of. The staff was friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the cafe and coffe shop.

Very clean hotel

This hotel is best described by a quick flip house that appears to have good cosmetics but isn’t in good shape. Limited airflow in room and controlled by old style unit. One of elevators wasn’t working and wouldn’t be serviced for two days. Thin ceiling where room above us sounded like a herd of elephants. Shower flow was extremely limited. Hot tub had too much chemicals causing illness. Loud parties and staff were limited on their responses. Spacious area in the suite but the curved loveseat wasn’t comfortable. I would pass on this hotel if going to this area in the future.

Very clean hotel. I even observed the cleaning person in the am cleaning the gym and pool room and it did a good job. Oh the pool room and hot tub are amazing. They both have color changing lights and it is so beautiful

Our room was clean and current. The lobby and dining spaces were great. The staff was really friendly. The food was good. I would stay there again. No complaints. I only docked stars for access to the hotel. The entry drive was under construction and a little rough on the car. No doubt that will be fixed in short time.

Great experience at this hotel

Really helpful staff and very clean

Overall the stay was good. Stayed in a suite with 4 kids so planned to use the pullout sofa bed and found the fitted mattress pad was on the mattress already folded up in the sofa and dirty. Went in the closet for a change and there was only a duvet with no sheets or anything else. Went to the front desk after hours and they could not replace or wash any bedding, just gave me new sheets. Also had a $10 incidentals charge pop up just a couple hours before check-in. We only checked-in, dropped stuff in the room, and went to dinner. During dinner had the charge come across my phone. Called the hotel after check-out (because I forgot to ask while we were there) and nobody could tell me why there was a charge placed on my card. Still waiting to see if it's reversed or goes through but the hotel says they don't show it on their end so it should be reversed. Should be able to tell me EXACTLY why a charge is placed on my card though.

Clean and queit

I was charged twice. I already paid through Expedia and they are saying they can’t give me a refund until morning. Very frustrating. Also asked for a room with a sofa bed and did not get that. Very disappointed for how much I paid and I’ve been charged twice.

I had a dog they are not pet friendly the girl working at the desk said I could stay because of the snow storm no problem a couple days later they charged my card a extra$250 Jay who I spoke to was very rude

Best hotel in Jackson

Large bathroom/shower. Comfortable bed. Very few TV channels. Food is expensive and no free coffee in the lobby. Not worth the higher price compared to other hotels.

We liked the modern conveniences in our room. The shower was a bit anemic and drafty without a door.

The beds are the most comfortable ever! Very clean motel & friendly staff. The bar/restaurant is very nice with good food as is the pool/hot tub. The chlorine wasnt as strong this stay which was much better. My daughter & grandaughter got to enjoy the outdoor covered gas firepit that is very pretty! Always a great stay at The Courtyard by Marriott.

Air conditioner didn’t work throughout the time we were there. We requested housekeeping and even called in the afternoon to verify specifically one day. After paying for 4 nights we didn’t get housekeeping in our room once. :(

My daughter was pricked by a sewing needle in the couch cushion. Very small room for a family. No towels in the pool area. Expensive breakfast options. Apathetic staff.

Warm and humid

While the hotel was esthetically decorated, it was incredibly warm and humid, both in the hallway and our room. This made getting ready for the wedding we were attending really difficult. Other than this we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend the breakfast quesadilla.
