Great Stay Easy Access Disneyland Transportation

Quick check-in and friendly staff. Seemed to have an issue with my key this time which has happened once before but they were quick to fix. Bed was comfy and room was clean with all amenities working as expected. Low overall noise around so was very easy to sleep. Nice selection of items for the included breakfast. Very quick walk across the street to Toy Story lot to catch a bus in to the parks.

Perfect hotel for Disneyland.

I was able to check in early with no issues. room was clean and what we needed for our family of 5, nothing special. I did hear noise at night from kids but that’s expected when families are getting back from Disney late. I would stay again if I was to get the same rate.

Great location and walking distance to Disney parks. Suite was big and beds comfortable. Only wish the pool was open.

Walkable distance to Disneyland. We had issues with keycards not working and heard neighbors talking each night through the adjoining room door.

The Continental breakfast should be better. There was no fruit, yogurt, ect. We had toast for breakfast both days. I wouldn’t go back because of that

Pool was closed and ice machine broken

Breakfast was nice on some days but not make or break. Parking was $35 a night which was higher than expected but normal for the area. Quick walk to convention center and you story parking lot.

Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. Had an issue with the key card door lock. Went through multiple cards to and the hotel staff even attempted to clean the lock mechanism. Eventually got into room, but it didn’t seem like the staff was too worried about the issue. Even after cleaning and upgrading the cards it still took multiple try’s with the card to open the door. We just dealt with it for the two nights.

Just what we needed

We only stayed one night but it was clean, safe and bfast was awesome! Great price and close to the toy story parking lot so it was easy to get to the park.

This is our second time staying at this location. It’s great for our size family. There’s more than enough space for a family of 5. We hope to stay here in the future.

I love staying there, we stay there a lot but the only down part is the parking. no more free parking. It use to be free but now its not .

Just hoping I get back my $50 dollar parking deposit Other than that it was perfect for my needs

I was very disappointed to find out that I had to pay for parking and I was so excited to take my granddaughter to the pool to go swimming, and the pool was unavailable and the shuttle charged a price

First time, attended a conference near by. Everything went smooth frim arriving to ending. Definitely will be staying their again. Friendly and polite employees.

Close to Disneyland and the Toy Story parking lot. Can either walk to the park or take the shuttle from the Toy Story parking lot. Parking was limited at the property.

Staff was awesome!!!! Right across the street from Toy Story Parking Lot was very convenient. The breakfast was good, always got and fresh, and the coffee was good. The little family suite we got was perfect, large bed, bunk beds, pull out sofa bed. It slept 5 of us very comfortably. I can't say enough good things about the staff. They were really, really great. My only minor complaint is that you can hear everything going on outside. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend staying here.

This property seemed ok from the outside but the rooms were not great. They were old, smelled like mildew, and the carpets were gross. Staff was very nice but not happy with the rooms.

Rooms were clean for the most part. Was woken up at 700 to pool being torn up, no advance notice. Breakfast was cold. Cood food was not in chaving dishes

Love this hotel but disappointed the whole trip the hot tub wasnt working its kinda the reason i booked that hotel.

I liked how close it was to disneyland

We stayed for 1 night and we did not have a great experience. When we entered our room, it smelled very musty. The bunk beds are unsafe for children, they have large gaps on the top bunk rails and not enough space between the bottom bunk and top bunk. The sink and shower drained very slow, you couldn’t wash your hands without pausing and letting the water drain. At 7:50am, they had a work crew start some repairs on the pool with a loud jack hammer. We were never informed when we checked in that they would be doing any work nor was it on their website or third party websites. When I told the front desk associate, she simply said “Sorry, I wasn’t working this weekend”. Overall it was an unpleasant experience.

Cortona 3 Night Stay

Thank you for an early check-in as we needed to get ready for an event on the same day. Bathroom area needs an upgrade and AC, while working, was either too hot or too cold. Appreciated the larger sized refrigerator and working microwave - all reasons why we chose Cortona along wirh proximity to the convention center. Front desk staff (Adriana) was pleasant and made check in process easy. Upon entering room throughout stay, a stale and musty odor greets you. Not sure if that was because AC waa off.

Comfy Stay

Went down for weekend at Disneyland. The staff were super friendly and quick to get us checked in. Room was clean and spacious had no issues.

Good place to stay

Although, I was informed about the cut back of their housekeeping. I thought, we would have been given clean pillow covers. They stunk. I would not stay in another hotel where they do not provide cleanliness every day. This is how people get sick.

It was a nice clean room and very comfortable. The only issue was dealing with lack of parking, but overall was very satisfied.

Only complaint is you can hear everything that happens in the parking lot.

Everything was great but the hot tub jets were broken. Breakfast was awesome and the distance to Disneyland was perfect.

This is a great hotel for Disneyland families! The suites were very comfortable for my family of 5, and easy to get parking. The walk to Disneyland was only 10-15 minutes

Nice for short stay

This was our first time staying at this hotel. We enjoyed the hot breakfast items & visited the shop in the lobby. The rooms were spacious & clean. The hotel was also very close to the Toy Story buses which was nice because thats where we were visiting. Staff were friendly.

