All the furnishings of the room in order perfect condition current and updated nothing as it shouldn't be exceptional experience

Several things: 1. Two of the three bathroom towels hanging in the bathroom were dirty. 2. There were more than 6 TV Channels i couldn't watch because it said poor signal. 3. There was no thermostat. It was an old wall mounted air conditioner wouldn't get cold. 4. I ordered a chicken caesar salad for dinner. There were some pieces of the chicken was in a jello form. The other pieces were hard, i have pictures 5. There were no crunchy pieces salad, it was wilted and old looking. It was a overall very disapointed experience.

We loved the location, check in & out was so quick, decorated nicely, wished the tv had more options or a tv guide cause we were stuck scrolling through channels before bed, room was too hot but we do like to sleep in very cold rooms.

It was a huge relief to arrive at this hotel it was very comfortable and clean unlike the one we just left.

Overall great experience, room was super clean and looked a lot more modern than the pictures. The only thing that needs work is the elevator, some parts are kinda falling apart but it does the job. Great area and walking distance of shops and restaurants.

Don’t stay here

Room was awful. First room we went in had hair in the bed. Second room had a strong mold smell. They had box fans blowing down the hallway about every 20 feet. The smell was awful. We all woke up with horrible sore throats. Would not recommend.

Loved the area and the customer service

The staff is extremely rude, unhelpful and charge extra fees upon check-in, despite paying on Expedia. They also do not do late checkout for Expedia reservations.

This was a terrible room. I felt I was just stuck in that room because the hotel was sold out. TV did not have a guide so you have to go through 70 channels to view what you want to watch, the bathroom tub was gross with some kind of stain or paint and the water did not drain from the shower. although I was credited 50% back it really did not worth it. the hotel have my complain on file. I also wrote the corporate office hotel.com was no help. I am very dissapointed..

Great stay. Clean. Comfy.

It was a late night check in. We were given a handicapped room. This was fine. The only issue we had was the bathroom door did not close and was stuck. The online pictures show a pool. There was not one. I did like the in house cafe. The bed was very comfortable. Location was nice.

The room smelled of mildew. The a/c made a loud noise and did not cool the room. The gap between the wall and the entry door is so wide I could almost slide my finger through and let’s in the heat. Bathroom door got stuck multiple times

Nothing like the images shown on Expedia. Room was sticky and felt humid. Building is so old and outdated. Absolutely awful. Since the beginning the staff attending us at front desk was rude and unwilling to help. Will NEVER stay here again

Bed is very comfortable. Room and bathroom is very clean and renovated. The only thing is the area downstairs near the elevator smells stale but inside bedroom, bathroom do not smell stale and indeed is superb.

We stayed for 2 days. In this Texas summer heat, the air conditioner didn’t work at all for the whole time. It was difficult to sleep at night in this crazy hot weather. They only provided a fan for this inconvenience but didn’t offer to switch rooms. So it wasn’t a pleasant stay.

Nia was so kind and made the check in process enjoyable.

The staff was amazing and the room was clean but the hallways and rooms had a very musty smell.

Property was very clean nice I felt safe

Property was in a good locality close to the offices and parking situation was not bad. I could not smell smoke, it was clean . No additional parking fees. Disliked - I called the reception 2 times to get my internet fixed. While I was talking to someone the phone line had so much static and got disconnected. This property also does not give out points if the reservation is done through Expedia.

The room was spacious and had blackout curtains which were great. The sink was right separate from the shower and toilet which was nice. It made getting ready a lot faster.

Super clean and modern hotel. We loved it.

This is my second time at this location. This time the hallway on the 3rd floor had a strong unpleasant odor. It crept into the room overnight. The room was clean but had mold buildup around the shower floor. This condition was not there on the second floor room last time.

The AC did not work .

The breakfast offered was poor to non existent.

We booked this hotel because of its location. We booked a king bed room on purpose. At the check in we were told that ALL king rooms are closed due to maintenance. We were told we can stay in a room with two queen beds. We asked for a discount because of this inconvenience but we were told to be happy with the “upgrade “ as the queen bed room is usually more expensive ( about $8!) and we would keep the low price of the king bed room. And because we booked through a third party they could not even give us a discount. Which - we know it’s not correct! Very disappointing experience. Will not stay here again.

We only stayed a short time but the check in process and staff was nice. We checked out early the next morning and there wasn’t any complimentary coffee. :(

Nice hotel

We enjoyed our stay at this Marriott property. The hotel is newly renovated and we had a small balcony overlooking the front of the hotel. The bed was VERY comfortable the mattress was padded and the bathroom was very clean. I loved the shower and the contemporary way they styled the shower floor and drain. We had a coffee maker in the room and a refrigerator. Our floor was a quiet and the room was very cold a comfortable. Thank you Courtyard for a pleasant stay

Love the balcony

The property is nice . The rooms with a balcony are the best. The area is safe and many stores. The staff however when we arrived Monica was not polite, she was horrible if you don’t like your job just get another. Then Ashley came and she was very friendly and helpful. The gym is small and nice. They have patios outside where you can relax and have drinks, it was nice and cozy. The cleaning staff is great too.

