Very very slow and late breakfast and we had to go to airport we did not eat breakfast We requested for reserved the taxi for airport in reception but they forgot it completely

A boutique hotel in the old centre of Santa Cruz. The décor is a blend of hipster and mid-century modern, with very modern touches. Great staff. A real standout was the breakfast, cooked to order with fresh produce and fantastic bread.

Great experience, well run hotel

A warm welcome and a very well presented hotel even had a cat. Everything was great and the breakfast was very good too. You feel veryvwelcome here abd they arecreally working hard. I would have given it 5 stars but the fridge wasnt working and there was half a bottle of water inside from the previous guests so i couldt use it.

The thing that made this hotel so wonderful was the staff. They were kind, attentive and couldn’t do enough for you. Thank you to all of them for such an exceptional stay. I have already recommended this hotel to so many people.

Nice

Very disappointing, Dishonesty left a black mark. Would never come back. We made a booking mistake on the website, and they were really nice and said they would refund us, and for that reason, we booked a new night at full price. After we left, they changed their mind and decided not to - despite the fact they repeatedly said that everything is ok and we didn't need to worry. The hotel and room facilities are nice but not for that price, you can get much better than this.

This is a beautiful, quaint, unique, inviting property. My husband and I were on a staycation to chill and relax without kids and this was perfect. The staff were extremely friendly and hospitable. The free breakfast was great! The bar is open 24/7. Pool is small but perfect to cool off. Each room is unique and modern.

this hotel is really adorable! my room was fancy and the hotel decorations chic. the staff is friendly and resourceful, and i was so relieved when they spoke english as my spanish needs a lot of work haha. the location is just a walk from busy plaza which was super convenient. a stocked mini bar in my room was super clutch as i arrived at a late hour and didnt have time or energy to shop for food. the only thing i didnt like was not hot water to fill the luxury style tub in my bathroom. overall it was a great experience. i even booked an extra night to relax and soak in the lovely vibes of this hotel:)

We liked the atmosphere. Our first night the room faced the street and was noisy. The staff moved us to another room for the rest of our stay. Excellent breakfast and room service.

Perfect Santa Cruz Oasis

Great stay! Friendly staff with amazing breakfast included. Wi-fi worked well. Rooms spacious and modern. Small balcony which was cozy and quiet. Rooms have ac, tv and many outlets. Small pool for a nice soak after a long day. Staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Would def recommend! Pics match hotel.

This is a small modern hotel in a rough looking neighborhood. Overall the experience was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And I can certainly appreciate modern desgin. The small pool area is nice to socialize around. The skylights in the bathroom and shower were pretty cool. If I had to knit pick I'd say that a bit of extra cleaning would help. The walls had some scuff marks here and there and the sheets had little stains. Also the shower and bathroom while being ultra modern had totally not functioning folding mirror doors imposible to close.

Extremely helpful and pleasant staff made my visit beautiful. Live this little quaint hotel.

Classy, Comfortable and advanced

I loved the style of the hotel (first impression). I liked the breakfast and kind staff. They also have complimentary water to stay hydrated and a cute bar to wind down with a refreshing cocktail. Shout out to Jose Fernando for a pleasant check-in.

We had a really nice stay at Cosmopolitano Boutique Hotel. We especially really liked the design and atmosphere.

Nice, little boutique hotel

Loved the decoration and the room, very comfortable. Nice amenities, complementary soft drinks in the fridge. Only one member of the staff was extremely nice. The rest (manager included) no comments.

Lovely modern boutique hotel in Santa Cruz

New modern boutique hotel with 8 uniquely decorated rooms. Mine featured a deep bathtub. Lovely small pool to take a dip with changing colored lights in the evening. Convenient location. Staff very accommodating. Would definitely stay there again.

O Hotel fica na zona central da cidade e pertinho da praça central. Gostei bastante do atendimento e o café da manhã é sensacional. Voltaria a me hospedar com eles.

Uma experiência incrível! Atendimento de todos os funcionários exemplar e super bem preparados, falando todas as línguas possíveis; a localização geográfica da hotel é um dos grandes pontos positivos (fica a 3 quadras da praça principal de Santa Cruz); quarto super confortável e bem equipados (e com direito a banheira e tomadas universais); lençóis e toalhas limpas e muitíssimo bem lavados; café da manhã super gostos (preparado na hora pesos funcionários) e espaço muito agradável e totalmente reformado.