I would say this it was loud at night. Kids were running around and screaming. As someone who goes to sleep early and had to wake up early it was somewhat difficult to fall asleep. Other than that the hotel was clean and very comfortable

Good affordable option for Disney

We really like this place. It was quiet and we liked the atmosphere and the friendly staff. They had a breakfast. It was just average but was fun to have something in the morning. We were really glad they had a hot tub and enjoyed that a lot. They said the pool was heated, but unfortunately, it was freezing so the kids were disappointed in that. But other than that, everyone is really nice and we had soft beds and enjoyed our stay a lot! We’re excited to come back!

Hello, I booked this hotel for my family for a vacation. We had high expectations for this place, however the bunk bed for my child was very hard. It was pure spring there was no bedding on the mattresses either. There was a cockroach in the room. Everything was dusty and dirty. I would understand if it was fully booked but they did not even do the bare minimum for our room. I would say the breakfast was good, for the price it was okay. Even so, when I went to check in I learned that I had to pay extra for parking. It should have stated that on the booking. It was not even added in a disclosure agreement either. This was not a good visit to this hotel. Would not recommend to family nor friends.

Didn’t care for the breakfasts that were offered

Clean and quiet with kind staff but old property that could use some updating in the rooms like new flooring/ curtains/ shower curtain and A/C. It appears to be original from when the hotel was built. The air in the room was musty when the A/C wasn’t on. Area was fine and easy to get to Disney through the Toy Story parking lot as well as to walk to some convenience stores.

Beds are comfortable staff members were helpful.

Second time I stay here, no issues. Early morning you’ll hear family headed to Disney but it’s very suttle nothing inconvenient specially if you’re going to Disney.

Very thin walls, and gaps in window sills, and super loud garbage truck in the morning But at least it came with breakfast But it was easy to get to the bus for the Disney which was nice and staff was also very nice

The hotel is walking distance to Disney

The room had a strange smell when we first got there. We booked the room because it had a bunkbed. If you have a child who moves around a lot in their sleep, be very careful. My child (5 years old) was able to slip through the large railing gap in her sleep and almost fell off the top bunk bed. It was very scary. We enjoyed the hot breakfast every day. It was convenient to Disneyland Park. Wouldn’t say I love the hotel but it served its purpose.

The room was nice, but it had some plumbing issues. The staff took care of it within a day. Also, the bedroom tv was broken, the maintenance staff changed the tv. The cleaning and maintenance staff were very nice and friendly.

The hotel is in a good location, there are many restaurants near by. Also, good distance from Disney. They do have free breakfast but have o pay for parking.

I liked that this property was big enough to sleep a family of 6 but I was not happy with it. The room smelled very old and they tried to cover it up with strong cleaning chemicals.

We didnt spend much time in our room since we were here for a disney trip. But it met all our needs. Room was ready early and clean. Lots of families staying for disneyland!

Good hotel for families, tough walk from Disneyland but too bad because you can take the Toy Story shuttles and skip most of it. My only issue with the hotel was the wifi in the room, it kept disconnecting and just not loading which was a little hard to deal with when you just want to relax at the end of the day.

We’ve stayed at multiple hotels in Anaheim near Disneyland. This one was the worst. I’m pretty sure our bathroom was never cleaned from last visitor. The room was very muggy. Lots of condensation on the inside of windows. The floors were uneven. The bathroom is extremely small for a room that holds 6 people. Broken tiles, missing grout, mold in the shower, etc. The breakfast was pathetic. We did have decent space for a family of 5 and plenty of charger ports for devices, but that is the only nice thing I have to say. We won’t be staying here again. It’s pretty run down and needs an update.

Bathroom door almsot got us stuck and our room key stopped working for us. They alos dont tell you that parking is $26 a day until you check in. 10/10 would never stay here again

Very friendly staff. Although there was a nightly charge for the parking, we liked that they have free charging for our ev. The room was a little dated but it was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Staff was amazing. Kind and helpful. We rented 3 rooms. Breakfast was fine for the hotel. I didn’t expect full service breakfast so it was good quick option before heading to the parks. Egg patty, cereal, French toast sticks, coffee etc. The staff at the desk were friendly. The lady in the gift store was very sweet and accommodating. The cleaning ladies u spoke with were also very sweet and kind. We would come me back again. Disneyland has lost its magic and we probably will not go back again. However, if my family was in the area we would stay here again.

We have stayed at Cortona many times and have always left satisfied. However this time around it was very disappointing. First upon check-in, we will notify that now they charge $25 for parking at night which was not the case before and I did not see it anywhere when I was booking. when we returned from Disneyland, there was no parking and we had to go around and my husband waited for a spot to open up even with the charge at night. In the past, it has always been difficult to find parking. However, there was a gate that you had to swipe in and out now that it is paid parking the gate is open at all times and all the parking spots are full at all times even the handicap spots are taken by cars with no handicap plates. The room was grimy and dirty. We tend to wipe everything when we arrive and the counters were all dirty Needed a good dusting and wiping when we returned to the room and we’re getting ready to go to sleep we noticed that one of the comforters had freshly blood spots. Tiny spots but still gross to find. Breakfast used to have fairly enough selections but this time around there was barely any options. It’s really sad when the affordable and good spots start to just let it go.

Everything was great

Parking is $25 a night w/ taxes but other than that Front desk was really nice & helpful. Room was clean, we got the suite which fit 4 adults 2 kids comfortably. We were there to visit disney & it was fairly close lift cost us $10 there & back. No complaints.

Outside walkways are noisy, but for the cost and closeness to Disney (plus free parking and breakfast), it's absolutely worth it.