Very nice stay. Went the for a business meeting and it's a nice, clean comfortable hotel. The rooms are very good size and our had a very nice balcony . Very good option!

Staff was nice but didn't clean our room. We arrived back to our room at 9:30PM. Staff brought us cleans linen. Never did see the luggage cart which, we were told did exist!

Lovely landscaping and very convenient location. The room seemed reasonably clean except that there was an acrylic nail in my bed. Not too nasty, but it wasn’t mine, so it was a bit unpleasant. Otherwise, all was fine.

I think the name is deceiving. When I booked this hotel I looked at the map and it seemed close to the Domain Area shopping, it even says “Domaine” in the name, but it really wasn’t close at all enough to walk, we definitely had to drive. We were also put in the room right by the elevator which was so loud and our entire hallway reeked of pot every night and into the morning. We also were told we were upgraded to a room with a balcony which we couldn’t enjoy because the door was jammed and wouldn’t open. It seemed like they really tried to take an older hotel and remodel it, but unfortunately it still seemed old and unfinished in places (there was a hole in the wall under our sink). Unfortunately I just don’t think I’d stay here again due to the location and experience we had, it was just disappointing.

Amazing time

Had an amazing time.

Anthony the barista was very friendly and courteous, We had great rapport with him. We discussed our travels and he told us about his. We had a great time.

When we checked in the room, I assumed the toilet was a low flush toilet but actually it had a plumbing problem. The maintenance is off on Sundays. Other than that I was a great stay because I was shopping from 10am to 10pm.

Dirty bathroom

Whenever I pay a charge up front for incidentals I never get my money returned. And I never use incidentals. This means rooms cost more than what is said they will cost. Is it because I am booking through Expedia?

I recently stayed here for 1 night to run the 3M Half Marathon and everything was great except for the fact that there was no hot water to take a shower after my run :(

Smelled like an old RV

We booked the hotel only to get an email after stating it was under construction. Which isn’t a major issue since the outside entrances seemed to be the only issue. We finally located the entrance and once we reach the front desk the clerk didn’t acknowledge us and was very short. Once we got the keys to the room we walked in and the room smelled like mildew. Like I wasn’t sure if we were in a hotel or 20 year old RV.

The hotel was located near the Domain and other restaurants but the hotel was under construction doing our stay. Entrance was blocked.

The property was under construction —this was not disclosed at booking. Worse, the shower and bathroom was not cleaned properly (as evidenced by the pubic hair that was still on the floor of the shower when I went to shower the first day). Gross!

This is our second time staying here, love it.

Staff was very attentive to anything I needed. Construction was going on at the time so parking was a little scarce, but I was very satisfied with my stay.

Was not clear there was a major renovation taking place. Room wasn’t ready at 6pm and had to wait for check in. Water was shut off late afternoon for 1 hour with no notice and was not able to get cleaned up before my meeting.

Front of Property was under construction so ended up going to wrong Marriott property which was what seemed to be almost connected.

First of all hotel entrance was being renovated so had to use side entrances. If I would have known that while booking I would have booked elsewhere. The air conditioning was below par room was extremely hot. Door lock to bathroom malfunctioned and was locked In bathroom had to force open. Not a very pleasant experience to say the least would not recommend booking.

Did not know it was being renovated and had a hard time finding the building because there was no signage outside. It’s good it’s being renovated because t was dirty and outdated. The plumbing in the shower was backwards, the room smelled like mold and mildew and it was cramped with too large of furniture.

I did not like the location, it was under construction and I did not receive a warning, the hall walls ways hot and the new room smelled of new paint and chemicals. Not a good night.

Going through construction. Did not notify me about this before getting reservation. Closed the hotel Bistro\Bar after breakfast. Which really sucked. The pool\fitness center was closed.

Renovations were going on; but our room was newly remodeled and great. The staff was kind and helpful. I am not sure I would pay for breakfast again; but the staff was friendly.

I liked that was very close by a lot different shopping centers, restaurants, the highway and a movie theater! But i was bummed because they dont have an indoor pool anymore and that was one of the main reasons i booked my stay. I was very disappointed about that and feel as if they false advertised that.

Under construction, inconvenient to find entrance. Pool, gym, and bar were closed. No mention of construction on website. These were things that were taken into consideration for choosing this location. If we would have been informed of these things, then we would have gone to a different location.

Hotels.com was negligent in stating that the hotel was under construction. The hotel is dated and bathroom is really worn down, so it needs refurbishing. But we would have stayed elsewhere as this wasn’t the relaxing, aesthetically pleasing weekend we were looking forward to. The staff are great and should get extra compensation for dealing on Marriott’s behalf with unhappy customers

Not horrible just alright

It would have been nice for the hotel to inform us that there was renovation going on before we booked. My fault for not checking the reviews. We did get to stay in a newly renovated room, so that was nice. We also enjoyed the balcony. Front desk staff was friendly. The lady who works in the restaurant in the morning was very nice. Her handmade yogurt parfaits were very delicious. The pool wasn’t available so we had to go next door to the Residence Inn. It wasn’t a bad stay just inconvenient especially for the price we paid.
