This hotel is clean, the staff is very helpful and friendly. It is conveniently located. I always feel safer staying here.

This hotel is lovely. Quiet, convenient to freeway, but no freeway noise. The staff is friendly, efficient, and professional. Charisse in the Bistro was awesome! And the breakfast was delicious! We highly recommend!

Easy to get to and surrounded by lits of oprions.

Staff was just basic. Not mean or rude, but not friendly either. Property was nice with decent sized room.

Just very easy to check in after a long trip. Get to relax and enjoy the evening.

As a Marriott member, I must say that this Courtyard hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was exceptionally courteous and accommodating, and the facilities were impeccable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Thin walls

Walls are super thin. We could hear every step the room above us took. The AC was either freezing or hot. Hair dryer didn’t work.

Sofa was more comfortable than the bed but was still a great room. Spacious. Temp control was fast. Was right by elevator and noisy but that’s expected. I need to remember to request not next to elevator in next trip. Location is unmatched!! What a great location!

Overall this was a good hotel. However, I hate these new tv’s that aren’t friendly to firesticks. I couldn’t control the volume of my firestick with the remote for the tv box thing. So I had to use the limited apps on the tv. Luckily I do use Netflix. These restrictions are stupid and will make me consider other hotels in the future.

Got the wrong room. Took forever to get things worked out. Window was leaking we in rained. Restaurant was not open when they said it would be. Very disappointing

Wonderful weekend

My family and I loved our stay. The hotel was exceptional, the room was pristine, the service was excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning!

Nice little hideaway hotel. Plenty of option for dining. We stayed 3 days for a wedding and had a ball! Would recommend and would stay again.

This property is located in a brand new office park. The location is very well lit at night and very clean. It's right off the I45 and is very well located for easy access.

Business trip

Good stay for a short business trip to visit companies in the area.

It was a great location. The bummer was the bar wasn’t open. It was a Saturday night on a holiday weekend. If the bar isn’t open then, is it ever? There were over 20 people hanging out in the lobby. The bar would have been nice. Check-in/out staff was great. Beds comfy.

I’m loving the redesigned Courtyard hotels! There room amenities are comfy and the mini Starbucks bars in the lobby are so nice in the morning when you want a quick coffee and breakfast. The staff has been excellent at the two Courtyards I visited recently. It makes me look for this brand when we travel and I don’t mind paying a little more for a consistently great experience. Special shout out to Julia at the Spring, TX location. She saw me in the lobby waiting for the coffee bar to open and she made sure I had a cup of coffee while I waited. So nice and unexpected!

The breakfast service was inefficient and slow. This was not the fault of the staff, who were attentive--it just took a long time to process people who waited 10 minutes in line to place an order, then another 15 minutes to receive their food.

It was a nice stay. The bathroom showers are starting to see some aging and/or not being cleaned properly with required solutions to water usage.

I did not like that there was not any food there. The breakfast buffet started after I left because I had to be at work at 7am and the breakfast started at 6:30am I left at 6:15. very hungry the entire trip...

Definitely Stay Here

My stay was fantastic. I visit the area a lot for softball tournaments and this hotel was a quick drive from the fields. It is in a very nice and quiet area, clean streets, and felt very safe. The hotel parking lot and lobby were exceptionally clean. The staff was informative and helpful. The room was very nice and probably one of the best courtyard's I have stayed in. I will definitely only be staying here from now on while in the Springwoods area.

This was one of the most spacious, quiet, clean, and comfortable hotels that I had been in while. The staff was professional! My cousin and I really enjoyed our stay!

It was hot I changed rooms due to room not cooling off and that one cooled off but didn't get cold so still woke up sweating. I feel like for the price it should have at least been that ...not worth the money

The hotel and my stay was amazing, but very disappointed at hotels.com. I had an offer I couldn’t cash on and the customer service was awful. No answer after 45 minute waiting on the phone.

Asked for a quiet room and was placed by the pool that was full of guests. Got switched to a room with stained sheets. Then moved to a 3rd room where the tv didn’t work the entire time.

Great stay overall

We had a very nice stay. We were in town to visit family so we weren't in the room very much but when we were, it was comfortable. The only issue we had were about 6 millipedes in our room. We just picked them up with tissue and disposed of them so it wasn't a big deal. Also, keep in mind that you are in the Houston area and bugs are a part of the package. Overall, great place!

Great staff, great location, some upkeep lacking. Upon arrival television not working and as a.c. kicked on, room smelled a bit musty. Sheets and pillowcases had rips, carpet stained, bathroom could have been cleaner. Staff fixed tv the nextday, and were friendly and responsive. Overall good value for price point, and friendly staff balances out lack of frills and upkeep.

Comfortable hotel stay - recommend this location

Stayed one night in this location because it was near a venue where we were attending a 10 year anniversary celebration. It worked out perfectly; we just took a short Uber ride to avoid drinking and driving later in the evening. This hotel appeared to be a newer property and was in very good condition. The bed was comfortable and room was spacious with amenities including refrigerator and coffee maker. My only complaint is the duvet on the bed was a bit too heavy and I got hot during the night. Otherwise it was a positive experience.

