Just a beautiful place

The hotel staff took excellent care of us, everyone was friendly, and the hotel is in good shape. The best part of the hotel is breakfast at the Haven pool restaurant, Sylvia, Maria, and Anna are excellent hosts!

Nice rooms and comfortable beds, nice uncrowded infinity pool, good restaurant and dive shop on location, nice gym, clean property, close to the airport

Very inconvenient you had to walk from the main entrance outside all the way down to the end of the property to get to your room. If you need ice anytime during the day or night, you had to walk outside of the building and try to find one and the factor if you just wanted to buy a soda drink called snack, you had to work all the way from the end of the property back to the main building to do that extremely inconvenient.

I enjoyed the location of this property as it as very close to the airport but also centrally located to other locations. The property is beautiful and so colorful! The kids loved the pool area. We got to see a gorgeous sunset from the pool over the water and even some flamingos hanging around! I would stay again.

Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and the breakfast is good but the property needs some maintenance. Also, the water pressure in the shower was very poor and it took almost 15 minutes for the water to become warm. The stay was ok but at almost 250usd a night we just expected more.

We stayed at the Marriott Courtyard Bonaire Dive Resort for a week. The room was reasonably large and comfortable. The bathroom was a nice size with a nice strong water stream in the shower. The included breakfast buffet was excellent. The grounds of the hotel were very interesting and colorful. Our only want was for a larger refrigerator in our room - it was really quite small. And I thought that the resort was closer to the middle of town than it was. We had luckily rented a car, otherwise we would have needed to.

Nice big rooms, knowledgeable staff, clean room, good breakfast. Package for four people only included 2 breakfasts…kids should have been included or offered a discounted rate

It was a relaxing stay

Arrived during island-wide power outage and team did a great job - remained calm, apologetic (even though not their fault) and made arrangements for everyone to be guided to their rooms until electronic keys could be made. With power restored, we were able to enjoy our room, which was clean and comfortable, then had dinner at the open air restaurant by the pool. A great overnight stay before a 7am flight.

This hotel was built on the cheap,maintained on the cheap and run on the cheap. Water, mildew and rust stains on the outside. Peeling wallpaper on the inside. When it rains the a puddle of water collects on the entrance to the rooms. In the restaurants small spoons and forks are thrown into one tray, so at a moment people will have to dig through a pile of forks to get a to a spoon. Hope their hands are clean. On the restaurant tables you can thousands of rings from previous cups and trays. The evening before you check out you get a call from reception not to hear if you need anything or if you enjoyed your stay, but only to tell you when you have to leave the room. Upon checkout, no "hope to see you again" have a nice trip" just good bye

The location was oke near the city and airport. Surronding by water.

Loved our stay at Courtyard by Marriott. The location is great, close to airport and downtown.. Staff was very accommodating. They are very friendly and respond to issues promptly with follow up. The decor is very pleasing. Pool not deep but great to get some rays. Breakfast is excellent and staff ensure supplies are plentiful. Jeanne Marie in the dining room was wonderful.

Quiet and great location. Handy to airport and to get downtown to restaurants. Need a car on this island.

This is a lovely resort with a boatload of charm. It is located very close to the airport.

Bad start, Excellent Finish

It started off pretty badly. Check in is at 3pm but because they had a late checkout we didn’t get into our room until close to 4pm. I think what bothered me the most was the front desk girl who just seemed quite disinterested in our comfort. Finally after giving a rather strong opinion of the discomfort we were feeling, the Manager came out and spoke to us and went beyond her limits to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Kudos to that lady! Overall I would say that some customer service sensitivity training should be given. I say this as a former CEO of an International Airport.

The hotel is on a canal that brings in interesting wide life to watch. It is quiet and the grounds are lovely. It takes a bit of walking to get to rooms, but there are golf carts available if you ask to be helped. The rooms was also nicely appointed and comfortable except for the love seat that is deep and hard to sit on if you are short or tall. There are improvements that could be made to some things like raising the safe in the closet and providing more drawer space. Still a great experience. Thanks to Manager Nelson Ruiz for his treat when there was an AC mishap. All staff was friendly and helpful, but the housekeeping was a little inconsistent. I am sure if we had complained it would have been rectified, but it wasn't a big deal. Love the pool and ability to move about the area .

