Pull out bed is a tiny, non-padded mattress that comes out of a chair. Pillow provided for pull out large yellow stain and only one pillow left to replace in whole hotel not even a whole pillow. Halls smell. Could use some work to make stay more pleasant. No breakfast available at 730 AM.

We arrive at 1 am after a long drive and were given a room that wasn’t clean. I went to the front desk to alert management and no one was there. I wandered around the lobby looking for someone and finally found the woman who checked us in outside smoking. I was exhausted after a long drive and just wanted to retire to a clean bed. There weren’t any other king bedrooms available and we were given a room with two full beds. Not what I had booked. Very very disappointed with the service at this hotel.

Checked into the hotel and I’m pretty sure we were inconveniencing the lady at the front desk. After checking in I discovered my door was broken. Look like a pre-existing condition that was overlooked. Took me almost 5 minutes to get back into my room so I can get my stuff out to go down to the lobby to switch rooms. Also inconveniencing the lady at the front desk. After explaining everything to her, she did not apologize for the inconvenience at all. After getting to New room, I realized that the curtains were ripped in the store you had to actually pull closed. It did not swing shut. Which to me is a safety hazard. There was strings up on the carpet that my luggage got caught on, and I almost tripped. Expressing all of this to the front desk in the morning, they did not even care at all. The entire hotel smelled of mold, They definitely need to invest in some Dehumidifiers.

The property was ok. The actual stay was not. The power went out at about 9:45 pm. The fire alarms was trigger due to this at about 11:00. The fire alarm went on and off sporadically for around an hour and a half before the fire department showed up and turned it off. This made for an extremely poor experience. Hopefully it was just a one time thing but I probably won’t be staying there again.

You may want to schedule the pool guy after a large travel boys baseball team take over the pool. It really needed to be shocked on Sunday. Also, let people know ahead of time that the hot tub is out. Looks like it’s been out for awhile. Otherwise, comfy bed. I ended up buying a pillow since the pillows are way too soft. Staff was super nice….right down to the chamber maids!

Rooms are ok. Common areas are just okay. Hallways are beat up a bit. Our room was not ready until 6:30. We checked in but had to be moved to a different room as a result of some mix up. New room had toilet that would not flush. No breakfast offered in the morning. Only coffee. I expected a bit more from a Courtyard property. I won’t stay there again.

Would be nice if the TVs in the hotel offered streaming services. Yall charge $100 a night, it wouldn’t hurt to upgrade things. Most people stream stuff now of days, it’s not that outlandish to consider. Hope you get with the times! the stay was great.

Just so so

I paid extra for a pure room and did not get one with our room. they weren’t able to bring a unit to our room. Not sure how to get a refund for that since I booked through this site instead of with the actual hotel. Our fridge wasn’t working and the front desk guy said most of them don’t work… he did give us an extra ice bucket to use. Our bathroom was clean but looked pretty grimey. Over all it was just okay… disappointing for a Marriott

The most important thing I look for in a hotel stay is breakfast. Even though it showed free breakfast on Hotels.com and the Marriott website, there was none. In addition, I had booked a small suite, but was given only a regular King room. The next time I have to be in Columbus, Indiana, I'm going to look elsewhere.

A great stay.

It was nice! We enjoyed the small balcony that we had with our suite. We had one small problem with the smoke detecor battery causing it to start chirping, but they had it taken care of in less than 30 minutes. We don't view this as an issue by them as you never know when this will happen.

The Bistro wasn't open, which wasn't disclosed prior to stay and is one of the major reasons I stay at Courtyard properties. In addition, the facility must have had some sort of maintenance issue with the Bistro as industrial fans could be heard in that area plus the hotel smelled of mold not only downstairs near the Bistro, but through the AC in my room.

Was pretty disappointed that the breakfast bar was closed and there wasn't anything at all. Not even pastries or fruit, just coffee. For the price to stay at a Marriott you guys need to do better. Even the cheaper hotels provide guests with something.

Booked through Expedia for 2 rooms each with a King bed. When we got up to our rooms both of them had two double beds. Paid a little extra to get king beds and didn’t even get them. Also, the AC didn’t work very well and one of the rooms was uncomfortably hot.

