Nice clean rooms for friendly stuff. Great location near NRG.

Absolutely loved it.

Wow. First hotel i have been to in a long time that did everything right.

It was okay, but they don't serve a free breakfast and they charged 10.00 extra for parking on top of the room, which is crazy in my opinion. Room was nice, comfortable and clean, probably wouldn't stay again because of the parking fee and no free breakfast.

Everything by was awesome! We did randomly find a clump of fake lashes on our sheets though, strange and super funny but not off putting! Thank you for your amazing service!

They mailed my ID back that I left behind. I didn't even know it was missing until i received it. Thank you so much!

Hotel is very nice and staff at check in was very friendly! Hotel is conveniently located next to a grocery store and a lot of restaurants.

Poor hotel

Try not to book to this hotel, staff are not cocern to their guest, not secured for parking, they don’t even bother to call you that your car got robbed at their parking lot, jan 23,2025 we book to this hotel for one night the next day our car broke the windows and 2 other more, but none of the staff even give us heads up even police already god there, not untill we check out, thats the time we saw our car door window is broken.. never really expect that this kind of hotel doesn’t have even cctv in their parking lot! Never ever gonna go back to this place, so, please don’t ever try to stay here better yet try to find somewhere else that has securty fos your safety..

Only stayed night due to early surgery. We arrived after 9 pm and were out by 5:30 am, so all we saw was lobby and bed. Shower was nice. Met requirements of our stay.

The Hotel is nearby the Medical Service Area. There are Parking Area and The Breakfast Service is not available.

The front desk lady who checked us in needs serious customer service training.

I enjoyed staying here. The folks working there were helpful, its right next door to a Kroger, and it was quiet at night.

Parking and staff was great. Clean, quiet all and all good experience. Came out with my daughter to tour UH.

Liked the availability of a shuttle for rides to places 3 miles or less. Loved the proximity to NRG Stadium and restaurants

We ALWAYS stay here when we have appointments at MD Anderson which is a testament to how much we like this hotel. It’s clean, good service and only a mile or two to MDA.

Great place to stay if your goimg to NRG to see a game. HIGHLY recomend it to anyone looking for a good place to stay.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The only problem was the parking. Apparently, they have started to lock the gate to the parking area but did not notify me that the gate would be locked or how to unlock it.

Overall it was excellent but the back access to the hotels doors did not work to enter the hotel and in the morning their was no hot water for the shower.

Texans v Dolphins

Road trip to Houston for the Texans game. Overall the hotel is fine and does the job - not a ton of frills. The upside: close to stadium, small bar at night / Starbucks in the morning, next to Kroger and lots of delivery options. Downside: slow elevators, rooms a little outdated, small TVs in room

I enjoyed my stay here everytime I come. It’s always very nice and staff are friendly.

Early Christmas Gift!

We came to bring Father in Law for his first NFL game. Perfect shuttle service to the game! Comfy bed. Water pressure AMAZING! Friendly service! Continental Breakfast and MORE parking would be nice.

The room was nice but the bathroom tub was no clean

Very convenient to NRG Stadium, they offer shuttle service but not worth the cost. Lobby is clean but room bedding smells like it’s never changed, I couldn’t sleep because bedding smelled horrible, rooms are very dated.

Only here for the night. Very nice place. Only complaint is the tv is so small. I had problem watching it

This property is reasonably priced and is blessed with extremely friendly & helpful staff. The property as a whole does show it's wear & tear. For example broken chairs around the pool, damaged cabinetry in rooms, drapes with holes but that said is very clean and I would stay in the property again. It is conveniently located close to the Medical district and NRG stadium and does not price gouge on game days.

Everything was fine; however, the front desk gentleman that attended to us did not greet us whatsoever…he went right into the transaction. This is not the first time either. We stay at this hotel whenever I’m up for my medical appointments in Houston medical center and this “no greet” at this hotel seems to be the norm.

The sofa in the room was torn on the cuhions and the wayer for the shower came out too hut and when it was lowered it wasvwarm and then became cold. Also,the ice machine had oly a couple of pieces of ice come out of the machine.

Great hospitality and clean

Great hotel room and nice staff. The only thing the room needs is probably providing lotion. But I understand they wanted to get rid of small packages.

Everything was exceptional and very clean almost like we were at home. Thank you for your hospitality.