Beautiful facility, nice gym and pool area. The staff super friendly and helpful. Cons: you can sometimes here the planes from the airport and breakfast is expensive at least continental breakfast should free

The drainage from the shower is not the best and if you are not careful you can end up with a flooded bathroom.

It is a nice property over all. Has a shuttle to town, Te Amo Beach and to/from the airport. The breakfast is good, although a little expensive. Staff over all is very friendly.

I liked the facilities in the room. The set up though is mot really what inexpected and i missed roomservice.

The check in was easy and our room was ready early, however I had a 6:30 am flight and there was loud music playing until 1:00am and loud motorcycles or a car revving up its engine. So therefore no sleep for me!

It was full of color. Beautiful infinity pool and buildings.

45% of the out door lighting did not work, making the place dark! the aircon blower was fitly.

Newest property, all mod cons and well-situated 5-10 minutes from the airport, my favorite dive shop (Belmar Buddy Dive), great restos and main island supermarkets.

The room was extremely clean and updated. Beds were wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night, but the resort was very nice. We only had one concern.....the pool water was green and there was actually green algae on the bottom. We got in and immediately got out. That was our one disappointment. The management needs to get the pool taken care of, because, otherwise, this is a wonderful place to stay.

The pool was dirty; the room service wasn’t that great. They skipped a day and there was a smell in the bathroom that I couldn’t get rid off.

Such a great property! The pool is lovely. The rooms were clean and the AC was refreshing. There is a dive shop on site, however not all dives leave from this shop since there are 7 dive friend locations on the island so a rental car is a must. The parking here is free and easy and getting around the island was easy too. The restaurant staff was great, but the food is a bit pricey for what you get. There is only a small fridge in the room, a microwave would have made it just a little better. All in all I really enjoyed my stay here. It is not on the ocean, just part of an inlet but I did not mind that. It was quiet despite being very close to the airport.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, the room was very comfortable. My only complaint was that the only option for breakfast was an $18 buffet, when all I wanted was something light to eat and coffee.

Comfortable Stay

We had a good stay. Nice clean and comfortable hotel. A bit of a walk to town (30 minutes).

Great bed. No frills comfort. Not oceanfront, but next best thing.

First of all, every staff person we encountered was friendly and helpful. Awesome service. We like the dive shop right there with individual dip tanks for suits, snorkels, cameras, etc. As snorkelers, we joined the dive boat for a great snorkel site at Klein Bonaire unavailable via water taxi. We rented a car but the hotel has a shuttle to downtown if you needed it.

Very cute and colorful property, convenient to the airport. New and clean, staff very friendly and went above and beyond on my birthday. Awesome infinity pool. Jordan in the restaurant is a wealth of information about the island.

My overall stay was o.k Sadly my shower was dirty, very unexpected and stayed dirty my entire stay. Breakfast was very basic no toaster available , unfriendly staff.

Hotel was very nice. Rooms were comfortable and kept very clean. Staff were very personable and accommodating. Pool was nice , though only 3' deep. Grounds were very well kept and pretty. Location was convenient to town and all attractions.

The design of the hotel is cosy, good bed, good shower, accessibility, I missed current festivities information, when i was home back i saw that there was a festival in Bonaire i missed that

A good expierience and we had a very good stay. The view ok with us and no complain When I go back home I will recommend the hotel to my friends. One problem though, the late checkout cost me some dollars The difference was 2 hours after the checkout time

Very convenient location to southern snorkeling spots, you’ll need a car regardless. Staff was always very quick to assist and courteous - there is staff everywhere constantly doing cleaning and landscaping. Every one smiled and said hello or waved every day. The hotel was spotless, the pool was always clean, and there was a great atmosphere of vacation. It’s a quiet hotel - i was there with my kids and it was perfect. No night life or noise.
