Awesome stay

Loved it. Unit 25 was right across from pool and the location was right across the street coromandel hotel which was great to eat at and socialize . Wish we would have stayed a few more days great place .

I didn’t like that you had to open the drapes before you could open the door. Also, no screen on the window and had a midge buzzing around us at night. Otherwise our stay was good.

OK for the price, but wouldn't recommend

Great little spot with everything you need. Single mattresses probably need to be replaced but that is the only feedback for an otherwise fantastic place. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves

Coromandel Top 10 has everything you expect.

Great little Holiday Park in Coromandel with everything you expect from a Top 10 park. We stayed in a Kitchen Cabin so used the shared toilet and shower facilities which were clean and conveniently nearby. Cabin was clean and comfortable.

One night needed for Coromandel

We only needed to stay for one night in Coromandel with a group of 7 adults. We chose the superior family cabin and it worked out perfectly. The facility seemed to be fully booked but all facilities were clean and staff and guests were all friendly. If I come back to Coromandel in the future, I will definitely come back to the TOP 10 Holiday Park.

It's was kind of ok,staff got very bad attitude

Very clean and tidy. Great service. Looked after the guests so everyone felt comfortable. Exceeded our expectations on just a cabin for a couple of nights

I wouldn’t recommended this type of room for more than 3 people. Even though it can sleep 5, there simply isn’t enough room to all relax in. Fine for a night… but we were all crammed into a small area for 5 nights in what was our bedroom/living/kitchen and dining all in one room.

One of the cleanest campgrounds we've been to. Enjoyed our stay and free upgrade :)

Kids loved the pool, bouncy pillow and go karts. Great location easy walk to restaurants and shops. Lovely park highly recommend

Absolutely loved our stay, very comfy with welcoming staff and friendly environment. The bed was superior, haven't had a restful sleep like that in a very long time. #burntoutnurse.

Although the stay was good - the booking made was misrepresented on thewotif site - to rectify, we paid extra for more suitable accomodation - will not be using this third party servicein the future.

Great place to stay for families. Everything was close to our room and amenities were very clean.

The kids loved the pool and pancake Monday. The Motel Unit was fine for the 4 of us for the couple of days that we stayed.

Very bad service no amenities and no bathrooms bad bad bad

This is a beautiful villa with history. High ceiling high standard refurbished nice garden. Room is very spacy could fit 10 guests

This was a really nice place to stay. We was shocked when we arrived to find out we had shared bathrooms but they were actually pretty decent and well maintained. There was pleanty to do on the site and some nice walks around the areas. I would recomend researching what you want to do before booking as we thought it was close to hotwater beach and its not and we had no car. The campsite itself was pretty good, my only negitive was that the tea and coffee wasnt replensished.

A good place for our overnight stay with easy access to all Coromandel has to offer

Staff really friendly & like to keep it as a family atmosphere - there were people drinking & being loud in the common area & they were swiftly shut down & given a one & only warning - fantastic peace of mind for families that just want to enjoy their holiday without dramas - lots to keep the kids entertained & excellent cooking facilities - thanks!! :)

Fabulous clean cabins and nice linen.Shower block was great with free hot showers...even the curtain was changed each day! Really good amenities

Convenient spot

Clean kitchen facilities Not all essentials in kitchen Needed fan in room but sadly only a heater A minus was fact if left window open you could reach around through window and unlock door as advised by staff when accidentally locked keys inside - you just press button to lock

Great service and good facilities at the park. Helpful staff. Camp was crowded as holiday weekend but everyone considerate and making the most of a lovely location. We would book there again in the future.

Very basic unit as expected. Quite a bit of noise from other cabins - thin walls. Great facilities in campground, clean and tidy.

I am not used ;to staying where there is no toilet facilities in room but found them close to hand, clean and always available

Awesome Place

Stayed at the holiday park with my family for our cousins 21st - the entire park was booked out due to a few hunting and fishing comps. Staff were incredibly friendly, Park was really tidy and well maintained. Loved it, such a great environment. One point i didn’t realise is that I had booked a family cabin but hadn’t changed how many people were actually staying in the family room - had to pay a little it extra at the end which is totally fine as we booked through a third party. Highly recommend this place!

We spent 1 night amd it was Ok. Common areas were really clean as well as our room. The staff of the hotel is really excellent. They are always helpful and they recommend as lovely excursions

Room was a dog box Had to supply own linen or hire Beds would rather of sleep in a swag on the ground

Great apartment v

The luxury apartment at Top 10 was excellent - everything you needed and all in excellent ( nearly new) condition. We upgraded from a cabin and it was worth every cent..

Handy point to base your coromandel exploration

Cost effective accommodation to base your coromandel experience from whether it be a fishing charter, exploring the nunerous bays and beaches or trekking the native bush. Room was clean and comfortable as was the amenities and staff were welcoming and accomodating. Would definitely stay again! Thanks, Bryce Kendrick

Friendly spacious holiday park!

Lovely holiday park in Coromandel town, clean rooms and plenty of facilities. Staff super friendly, not too expensive and a good base for exploring the area :)

Backpacks heaven

I got a 4 person cabin and for the price well worth it, it had all the facilities for a back Packers lodge, I think it was not bad. If I am traveling with my friends I will definitely stay here.

