In theory a decent value

Still haven't received my deposit back.

Everything was wonderful

Rooms smelled funny and had some issues with showers and other amenities. Breakfast was good.

My always favorite one! Clean, Nice people, Amazing breakfast.

I like the fact that it was clean, quiet and had various options for dining close by. What I didn’t like was that the waffle machines were not working properly, coffee sometimes looked like tea and others was too strong, the shower handle seemed like was going to fall off every time I used the shower.

The staff at this hotel are great! I only have nice things to say about them. The breakfast is above average for a hotel. The hotel is a little rundown but that might be justified at the price point. I normally only leave good reviews or nothing at all. But I feel like I need to warn single travelers of a possible safety issue we encountered. We were there for almost a week. On the weekend I noticed a handful of odd things but it wasn’t obvious until the middle of the week. There are several under housed individuals living at this location. While most were lovely and all were quiet I did have one gentleman paying me way too much attention. By the end of our stay ( I was not alone) I was a little weary of moving around the hotel on my own. If I had been alone I would have been afraid. I want to be clear to anyone reading this and considering staying. I am not telling you not to I am saying I wish I had this information before so I could have made a more informed decision.

Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet. Breakfast always good.

Heater didn’t work and there were spiderwebs in the corner of the room

Not my first time here, But always my favorite one to come again and again. Nicest and cleanest suite rooms ever in Austin and Suite roooommssss sooo big!!! Amazzingg.

DONT STAY HERE

Stains on carpet. Stains under the lamp shades(how does this happen?). Cracks in shower. Outside window would not close tight so there was a draft and noise from highway. Thank goodness I had ear plugs. Definitely would never stay here again.

Decent hotel

The room was clean but definitely needs to be updated. There were areas where they had patched the walls but didn’t finish painting it. The water in the shower does not get very hot. There was a noise coming between the bathroom and sitting room that sounded like an exhaust fan and was constantly running. The breakfast was good. And the staff were nice about getting us clean towels. The hotel was relatively quiet. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and I would probably stay again based on price and location to where I needed to be.

Very clean, big parking lot, easy acccess. Has a backyard. Has a swimming pool but no spa. Do recommend it. Price is also very nice,

All ice machines not working. Water came out super slow and was not hot, light bulbs needed replacing, TV was difficult to navigate and channels limited. Although breakfast was very good, the attendant needed improvement. However, was satisfied with the property and rooms were clean, beds comfy, rooms big. The price was reasonable for what you got. Would recommend and would stay again.

Non-English Disaster

Terrible hotel just from basics. No ice machines in the hotel we're working. Only phone in our room did not work as we tried to set a wakeup call. None of the workers spoke English to aid us on any needs. Printout of our billing showed our name connected to a false credit card name and number.

Attentive staff. Large room. Unfortunately the shower faucet was plumbed backwards.

Very dirty and very poor property maintenance. Smell was awful. Bathtub was dirty enough that we didn't use it. Poor service. Ice machine didn't work. Garbage bags piled by the elevator. Do not recommend!

Check in was slow and we never did sign anything. The carpet and stairs were disgusting and window sills were dirty with garbage by the elevator. Don’t get me started on the rooms as there were bugs crawling in the bathroom and the room had a smell. Very tempted to leave. Was going to stay an additional night but no way

Ome night stay

Pros comfotable bed, large room 1 bedroom with 2 queens and sofa sleeper, great tasting breakfast with plenty of variety, very reasonable rates especially for theAustin area. Cons:cant think of any

Cockroaches all over the property rusty doors loud noises overall terrible experience there.

I personally prefer clean and neat property, and everyone trust this with eyes closed, Neat and clean rooms and property is amazing, Great service.

It was overall very convenient to find and stay at the Hotel. They had great breakfast options.

I do t like there was crashed cars on parking , the room smelled like mildew , the door don’t lock , shower little water came out . Everything needed to be plugged in . Microwave didn’t heat , sink the stopper was missing so the toothpaste cap fell in couldn’t get it out . Had almost gone toilet paper roll not even a new one .had to ask front desk for one . The towels looked yellow with black mechanic stains on them .

They charge me at the property more than I booked, they said Expedia didn’t do the reservation for me and I showed them the reservation information, I don’t recommend this property

Nice size room but the suite smelled of cigarettes. It was a non smoking room.

Needs Maintenance

Had to change rooms multiple times due to things do working properly. (Toilet clogged and no one around to unclog it, the AC in the 2nd room wasn't working.) On the morning of check-out, the elevator was out of order and when I approached the woman at the reception desk, she gave me this blank stare and said she was going to call maintenence. After an hour or so, when I was leaving, the elevator was still out of order. I had to load up and carry everything down 3 flights of stairs. It was very inconvenient. Also, the furniture was either stained or scuffed. The property needs better upkeep. Overall, stay was ok. Breakfast wasnt bad, they had a good variety of items.

