They gave us a room at the ground floor near the reception and the kitchen, common and breakfast area. It was awful, I had just slept around midnight and half an hour later the staff started to tidy the dishes making a lot of noise, then in the morning around.5.30, again a lot of noise and then people started moving and all, it was super noisy and awful, the hotel is old and there was no amenities at all, except one bad quality shower gel. Considering spending 200 euro without breakfast, it was not a good experience. The only good thing was the location, I won’t ever go back.

Clean property in a lovely location

Room is tiny. Elevator opens directly into narrow & steep steps leading to 3rd floor stairs. So easy to make a misstep especially if you are carrying luggage.

Overall a nice hotel in good location however room although well appointed was very small for 2 people.

Very nice

I truly enjoyed my stay. Area is nice and safe. Metro not far. Room is warm in winter (unlike some other hotels). And overall hotel has this french charm with very nice reception. Breakfast with some jam and fresh bakery, we took it just last day but finally it would make sense to have it in the hotel, hardly better offers for this price.

it is quiet and spacious for Europe.The only negative is bathtube was small and my nephew who is 6 feet tall cant fit in there. No shower curtain or door, so water is flashing each time we take a shower.

Great location, nice bathroom

I loved our stay in Hotel Mederic! It was great value for money, as it was really close to the main tube station and about 15min walk to Arc de Triomphe! There is a lovely bakery just around the corner, fromagerie etc.The bathroom was a good size, with a very French feel with a window overlooking the nextdoor theatre I think it was.

No fan

I did not know that it would be so hot in Paris. No air, no fan! Beware they overcharged for the taxe de sejour.

Well situated, good breakfasts, room kept clean, good value for money. There was a mistake over whether I was charged for breakfast or not. The hotel seemed inefficient and not very helpful about this.

Bad hotel great location.

Hotel in very poor condition very small room and our floors were in a inclination.so when in bed our heads were lower then our feet, it also had a smell. Our bathroom had a tub but no shower curtain so when you took a shower water went everywhere. Location was great close to the metro and if you are a walker you can walk to most sites.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Mederic, mainly due to a comfortable bed and very helpful staff.

The staff are really so nice that on my first day of stay, the staff knew that I go there alone, he gave me tips of traveling around Paris and even helped me to plan the route to visit. He also suggested me the restaurant which is famous in the area I visited.

Loved the neighborhood. Great restaurants all around. Market across the street. Peter at the front desk was awesome. He helped us arrange tickets, shuttle to the airport and help with the metro/RER, etc. The room was comfortable, nothing fancy but we didn't need that since we weren't there that much. The only problem was the shower. The water was everywhere but that wouldn't stop me from staying there again.

The hotel was quite adequate. The location was very good for my purposes, I was alone and did not need any special attention. The price was right and the employees were very accommodating,

Service de réception catastrophique : mal aimable, tentent de vous faire facturer tout et n’importe quoi, pas de vrai service de bagagerie (votre valise est posée dans l’entrée sans surveillance), exige un scan de votre carte d’identité sans justification (ce qui est illégal). La chambre proposée était mal lavée et vue sur les poubelles. Bref je déconseille

Good value for money during Paris fashion week

We had a family room for two adults and two children. Clean, comfortable beds, good air conditioner which was important as it was very hot outside. OK bathroom. The cleaner woke us up early on Sunday morning, the day we were checking out. Otherwise quiet. Good area.

Quarto extremamente pequeno onde não havia espaço para abria a mala, chuveiro que hora estava frio pra ficava que te demais, uma porta no corredor que batia a noite toda com a passagem de outros hóspedes, era possível ouvir a conversa de outros hóspedes em outro quarto, café da manhã fraco, o elevador que não parava no primeiro andar (para acessar ao primeiro andar era necessário ir até o segundo e descer um lance de escadas) e não cabiam duas pessoas com malas, no momento checkout fui cobrado da taxa da cidade que eu já havia pago no momento da chegada ao hotel e ao apresentar o comprovante (que por sorte havia guardado) o funcionário disse que era um valor referente a consumo, mas ficou surpreso quando eu disse que não havia consumido tal produto.

Excellent location!

The room was only slightly bigger than average American walk-in wardrobe, but I recognise this is the Parisian style. It was a pleasure to stay there.

Prédio é antigo mais o apartamento é um pouco moderno, quarto muito pequeno, pouco espaço para guardar as malas a cama é confortável. Banheiro apesar de pequeno também é bom, ducha forte. Para quem viaja e procura um lugar confortável pra dormir com um bom custo beneficio é recomendável.

Fenêtre ouverte, sans être prévenu : je me suis réveillée dans le bruit des travaux et avec le mal de gorge. La douche était en mode jet sans pouvoir être changée, je me suis coupée en essayant car le pommeau était cassé. J'ai déclaré tout ça lors de la sortie on m'a dit "c'est noté". Aucune attention particulière sur le fait que me soit réveillée malade et coupée... Dommage, l'hôtel était sympa sinon

Hotel en travaux, poussière de construction dans toute la chambre, odeur de peinture ou autre produits de construction. L'hotel aurai du être fermé pendant cette période plutôt que de mettre en danger la santé des clients.

Did the job in a pleasant way. Had a nice meal at the restaurant across the street.