It as our first stay at your facility and we came as a large group. The staff were very attentive and friendly. We stayed in a superior cabin and it was wonderful and clean. The kids loved the clean pool and jumping pillow. More than enough to keep them busy during our stay..the music in the pristine bathrooms was a nice touch even in the wee small hours. We loved our stay and are already planning in coming back and staying a little longer..

school children on premises made it very noisy, but all noise stopped at about 9.30 so was peaceful.

Good hotel

Sleep well but it was very warm and there were ants in one side of the room. It was still good accomodation.

Nice value for money

Not bad for a holiday park. Everything was reasonably clean, even shared bathrooms, shower & kitchen. Was quiet at night without kids screaming or partying going on. Bed was bit uncomfortable but it was bunk beds, so within expectation.

Apartment with Everything

Hotel staff is good. Room have every basic thing you need (Kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, Heating). Had Sky TV and Cosy.

Nice and peaceful

We stayed in the secluded 2 bedroom cottage. Overall the experience, staff and facilities were excellent. My only gripe being that the double/queen bed had no electric blanket although the 2 single beds had electric blankets

Nice park with good facilities

Great caravan park. Staff were helpful and let us check in early after having had a child throw up inside the car so we could clean ourselves up. Great facilities like a heated pool, bouncy pillow and playground. Our cabin was a little old and shabby but it was fine. There was no oven which was no problem for our 1 night stay but could be if you were staying longer.

Nice place, easy walk to town.

Our first stop in New Zealand! Quite a drive from Aukland, so I wouldn't recommend you plan to stay here your first night if you've traveled a long distance. We made this mistake and were too exhausted to enjoy our first day! The facilities are dated, but very clean and well-maintained. The staff was excellent, friendly, and helpful. We stayed in the cheaper rooms which were very basic- just bunkbeds and a tiny corner table with one chair. If you are traveling with younger children I would recommend upgrading to a room with more amenities. Our kids had a great time as there were plenty of fun things for them to do in the park.

Top 10 holiday Park The Coromandle

A great location not far form the town shops. Great facilitates for kids to play , Ie playground , swimming pool and trampoline. There is an outdoor shelter BBQ area and with table and seating area. Sky TV was provided if you wanted to stay in doors. The motel part is on the main road side which is a down fall when you can hear the cars go by, but other than that recommended to young familes

Not impressed

For the price charged the amenities leaved a lot to be desired.

Motel studio unit.

Old premises moderised and made comfortable. Our motel bed sitter was small but adequate for an overnight stay.

Nice caravan park.

All good although would have liked a fan in room. Towels better quality than some of the motels I stayed at.

Good location, lovely hosts

Great value for money. Liked the 10pm curfew. Lovely host, clean facilities. Make sure you do a trip to New Chums beach and the Kauris.

The facilities are great. Room is very small

The park looks great. The kitchen has everything. It was not clear at all that the room does not include linen and towels and doesn't have bathroom inside. We traveled with 3 children and 2 elderly people and it was not easy. Plus- they charged 15$ to assemble a portacot! Staff are very nice when I contacted them. But please describe the room in more details so other can make a decision.

Motorbike weekend away

Friendly welcome. Clean shared kitchen area. Toilets spotless. Good hot water pressure in the shower. Very tidy camp.

Stayed in a standard room which was very tidy. It was a bit noisy as the cabins are back to back.

Great place to stop along the Coromandel. Excellent staff were VERY helpful with setting us up with tours for next day and dinner reservations across the street. The room itself was beyond our expectation and included loads of room and a full kitchen with full fridge and all necessary cooking equipment. Dinner at the Coromandel Hotel was very good with huge portions and excellent food.

Cabin really too small & not enough to be around. There were bunk beds with short ladder that had to land on a double bed

Top class top ten

We had a lovely room with kitchenette and ensuite. There was a good laundry, with ringer and plenty of hanging space. Good pool and kids area.

Road Noise

I recommend not booking a room in the front beside the main road of Coromandel Town

family stop-over

One night stop-over so ok to use shared bathroom facilities. Very well kept grounds and cute little cabin accommodation.

Comfy cabin for short stay

My sister and I stayed in a Deluxe cabin for one night. It was comfortable and convenient. The free tea and coffee were appreciated.

Pleasant and Affordable

This was a great little find for us, we wanted something cheap and comfortable and this ticked all the boxes. We booked a little cabin with 4 beds, it was positioned next to a well appointed kitchen and the showers were really good. The only negative point was the rooms had no air-con and it was a bit hot - but wouldn' complain for what we paid for it

Bed Bugs

Stayed 2 nights here. Room was stuffy once I entered. After first night, noticed bed bugs crawling under 2 mattresses. Upon check in, the young desk attendant had attitude and clearly I was bothering her. I did not raise this issue with her, instead voicing my frustrations on Trip Advisor. 2nd night I spent little time in the room, and left early the next day. Facilities were ok. Kitchen and Dining hall were a good size and had all the basics in get you by. Would not recommend, in fact will likely forget about this place.

Great Family Friendly Lodging

This was a great welcome to New Zealand as the first place we stayed. We had 5 people (3 adults, 2 children) in one of the superior cabins and it was perfect. Plenty of well-stocked, clean and usable kitchens, jumping pillow for the kids, pool and all the amenities necessary. The whole place was very close to town and easy to find. The hosts were quite helpful, answering any questions and getting things taken care of promptly. Highly recommend!