This is the worst hotel i have stayed in. It was extremely terrible and pose a health danger. When i went to get breakfast, i picked up a bagle/bread and i noticed it had mold on it. I reported to the manager and they took all that bread away. They then brought it back i noticed that they went to clean the mold. Furthermore, the water in the was cold. The hot water was not working then we had to check out early before scheduled date. This hotel should be closed down.

Shower and toilet doesn’t work, no hot water

Dirty

The first room I was given was dirty. The sink plug was closed and the sink was filled with dirty water. there was no way to let the water out without sticking a hand in the water which i was unwilling to do. the carpet was filthy and full of stains and there was a water leak in the bathroom so the floor was covered in water. i asked to be moved and the 2nd room wasn’t any better. as soon as i walked in, there was an open, half empty beer can on the counter. the lights were on in a way that it made it seem like someone else was staying in that room. one of the beds looked like someone had been laying on it after it was made. at this point, i decided to just find another room. the lobby was fine, clean. the agent working the counter was very apologetic and i had no issues with him. he did say at check in that the water heaters were broken and they had someone on the way but he didn’t know how long it would take them to get there and fix it. the room was not refundable so i checked in despite no hot water.

When to check out they wanted to charge me 75 dollars because they couldn’t found 2 towels I have kids they made a mess we cleaned it up with one of the towels they wanted a extra 25 for that. I guess this place is not kid friendly will not stay here again

You get what you pay for. Staff was friendly, beds were alright, cockroaches were a bit out of pocket, but I guess.

I like the staffs, quiet room, free breakfast choices, and parking. I don't like the bath water faucet, so hard to adjust to the right temp and wait so long for the water to heat up.

DONT STAY THERE

The front desk guy was great my review is strictly on the hotel property. Y’all should close the place down renovate and rebuild there were roaches in the room mold and dirty splatters on the walls the first room the bed was just made up and the room was made to look as it was cleaned but was dirty food on the floor carpet terrible. Omg the smell was terrible smelt like someone a male I’m sure stayed there and had just left. The room didn’t even smell clean. Upfront was sweet gave me another room. This room was okay still stains and dirty tub was dirty.

Unsafe - dirty look and feel

The room is actually much older than shown in the pictures. It has very bad smell like toilet, inside the room. The toilet cannot be flush. And the wall is worn off. When AC is powered on, short circuit happened and it triggered the fire alarm with burning smoke. This hotel is not recommended.

Good value

This was my second visit and this time too it was amazing, I love their spacious rooms and i will keep on coming back for the amazing suites they have!!! One of the best property in the area and i will come back again - I recommend this to every one.

The room was dirty and was infested with roaches. The front desk was rude and they tried to charge me for one night. I was there all of 1 hour.

I did not like that the property held $400 on my credit card for the room. No other hotel ever did I that, not even 5-Star ones. My room had a noisy ceiling fan, a desk lamp that did not work, the door that separated the lounging area from the sleeping area did not shut because something was wrong with the way it was hung, one of the sinks was not fully attached to the counter and you can see the space or the gap between them, a sheer curtain was missing (The one on the right side was present but the left side was absent. It was not a single drawn curtain because it stopped half way, like the blackout curtains), the air conditioning vents were filthy with clogged dust, the ironing board was broken with detached legs, the iron didn’t work properly either, the view from the window was a huge lighted billboard and grounds that look like a terrible and scary place especially at night. Some landscaping is definitely needed. With all of that going on, they should NOT have held $400 on my credit card!!

The floors were filthy, so bad that just walking on the carpet in our room turned our feet black. In addition to the nasty floors we found used feminine hygiene products stuffed between the wall and the toilet. This was after being not so greeted by the incredibly rude day shift desk clerk. She was absolutely awful. We will NOT be staying there ever again!

Room full of chemical cleaning smells. Very bad smalls come out from air condition when its on. So we have to turn it off the whole two days and nights.

This hotel needs a lot of help! It’s old and dark and rooms smell terrible! I changed rooms and moved from first floor to third and the smell was still awful. It’s the smell of old damp air. If it wasn’t very late I would’ve left the hotel. Awful experience!

The VIP upgrade was a plus. This is my second stay at this hotel, and I will most definitely stay here again.

Ask to see you room before you pay or you’ll be stuck switch from room to room because they don’t offer refunds. is a terrible and spiteful woman .
