Broken AC/heater unit unable to get any rest

Heater in room came on about every 30 to 45 minutes and had such loud noise at the time it turned itself off that it was very hard to sleep through the night. Mention it to the front desk the next morning, they simply apologized and said good riddance.

Upscale hotel with a good price.

Love the lounge and restaurant scene inside the hotel. Nice way to unwind without getting out in traffic. Great Tavern to eat at in walking distance.

Good and quiet piece of property

The location was convenient for an event I was going to in the area. There was a decent amount of food nearby. There was an issue with bugs and we got put in another room which makes staying here again off putting but the staff was helpful in getting us a new room in the middle of the night Overall this stay was just okay I think there are better.

Need a maintenance work

Closet door can not be closed fully, no cups in the bathroom. The bathtub overflow cap is barely attached. Room wasn't cleaned for 2nd night and no sign was posted regarding not cleaned unless requested. But ALL the people who works there are really friendly. Same reliable Marriot beds, very comfortable.

Short stay but an awesome stay

My stay was a short one but it was awesome. Staff were friendly, room very clean and check in and out was very fast and easy.

We have stayed at this property several times over the past few years and it has been clean and friendly every time! ❤️

Indoor pool is very cold and not heated according to the staff, had to walk to the residency of Marriott for their outdoor pool bc it’s warm. Never again!!

The bed was comfortable and they refreshed room everyday. Also, staffs were nice.

Stay was plagued with not being informed

Our stay was plagued with not being informed. We were not informed that house keeping is every other day. We found out 2 days in. We were unable to get towels on an off day house keeping due to another person coming and getting 21 sets of towels/rags.

Weekend stay

Staff were very friendly at front desk. Easy check in. Room was clean and overall hotel nicely decorated. Pool was clean. Location is great (restaurants close by)and plenty of free parking. Only reason I did not give a 5 star review is that our key cards were deactivated around 9 am on morning of check out (check out is 12). If we would have left to go to put stuff in the car then we would have been locked out. Other than that it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely go back.

I'll contact it One of your customer service reps and told them that I had car troubles and was not able to make this trip and was seeking a refund they never sent any documents that they said that there was going to send and end up taking out the money for the room that I did not stay in and I want my refund please thank you.

So many better options in the area

We booked a King room for a night after a nearby concert. When we checked in we were given a Queen room. When we questioned the change, the manager told us that if we wanted a King room we should not have booked through a third party site. He essentially told us, too bad. We also paid for breakfast through hotels.com and the hotel refused to honor that the next morning. The room itself was spacious but nothing special. The bed was hard and lumpy and we both woke up sore from the uncomfortable mattress. The hotel was not terribly far of a walk to the concert area, but you have to cross a very busy multi lane intersection, which was a bit daunting. The staff was incredibly rude. They essentially refused to give us good service because we "booked on expeida." They told us to contact the third party with any issues because they weren't fixing anything. I wish we would have done more homework and stayed in one of the other properties in the area.

The Courtyard was outstanding the look the comfort I really could have stayed a whole week in comfort.

Staff was very friendly, room was clean but the mattress was sunken and concave. I woke up like a shrimp with severe back pain. I never had such a bad sleeping experience before.

Checking in was fine. Room was horrible I had horrible allergic reaction in the room. Eyes watering, dizziness, weak, etc. Called the front desk ask for a room change? The gentleman at the front desk was nice, changed my room. Checkout next day, the female clerk lack empathy

Nice property and great customer service

No problems at all everything was great

Grabbed a quick bite to eat in the Bistro and the fries were hot, fresh and crispy! The shuttle service to the Gas South Arena for a concert was great!

Reported that the A/C wasn't working in the room. Was told that I would get a different room and a discount. Instead the hotel was overbooked so therefore I could move out my room.

Great Hotel

The hotel is great. We would stay here again. It is very clean and the staff is great. It is in a convenient location. If I had to say one thing that could be better is that the indoor pool is very cold. We brought the grand babies to go swimming and couldn’t swim for very long. Brrr.

Convenient location and nice property!

Very convenient location for the north Atlanta area. Rooms are good in size with nice contemporary furniture and convenience around charging plug locations/quantities etc. the Bistro is a good idea, could have a better breakfast selection but the staff was friendly and overall the hotel gave more of an 3.5 star impression compared to other 3 star properties.

I like the location of the hotel because we were attending a concert at a local venue. We had actually stayed here before for the same reason which is why I selected this hotel

The hotel was very nice and everyone was very friendly. However, I got in late and wanted to order from their restaurant and everything I tried to order they were out of.

Was a great stay for a couple of guests I had in town for the weekend. Esay to get to their location with us and quiet and safe. This hotel has been my go-to for booking when I have folks in from out of town to work with or team.

Tiffany at the front desk made our whole trip so fantastic!!! We were here with a group and she was simply amazing. All staff and venue was awesome

Amazing hotel

I loved the hotel. The staff was very friendly and nice. The front desk lady was different every day I was there, but each one greeted with a friendly smile. The lobby was so spacious and it was a great area to relax by the bar they had during specific hours. One thing I usually have problems with when in hotels are the beds. Usually the beds are very uncomfortable, but the bed I slept on was amazing. I slept like a baby! Overall, I had a wonderful experience.

Nice quiet stay

I truly enjoyed my stay. The bed and pillows were so comforting. I was not a fan of the shower with only one glass partition and not a closing door. Water and soap eventually splashed on the floor. It was evident from the wood on the table sink that it's the norm. I would have preferred to take full advantage of the shower space than staying close up under the shower. Besides I did not like the air hitting my backside from the opening. I also found a floss threader on the floor. Overall my room was clean. My remote control batteries were dead and it took maintenance 2 hrs to come and fix it then that was time away from enjoying programming like Netflix which took another 45 minutes since a piece broke on it. I will definitely visit again. Staff was very friendly.

This is my go to hotel when i go home so its always a GREAT stay. Our room was very clean and spacious, dining options, whether at the hotel or nearby, were good. Staff is always polite and very helpful. Never have any issues with check-in and the key drop box is very convenient for check-out. This hotel in particular is one of my favorite Marriott hotels to stay in when im in ATL. Kudos to the manager for running a well oiled engine.