Never again!

It was terrible!!! Called downstairs as someone was fighting above me at 5am, screaming crying sounded as if they were breaking stuff then around 9am the fire alarm went off and stayed on until it was time for my check out. Attempted to call downstairs and no answer. Checked out and no one was downstairs had to leave my key on the counter. Very unprofessional for the price.

Bridal Shower

Booked an overnight stay for my wife and mom who attended a bridal shower in the area. They loved the accommodations! Lobby is beautiful! Linens, and bath products are exquisite! Very professional and courteous staff. We'll book again for the wedding stay!

Well run facility with friendly staff including those that are not customer facing such as cleaning and maintenance employees. The Courtyard concept is a very well designed and configured for the price point. I am always pleasantly surprised by the small details at these properties clean efficient and highly functional.

Great location if you are in Houston for business. Right next to HP and Exxon Energy Center. Otherwise it is very removed from everything.

I enjoyed my stay. Very quiet. Now the only thing that I noticed is the king size bed seemed smaller than my king size bed at home. Maybe it's just me....lol

The staff were polite. The room was nice and the bedd were very comfortable. The walls were very thin so you could hear everything. I was really surprised and disappointed how parents and staff allowed kids to run and be loud throughout the hallways, especially at night. I would definitely come back, however I will request a room that is not an adjoining room and not next to the elevator.

I had commented on my first night on the check in survey that the ironing board pad was worn out and the iron was leaking water. Within an hour, the night duty manager delivered a new pad and iron. That's service!

We were surprised to learn that the Bistro and the Bar were not open -- likely due to a lack of staff-- would have been nice to have been told this before we arrived...

The layout of the hotel was awesome. Would have liked the option to have Breakfast without having to pay for it at the bistro.

I stayed here for an event at a nearby convention center. The location was great for that, but for Houston or Spring sight seeing make sure you have a car. The staff were great and the hotel and facilities are new. I would stay again.

hidden away

We were visiting to see our son, and was looking for somewhere to stay, haven't been in the area for years, very surprised that it has grown, we chose to stay at this hotel because we have stayed at many Marriott hotels. For it to be 5 years old, it looks very new, we had a handicap room, very close to a Krogers grocery store and other shops. We had very comfortable queen beds, clean room and bathroom. We enjoyed our stay.

Not worth the money!

Upon getting to the hotel, the front desk receptionist walked away as she saw us walking into the hotel. After waiting 10 minutes we were assisted, after heading to our room getting off on the second floor we could smell nothing but smoke. Once getting into the room we called the front desk and they advise if they are a smoke free property which is not the case. On top of that pillowcases had hair on them, shower walls did as well and there were weird stains all over the sofa and the Ottoman. Call the front desk to let them know about the dirtiness of the room they advise that they could not send anybody up and that they would check the laundry to see if they had any extra pillowcases but I would have to come to the front desk for that. Completely disrespectful.Ended up leaving the hotel at 3 AM due to the overwhelming odor from the hallway. Hotel refused to issue a refund, and hotels.com wanted to offer us a $25 credit for another stay in the future. Not sure why anybody would want to rebook through them if they’re not even willing to take care of a customer when something that ridiculous occurs.

Great one night getaway!!

Great one night getaway with the wife. Hotel is perfect distance from everything we wanted to do that night. Bed was comfortable and the overall room experience was pleasant. Only complaint I have is that our checkin felt kinda rushed and we weren’t told when breakfast was and when checkout was. I had the free breakfast option but ended up having to pay for breakfast anyway. But other than that would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in this area.

Nice property in a quiet desired area of Spring, Tx. I will stay here again as long as there isn’t another baseball tournament in town with other loud hotel guests.

Always have had good experiences with Coutyard ans this was no exception. Easy quick check-in, friendly staff, very clean hotel, and bed was super comfortable. Highly recommend if you're looking for a place to stay in this area.

I’ve stayed at your hotel many times and that’s why I returned. However the woman working the front desk yesterday 9/18 appeared to be very RACIST! She was very rude. I also witnessed her treat other minorities the same. Not good Courtyard Marriott. All paying customers should be treated with respect.

Very friendly staff and room was very clean.

Front desk staff friendly and professional. Housekeeping staff not doing a good job: Room 135 could use a very detailed cleaning…. Pet hairs was on the ottoman and couch; room smelled of wet dog; stains on the couch; full hand prints on the walls in bathroom, found used bandaid on floor next to nightstand, found a sock under the ottoman. None of which was removed after requesting housekeeping to fix those things.

Overall great stay with two exceptions.

Our stay overall was great. The two complaints I have are how completely hard the bed was. The bed was very uncomfortable. The second is that there was not a complimentary breakfast. We had to pay for food off of a very limited menu. Other than those two things, everything else was great. Staff were friendly, and the hotel was clean, the outside courtyard was comfortable to sit and the pool was warm.

Fantastic accommodations!

Just completed a 2-week road trip; this stay was for our anniversary and turns out we saved the best for last! The accommodations were wonderful in every way!