Three strikes

Booked a king room with sofa pull out and was provided two fulls with no change in the price we paid. I asked the attendant when we checked in if our room had a balcony as I did not select a balcony room because we had a young child with us. I was told no our room did not. When we got up to our room it did in fact have a balcony. The hot tub was not working, the floor we stayed on did not have an ice machine so we had to go to the first floor to get ice. The faucet in the shower was pulled away and loose from the wall. When we got in the shower the water didn’t get warmer than luke warm. None of the trash cans in the room had bags. When we got back after a day of baseball we found house keeping did not come to our room at all. We were told she had “left” whatever that meant. It was a disaster. For another $40 we could’ve stayed up the road and had hot water, clean linens and a king size bed and a sofa with a pull out.

Overall very nice 👍

The pool was closed, so that was kind of a bummer. They switched us from a king size to a double room but they gave us a room with a nice balcony so that was nice. The AC and the mini fridge both made a lot of noise when they ran. But the room was very clean and the bed was pretty comfortable.

The next morning the "restaurant" was closed again due to illness and still closed later in the evening. Upon checkout, no staff at the front desk to help. Disappointing stay.

Perfect for a quick overnight.

Check in went smoothly, but when we got to our room it was not what we booked. We booked a king bed and got 2 doubles, wasn't the cleanest, no mention on website or in person that the pool was closed. Fire alarms went off and we had to evacuate around 9 in the morning. Would not recommend.

We booked a king room through hotels.com. Check in to find no king rooms available. Which I paid extra for. Had to go to a two double bed room. Manager did work with us, nice guy but my card had already been charged when I booked from Hotels.com. Not much he can do. He was willing to give us a lower price but I need Hotels.com to drop the charge they put on my card. Beds were small. Toilet stopped working. Other than that. It was ok

The staff at the desk was extremely courteous and helpful to me. The first assigned room was on first floor. The hallway was very warm, and the room had overall body odor smell. After entering the room, sat bags down. Then decided not staying in room with bad body odor smell. I requested room change to 2nd floor, citing heat in the hallway and room on 1st floor. I did not mention odor. The lady was very gracious, helped carry bags as I was overloaded, and later went back to 1st room to retrieve a backpack left when I switched rooms. Very kind staff who went out of her way to help create a good night stay for me. I hope someone repays her kindness if she decides to travel. Thank you to the night desk manager on duty evening of June 1st.

Room and accomodations were clean and nice. Staff was friendly. Attempted to park on side of building but was a little put off by four people watching us closely at the side entrance of building while we looked for a place to park. Decided to park on other side of building. After check-in we walked up the stairs on side of building rather than using elevator. Definite smell of pot smoke coming in by side door where individuals were standing. Not legal in that state. Other than that, all went well and would stay there again.

Other than the large clump of hair on the shower wall, everything else was very nice. Quiet comfortable and a good location for us. When we left our keys in the room the lady at the desk was very understanding and helpful.

We had a very nice room and it was clean. The lady at the front desk was really nice and helpful. Unfortunately a group from a tournament was staying in the hotel and there were kids running up and down the halls well past midnight. Not the hotels fault at all but it still was annoying

Staff was very friendly and accommodating! Only complaint was the pool area. Peeling paint on the walls and hot tub was closed. Free breakfast was all packed foods, but I don’t think that’s their fault; just COVID rules. Overall, great place!

Nice hotel. The room was nice and clean. We were emailed that the lounge wasn't open, but we were still bummed that it wasn't available, and same with breakfast. There was a small continental breakfast, but it left something to be desired.

Disappointed

Hotel smelt like mold or mildew when entering as well as in room, no cart to take luggage to room, also no hot tub as advertised. We left after finding out, money was not refunded.

Upon arrival the check in staff and a coworker where laughing uncontrolably for quite some time. The check-in took a long time, she said they were out of the King rooms. I said "Mamn I booked the rooms over 2 wks ago. She then said she had one King and she would put us in a suite. Our second room booked for family was a handicap then they moved them to a double bed room. Older property not like the pics. Hot tub did not work and pool was warm and the water was cloudy. Breakfast was a joke with frozen sandwichs microwaved and they ran over from the checkin to throw in a sandwhich as people would come in.
