This was a very nicely laid out hotel room with everything we needed. The entire hotel including the room was very clean! Bed was very comfortable too. Easy to get to anything around OSU or Columbus vicinity easily.

This hotel is perfect! Not too big, and very stylish and clean. We were very pleased with our stay. Enjoyed the morning Starbucks and breakfast from the bistro. I would definitely stay here again!

What is most unique is the staff/team.- The warmth, the friendliness, the welcoming attitude, going above and beyond normal hotel hospitality to make our stay feeling that we were at a "home away from Home" !!

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. The free shuttle was very convienient.

After driving for hours we arrived at the Courtyard late in the evening. The staff was rude and condescending that we arrived late from the moment we got there. It was clear I was bothering her and she did not want to assist us. I have been to many Courtyard's but this was the most unfriendly and unhelpful staff. I wouldn't book here again.

Great location to stay

Our stay at the courtyard by Marriott in Columbus was very pleasant and made easy thanks to a friendly and efficient staff. The room was clean and welcoming with its high ceilings making the stay feel even more like home. Being there on business it is very important to us that our stay is conveniently located and accommodating to our needs and this location did all that very well.

This was a great stay. Very convenient for my purposes.

On-line check-in was fast and easy. The staff person was attentive and pleasant. The common areas were current-looking and attractive. Our room was clean, spacious and functional. The area around the hotel is fine, but felt empty on a weekend. However, a restaurant that we enjoy was an easy five-minute walk and was lively. We were there on a very cold night -- probably near 0 degrees F. The area of the room within a few feet of the through-wall HVAC unit was cool, but the rest of the room was at thermostat temperature and stayed at thermostat temperature throughout the night.

My husband and I came here in 2022 for my work Christmas party and we loved it. We loved it so much we came back and we will continue to return.

I like how clean it was. I didn’t like the pool was closed. I really didn’t like for A big hotel that they only had two Carts for your luggage I’m a senior and my friend It was so hard to carry everything to our room. The food was great!

Everyone was very nice. I had hairs in my shower all different types probably like 7. I called the front desk and a housekeeper came and cleaned it right away.

Comfortable room. Breakfast is nothing to write home about.

Beds are like concrete slabs, and the staff doesn’t like to work. The area is nice, and the location was convenient for the concert we were attending. I’m partial to Marriot properties and a Bonvoy member, but I doubt I would book this one again.

Our stay was great with the exception of breakfast. Breakfast for two was included in our rate but we had to pay for our breakfast the next morning. It was kinda disappointing and expensive.

Stay in Columbus

Room was pleasant and clean. Limited to one elevator as 2nd out of service. Able to check in early which appreciated as traveled most of the day in the rain. Had trouble trying to find entrance and was a challenge. Once acclimated to the area, then no brainier.

We booked this room for my friend's 21st birthday. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were great. Would definitely book again if ever needed.

Beds were excellent, room was spotless, convenient location, tv operation was simple, parking provided directly and free. Cost was not low, but reasonable for the room. Our key cards worked every time. Employees were helpful and friendly. Zero Complaints. Nice restaurant/brewery right nextdoor (HB) that was well patronized but not chaotic.

I like that it's next door to the Hofbrauhaus Columbus and Ohio 315.

We liked the room. Very spacious and clean. We were not happy about the parking. Parking lot a parking garage that was shared with the restaurant and party center next door. Also for the price we paid for the room, the least they could have done was offered a complimentary breakfast. Instead we had to pay for breakfast. Also, there was not microwave in the room.

Very clean and modern rooms. The lighting was really unique and neat. The bathroom was spotless and everything looks brand new. Staff at the front desk were so welcoming.

Property was very clean and safe. Rooms were quite for the most part, except for someone bouncing a ball at 2am. The very very disappointing thing was the beds were like a rock. Didn't sleep due to rock hard beads

Starbucks in the hotel closed at 9:30a. Some of us are not early risers.

Great accommodations

From the moment we checked in this team was was awesome. Got a corner room because it was our anniversary, but that's besides the point.. The facilities were all very clean and that's the most important thing for me. Love the free parking. I would absolutely stay here again for another staycation. Not the best in terms of walking distance to much, but we didn't need it for this stay

Everything was awesome! One suggestion: the black out curtains in my room 427 didn't close all the way and the bright lights from the street outside lit up my room all night. The black out shades should completely close to block out the artificial light.

Very good and clean.

Very clean, updated room. Hard bed though and if there hadn’t been a couch I would have got no sleep. My husband and I took turns sleeping on the small couch because our backs were in a great deal of pain after an hour or so in the hard bed.

Could also serve lunch Install a covered walkway with ramps from main doors to parking garage Better signage on Goodale Ave and yard st that are at eye level Very hard to find However the property and its people are hidden gems

Gorgeous lobby and rooms. It was super clean at close to OSU. Even better it was super close to the athletic field so we got to watch some teams work out. Loves this hotel and would absolutely stay here again.

The drain was clogged in the bathroom. Brushed my teeth and water stayed in the sink and didn’t go down. Was obviously clogged from before my stay. Heard loud construction noises in the morning from outside. Breakfast at Starbucks was over at 9:30. Wasn’t told that I could’ve signed up for reward points at the Marriott and have points from this stay put on. I was told in an email after I checked out.

This was an excellent place to stay. The shower was very tall, which is great for tall guests (6’10). The bed was not the most comfortable but I’ve had worse. Staff were very helpful. Starbucks in the lobby was handy. The central location made it easy to get around and it’s within walking distance of a few restaurants.