First time here for visit to MDA. Will stay here again. Chris at the front desk and Perry at the bar/bistro where great and accommodating.

Awesome stay

My stay was awesome because of the desk clerk there by the name of Paris. She was professional, caring, and intentive. Her hospitality skills were far and beyond while we waited for check in. I definitely would recommend staying at this hotel. Thank you again Paris and God bless you.

Loved it all

None of the doors near the parking lot worked, so we had to walk all the way around. My son is disabled, so this was very inconvenient.

Clean rooms good price near MD Anderson.

Right off the bat, we are wanting to check in and the front desk clerk was nowhere to be found for 10 minutes. We get to our room and the toilet is dirty, the tv is much smaller than it is in the pictures, the comforter looks like it hasn’t been washed, the couch looks either really old or dirty, and also the parking lot was sketchy (we arrived at night). We go to the jacuzzi, it is 10:06 (pool closes at 10), and one of the staff starts yelling at us from the entrance of the pool to get out. Instead of coming to us and asking us to leave which we would have done, she just yelled at us multiple times. The AC in our room was not the best, and the majority of the night was warm even though we set the thermostat at 65. And to top off the already bad stay, it was 11:52, check out is at 12:00, someone came into our room without knocking. I went to the front desk and told the lady in the front about everything that happened and she said she would handle it, but did not type or write anything down or ask me for the room number or my name- so we know that means, nothing will be done.

It was very nice and pleasant stay.

Everything was great would gladly stay there again.

Two nights in Houston

Very clean and nice room. However the TV channels list was limited, no sports with the US Open (tennis).

Excellent rooms and clean environment

They had underground parking which was nice. Felt like the car was safer in that garage. Also, the Metro Rail is very close. You can walk there or take a Lyft (about 4 min ride). I didnt really look at the facilities much but I did see they had a gym and a pool. I would definitely stay at this place again.

I had a wonderful experience at the location the beds are very comfortable.

The location was convenient for our event. And, I love being able to watch Netflix on the TV.

Only one washer and one dryer working in laundry room. Only one elevator working.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Excellent location for events at NRG!! Convenient walk to Kroger for snacks and adult beverages by the pool since the hotel bar doesn’t open until evening.

Close to NRG

Not the friendliest staff. We did appreciate the close proximity to the stadium. We walked to and from and did not have any safety concerns. Our toilet was not working upon arrival but this was quickly fixed. We would return again if visiting NRG.

This is our 3rd recent stay at this hotel. This last trip was disappointing mainly because of pool area. Trash on ground, lady with four kids who was clearly not staying on property (may have been worker bringing relatives) and kept letting other people in from side gate. They were all smoking and letting the kids run wild diving in and running and yelling. We paid a-lot of money to enjoy this hotel and amenities so they need to monitor to make sure it is not being used by outside people who do not have respect for the paying guests or property

The hotel and room was clean. The customer service needs improvement. The front desk clerk was dismissive and didn't seem too happy when we said there was an issue with the toliet. When leaving the hotel lobby we said thank you for everything and the clerk did not even acknowledge us. There was no one at the desk so it wasn't as if they were busy. I would stay there again because of the convenience and its cleanness. The only issue is the customer service.

Tinted tub water at turn on

Stay was great but tub water has a rust tint to it when it first comes out and then clears up immediately. Time to filter or change old pipes.

Not what I booked

First the bad, I reserved for two queen beds, they gave me a room with a king, which was not an open since there were four people in the room. The desk operator did a great job of scrambling to get me a room with more than one bed, literally the only available room in the hotel. We ended up with a king and two pullout coach twins. The desk operator saved the experience for me.

Overall good place to stay. Clean rooms, nice facilities. Was walkable to NRG but the area is a little rough so would not walk alone or in small groups. Hotel was very nice though.

Not a quality expected from Marriott. Had to change the room since the AC wasn't working. Almost wasted 2 hours due to AC. phone in the room wasn't working to call the reception. Lift had broken button. Repair guy did almost nothing and said AC will work in 20 mins, but it didn’t. Reception staff was a gentleman and helpful to change the room. Wish the rooms are checked thoroughly before giving to any customer

When I arrived at the hotel there was no power, so I didn’t get to stay there. Can I please have a refund!!
